The guy was so nice took someone over there to pick something up they were close but he took the time to help the person I drove over. Did not have to but went out of the way to be of help.On that basis alone I give five stars, not really familiar with any other aspect. But if this is any reflection you must support this place....

Joe and team do a wonderful job presenting and describing the items up for auction. The wealth of knowledge that can only come from experience shows in every single auction. Another element present is the foundation of honesty the company is built upon. If there is a known flaw in an item, it is revealed rather than hidden.My wife and I truly look forward to the treasures revealed in all new auctions and buy with confidence the item is described accurately.

Love this place! So much to look at, and to buy. They make auctions easy and fun. I have been a winning bidder many times and never been disappointed.

They are working with us concerning my Late Father in laws estate. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. They are hooked up to a national auction network that allows for way more people to see whats available then a traditional local only auction house. I would recommend them for anyone who needs this type of service. They will give you the personal touch you deserve & need at a time like this.

Outstanding customer service for online bidders. Items I purchased were difficult to pack and heavy. Joe surpassed all my expectations! I left some sheet music with IAB when I moved to Nevada, then forgot about it. Some time later, I got a check from them - they had tracked me down! Later I got another check. This week I won a marble in an auction, called to pay for it, and it seems there was another check I hadnt cashed which easily covered the marble! This is, bar none, the most honest business I have ever dealt with (and Im 71 years old). It gives a person hope to see such a shining example of honesty and integrity.

I love this place!

This is an online auction company and going to location is only for item viewing or pickup. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars however, when busy parking can be difficult.
