1st time user for oil change. The pricing was great and the service was great. I will be returning.

They do a good job however this last time they told me I needed new tires even though my tires are barely 2 months old. They did mention they had new guys but its still is interesting that they put that on there, someone should have verified.

These people at this location went above and beyond to help me. After going through Rocket car wash well it ripped my mirror off and of course they (at rocket are never response able for anything). The first thing I did was went to the Ford dealer ship. I saw they were busy so I thought this was going to take a while and I was on my way to Boise to work. Right away the service writer acknowledged me and I explained what had happened. He right away got a service technician to take a look at my mirror. The service technician took my car back and within a 15 minute period I was back in business with my mirror attached (I might add it was an electric mirror). This experience took a total of about 20 minutes. I would like to THANK ALL who were involved in getting me back on the road. I had ordered a part I needed for my car. The next day my wife went down to pu the part for me. As she came into the building this really nice gentleman opened the door for her, as she was leaving AGAIN this reaĺly nice gentleman opened the door for her. I would like to THANK the people that helped me out and to the person that treated my wife as a princess as she is to me.THANK YOU TO ALL.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. 👍👍👍👍

David and everyone was pleasant to work with. When an issue came up, they promptly looked into the issue and came up with a solution. They offered if it happens again, they would look deeper into it.

Terrible customer service. My vehicle was left unlocked after closing. When I asked them about it the next day they would not accept responsibility. They told me that I can no longer come there and that I would need to go elsewhere.
