Prices are very high! If you think they are honest and a good deal its because you didnt call any other place. Go somewhere else, you will be glad you did.

I forgot the names of everyone who helped me sadly but I drove out here from little old LA for work and wound up getting trapped in a pile of sand and the NICEST man ever came to help me out. Im not from here so I could only give an address as far as my location went and they were very accommodating and understanding. I was expecting my car to never get out or wind up with damage from retrieval but here I am, living, breathing and not trapped by the salt flats. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Theyre so friendly in my experience

Over two years of being stationed in the area I have brought two separate vehicles to Thomas Towing - both with electrical issues. In both instances the Thomas Towing team gave me honest and responsive feedback on the issues with my vehicles and was able to address the problem in both cases at minimal cost. Highly recommended for their honesty and professionalism.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Received excellent service from every employee I interacted with; John, the manager or owner, in particular was incredibly helpful and great to work with. My husband and I have two vehicles and both went out within 2 weeks of each other. They did quick and excellent work, were fair and upfront with me about cost throughout the entirety of our dealings, and even stayed open for me 30 minutes past closing so that I could come pick up our second car after work. Excellent people, excellent business.

I called to figure out what what steps I would need to take next after my husbands car has been stolen and recovered by the police almost 3 months later. The woman answering my questions was very rude. While I realize she may deal with this situation on a daily basis I have never had a car stolen and was not sure what needed to be done. Currently not impressed with their customer service

Time and time again I have had the best experiences with Thomas Towing. The first time I went to Thomas towing I was looking to get a transfer case seal replaced. Other shops had quoted me $400-500 dollars. Thomas towing said they could get it done for half of the price. The job ran in to some complications because of a seal spacer required with my transfer case indexing ring kit coming loose and causing some wear where the seal fits in. They had my truck on the lift for 2 weeks before the part came in and it required some extra work. They even allowed me to come in to the shop and look at the truck on the lift so I could see the problem. The shop is very clean and quite honestly Im not sure why it isnt the most popular shop around. The mechanics are very honest people. I have been in there multiple times since then and I wont take my vehicles anywhere else while I am in Twentynine Palms. I would recommend them over stellar performance or any of the other shops near by that try to charge military members double the price.

John and his wife Dawn went completely above and beyond when our car became undriveable and unfixable recently. We were visiting from the uk and on a visit to Twentynine Palms, our car broke down. He came to tow us within 15 minutes and took us back to the garage. He quickly assessed the engine which was beyond repair. Then called his wife Dawn to take us to the nearest open hire car office. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any cars available so we ended up going to Palm Springs... We got back to Twentynine Palms to collect all our things from the car at almost 11pm! John came to open back up for us. We’d like to say the biggest thank you for being so kind and truly going out of your way for us.

Broke down with my little one called Thomas towing they were there in 20 minutes. Dispatch was very friendly and polite tow truck driver was a young guy and at first got a little nerves but he was AWAESOME his name was John and handled business!! Thank you all at Thomas Towing!!!! 😁😁😁

This is not the location of Thomas Towing. This is the Chrysler Yucca Valley car lot in Twentynine Palms. Thomas Towing is really right before Theater 29 traveling east on Sullivan Road just before you get to Adobe Road. Strangely the phone number listed is right though.

Needed another tow company to pull out a truck after they came tried and gave up. John was cool.

Worst service ever 29 palms really needs to have more options regarding towing. They charged me 440 dollars for two days and then made my husband walk to go get change because they had none. 6 people in the place not one person had a couple bucks wth? Not happy at all with this place.

I recently had to get my car towed and I called the place and spoke to a man and asked how much it would be to get the car back he was extremely rude and aggressive when I got off the phone I was livid it’s crazy.

I was very disappointed to see I had been charged more than quoted when I looked at my banking online. When I called to question the overcharge, the woman was extremely rude. They did give me the difference of the overage but not without an attitude.
