We have always done our taxes aboard the MCCAGC Base for the past 15 years and of course this year due to COVID-19 we were not able to. Last year, after H&R block royally effed up 4 years worth of semi-complicated taxes, took a whole year to halfway do them, ignored all my phone calls, lied about not being in the office, lost a year of tax paperwork, were the most obnoxious unprofessional incompetent people, then had the audacity to charge me full price I felt as if I was living in a nightmare I could not awaken from. I was enraged. I took all my taxes HR block failed to do, here. BEST DECISION. I sat down with Judy, who btw is a complete sweetheart, they all are, and she worked like lightning and had all my taxes done within an hour. They charged me am extremely fair price (I think around $100, while H&R block charged over a grand) she got me a great return. I was so impressed with them that I asked if I could send her my taxes next year, as I would not be stationed in Twentynine palms anymore. I emailed her my documents this year and she, again, got it done lightning fast and charged the same fair price. Im so utterly impressed with them. I dont ever write reviews but this small business deserves all the recognition they can get for their hard work and honesty. Thank you Judy!
