Successfully recovered my class B RV out of the deep, deep sand I had dug myself into following Google maps directions. Showed up in a very reasonable time frame as well considering how far I was away from town. Very professional. Yes, it wasn’t cheap but nobody will do this type of a vehicle recovery for a bargain price and it was well worth it.
If your ever broke down in the desert near 29 palms Baileys will save you. Reasonably priced and fast. The Tow truck driver was awesome!
This business has a dishonest manager as well as dishonest, rude and con artists for employees . They damage your car, they hold it in their yard for extra money . They don’t give receipts and when you end up recovering your car from their yard, you have to sign a waiver of liability, sight unseen before they will let you get your car that they themselves damaged . They are behind shady . The next city is yucca valley and yucca valley towing had a 5 star towing service . Twenty nine palms is a small desert town and anybody going through wipp fall pret to this outfit . Wish there was a way to give 0 stars .
Too expensive. They charged a 600 dollars to pull there RV out of the sand it literally took them maybe 5 minutes. Wont be calling them anymore.
HORRIBLE. Im stuck in the sand 12 miles away from their shop and they want to charge me $400.00 over the phone via credit card before anyone even shows up to help me.Called a shop 35 miles away (Yucca Valley Towing) who will come tow me out for $200.00 after towing me out.
Thieves. After charging me over the phone they attempted to extort more money out of my son. We had to threaten to call law enforcement. Don’t use these people. Odd how they just happen to show up right after a punctured tire sent him into the sand in the dark.
$400 just to pull someone out of sand when they are stranded!? That’s ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Rip off
Rude overpriced and uniformed of the law.
