Stranded on a busy highway in 100°+ weather and less than 30 minutes later a charming and very professional young man had our truck, boat and family of five safely on the road to a wonderful mechanic in Twin Falls. Driver was from Hawaii and chatted us up the whole way. Loved it! Inexpensive and exceeded my expectations in every way.

I must say if your big rig happens to have an issue that leaves you stranded on the side of the road, Frank and the team at Marky’s are the ones to call. Had a derate issue with my Mack truck and they got me to the dealer in Twin Falls in a safe and efficient manner that will make them my first choice when calling for a tow again. Great price, friendly, and quick. Five stars and two thumbs up!!!

We were stranded due to breakdown on a teip through Twin Falls, Idaho. A good samaritan recommended Markeys & the owner responded almost immediately! ( on Sunday o f Labor Day weekend/ said he works 24/7) Personable, knowledgable, very reasonable rate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!😁❤

Needed vehicle towed to repair shop. Was told half an hour. Had to call back 3 times. Took over 4 hours with no response and when the driver showed it was too late to bring it in for repairs. Driver was polite when he was told her was no longer needed as his dispatcher told him nothing about closing times.

Very poor communication and service. I just needed my car towed to a local dealer for repairs. I was told by the dispatcher that someone would arrive within 30 mins. After almost 2 hours passed and no one showed I called back and was told someone would arrive within 10-15 mins. After another hour and a half passed and no one showed I gave up and called A1 Towing who showed up 15 mins later. Markys finally showed up more than 4 hours later and the driver said I didnt want to do this job anyway. Bottom line... if you want to get the run around and rude service then call Markys. If you want good fast service then call A1 Towing. I learned my lesson and passing it along so you dont have to make the same mistake.

This is nnot good towing company his driver don’t know how the towing the truck first he tow the truck drive wheels side then he drive 10 miles then he unhook the truck then he takes 2 hours tow the truck front side when he tow the truck front side driver have to disconnect the drive shaft but he no have proper tools he mess up the bolts and when he start driving he stop every 50 miles take brake he tow my truck Butte MT to twins falls ID then i tell him when we reached the twins falls can you put drive shaft backe what he did he mess up the thread and he didn’t tell me he did something wrong and he left when morning time mechanic fix my truck then he saw drive shaft mess up and screw head is plan and thread also mess up and mechanic charge me more then $600 for fix the shaft and repair is Extra then i send the bill to towing company he sad I am not going to pay $600 this company owner and driver not good for business

We were broken down in the middle of Idaho in a 31 RV. It was an incredibly challening tow and they handled it beautifully. The manager drove out separately to oversee the load. He had his wife in the car since it was a day off. The driver also gave the 4 of us a ride. AAA was making us call a taxi which would have cost us $300. These guys were amazing! Highly recommend.

Driver was nice, informative and knowledgeable. When first driver was detained they called in another driver so I would not be stranded longer.

In an odd way, I was relieved when my roadside service company said they would send Markys to help me with a flat tire on a maintained dirt road. I had read and heard good reviews. An employee called me to tell me they were on their way, and they were very courteous. AN HOUR LATER another company called and said Markys cancelled. I called the office to ask why and they said they dont travel on dirt roads. But they never called to tell ME. To me, communication is everything, and they really let me down simply by not calling to say they couldnt do the job.

I highly recommend Doug. He picked me up when my SUV went on the fritz at 2am. I was traveling from CO to WA and broke down in ID. What could have been a total nightmare, he turned into a minor inconvenience. He was one of the kindest gentleman Ive ever met. Very kind and professional. He made sure I had reservations to stay that night and checked in on me the next day. Went above and beyond. Thank you Doug!

Frank came and winched me out of a real pickle, it wasn’t an easy job at all. Due to their equipment malfunction on the truck he started out with, it took a little longer than I would have liked because he had to go get a different truck but those things happen sometimes. He communicated with me the whole time and kept me informed. The price was more than I wanted to spend but less than they could have charged, and probably a bargain given the situation I was in. Thanks for getting me home safe Frank!

I called for a quote on a tow for a vehicle I just purchased From the place I bought it from to my house and of all the ones I called in the area they had the best price. John Was a huge help, he showed up extremely fast and was very nice and professional. Doug was the man to the rescue when I hat a flat tire and needed towing. Doug knew exactly what he was doing when it came to towing my bike. He kept in touch by calling me to reassure he was getting near. He delivered my bike to the HD dealer and made sure my bike was secure. He went out of his way and assisted me in finding a hotel room. (We were on a trip all the way from Michigan) and had a long way to go. The next day, he checked in on me to make sure all was well. We broke down just inside the Idaho border, North of Snowville, Utah. Marky Marks driver, Frank & his wife Tara came to the rescue! FAST FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. They towed us to Freightliner in Nampa, Idaho. After eight hours thru rain, snow & fog. They unhooked the truck, swing us by Jack-in the-box then dropped us at the hotel finishing the day at 3am. I cant say enough enough good things about this wonderful team. I highly recommend Marky Marks!!

Easy & Fast Service

This man crawled out of bed and saved us from the side of the road 1,000 miles from home in a town we had never seen before at nearly midnight. We managed to break a bearing 2 miles from our hotel for the evening on a highway with a speed limit of 80. Even with a tire nearly ready to fall off he was able to safely load, transport, and unload our car. He even transported us to the hotel, lowered the bed to allow us to get necessities, and called back(twice!! My phone didnt ring the 1st time!) after dropping our car off ( at Dons repair in Burley, Idaho; in case you need an AMAZING shop too!) to let us know the car was there safe with keys in the drop box! Great experience and grateful doesnt begin to cover what happened.

Excellent customer service and very professional! We had over 260 kegs in our trailer shift and topple over when I had to break suddenly to avoid a deer. They went to work quickly to get them all back into place. I would definitely call them if we need anything else again.

Frank came out to the middle of nowhere quickly, took great care to make sure he didnt damage my day old motorcycle with a flat rear and then took me to a hotel! If better service exists, I have not yet seen it!!!

I used this towing service and i can honestly say this was the best tow experience I have had. Not only were they quick and efficient and the tow truck driver was the best part. His name is Steve and he made sure that my daughter and myself got to our hotel safely.

Thought I needed a tow from our garage. They did a few checks and got it going so I could drive to the mechanic. They offered to follow me to make sure I got there. Very helpful, courteous and on time. Would definitely use them again if I ever need a tow.

They unloaded a 40000lb piece of concrete unbelievable if you need something large moved or handled with care these guys are second to none. They can do it safely!

We where stranded with our truck, trailer and 3 dogs along side the highway. They made it to us with in 20 minutes of dispatch. They towed both trailer and truck so we didnt have to wait an extra hour to have trailer towed. Made an app the night before to get a car to a mechanic place, called them the next day a few hrs before the scheduled app with the mechanic there was no answer, called an hr later and was told that they couldn’t get to me and it was better if I found someone else to tow my car.

I had a car accident in Twin Falls and couldnt get ahold of my insurance for a preferred tower. I went with Markys as the police officers next in line They arrived quickly (theyre 3 blocks away so that probably helps) and cleaned up the street. All seemed well at this point. The next morning I called to have my car taken to the auto body shop. They towed the wrong car to the shop TWICE! before figuring out which car was mine. They charged me 125 for each tow, and 20 for the day (9pm-7am)... My insurance covered the bill, but Im still beyond frustrated with them losing my car, not apologizing about it, and the fees associated with a 3 block tow.

Had them tow my 1991 capri from a mechanic to my house in filer. The car showed up with a 16 inch dent in the back passenger quarter panel.I was told if I didnt have a picture of the guy denting it then they wouldnt do anything to fix it. If you like your car dont call them for help.

Got into a car accident just outside of Twin Falls when I was traveling from Boise to Bozeman. Kelly at Markys Super Tow was great to work with. He was professional, sociable, and friendly. They towed me over 400 miles back to Bozeman and there were no issues what so ever. The simplicity and ease of the tow was a great relief after the accident, and Kelly made it really easy to relax, and made me feel very comfortable for the drive back. If I am ever in need of a tow the next time Im around Twin Falls I wont hesitate to call Markys!

Broke down with CA Emissions Engine problems. Barely limped in to Bliss, ID. Markys drove out and towed my truck in to Twin Falls to the repair shop. A low slung Pete fully loaded car hauler. Thanks guys!!
