I have done two mortgages and 1 refinance with Alliance Title in Twin Falls. I have nothing but great things to say about this group. They were professional, courteous, and on task. I will not do closing anywhere else.I highly recommend them.

I put earnest money ($1,000) on a home in twin falls, then cancelled the contract and moved to Nevada instead. This company sat on my money for 2 months then mailed it to my previous address. They claim they contacted me about it and didn’t inform them I had moved. This did NOT happen since I moved just a few weeks after cancelling the contact. I guess with all my moving, and other real estate obligations I had forgotten about the money. They did call me 9 months later about it and I gave them my new address. This was a Tuesday and they told me they’d cut a check and send it out Friday (not offering an electronic deposit). I called the following Tuesday asking about it which no one could help me since The employee who was helping me had taken the day off so on Wednesday when I called I asked to speak to the head of the office and when he called back he was nothing short of Curt. He made all kinds of excuses for their actions and almost in a threatening way indicated that if I had not called that money would’ve been theirs to keep. So after much turmoil and expressing what kind of situation this had put me in as I had been expecting that money he did deposit it into my accountBut not until he had insulted me and the way I manage my money.

I experienced a complete nightmare a week after my house closed in Twin Falls. Alliance Title & Escrow, the title co. used in this purchase, called me and said there were errors made on their paperwork and they needed more money from me. Additionally, they are now holding $3000. from my contractor for work to be done which was included in my negotiated contract as an allowance to be paid by the seller at the close. Hopefully, I can get this sorted out. This is the 4th house I have purchased in my lifetime and I have never had this sort of thing happen before. I would leave a 0 star review but that is not possible.

Alliance was completely out of touch with their buyer and the buyers agent. Paperwork didnt arrive in a timely manner and as the seller we had to call several times to ensure that the close was actually going to take place. When they finally did sign paperwork at 7 AM they failed to get their stuff to the bank in time for the wire deadline, even though they told us that funding had taken place. We had to wait over 24 hours after the title was recorded to finally receive funding and even then they wouldnt acknowledge that they were even partially at fault . And they handed keys off to buyer prior to funding. Wouldnt recommend Alliance to anyone unless they dont care about actually having things take place in a timely manner.
