I would give this place 0 stars if i could, i was recommended this facility from a long term customer of 10+ years and told them not to go back to them because the service i received from these people are unbelievable! I sent in my W2 forms to them to a woman who didn’t even start my taxes to find out from the manager named Mindy she was going on leave and Mindy said she would take care of my W2 forms and do my taxes herself until weeks later i called to find out from Mindy that my W2 forms were SHREDDED by an employer!! I try to get in contact again with these people later on to find out the facility is closed until January, THANKS ALOT MINDY!!

It was very easy. Jared was very flexible and communicated with me to ensure my taxes were completed in a timely manner even with my difficult schedule.

The way that I was received by the people that is working there. It was refreshing to be treated as a person not just some money coming in the door. That has always been the way I have been treated at H&R Block.

It seems like every year I get more stressed out about doing taxes. New forms, more complicated process, etc. I finally decided to come and see you. Your man at the front desk was extremely fast, after the weekend was over I stopped in to see if he needed anything. He was already done. I signed everything, paid the bill, and by the time I got home I had received an e-mail from him saying both my federal and state returns had been received and accepted by IRS and California State Tax Board. Doesnt get any simpler than that. I am totally de-stressed. Thank you very much H&R Block!

NEVER, EVER in my life will I go to H&R Block to get my taxes done. Ive never felt this dissatisfied about service EVER!At least at a restaurant, we never usually drop over $100 for terrible food and service.No we dropped about $500 for a TAX PROFESSIONAL who didnt even fill out the right forms, and had to drag up back in there to pay more!A 3 Years H&R customer GONE because of this place.

These people lost my tax paperwork twice, and since, MY IDENTITY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY STOLEN, and I have not received any tax refund at all. I cant even be confirmed with any credit agencies right now OR get into IRS to view ANYTHING about my tax return. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TAX PROFESSIONALS!!!!! Might I add that I had to go back in 4 times to sign paperwork because they kept messing it up... ALSO... on the second time I went back in, I almost signed someones paperwork that was not even mine! If it were not for ME noticing it... it would have been even worse!

Too much money. $161 for 30 minutes is ridiculous obviously my taxes were super simple and to charge me so much is why I will not come back

Customer service is horrible. They do not update you on whats going on with your refund. I had to constantly call to follow up and never received a call back when they said they would have the person working on my refund return my calls. My paperwork was turned in on April 1st and on May 1st I had to pick up my paperwork (with missing papers), because they were moving too slowly on our case, and wanted to charge 10% of what we were to be receiving on our corrected return. So, if u do the math, that price is absurd for poor customer service and a lack of communication. Stay far away from this place and go down the street to 29 Palms Tax Services where Mike will give you excellent customer service and a quick turnaround. I brought my taxes to him that same day and he completed them that very night. At a FRACTION of the cost these people will charge you for their poor work.
