Well see how it goes with in this real estate company. I went in with the intent to meet with the rental agent. I found her very pleasant and very knowledgeable, much more pleasant and knowledgeable than the last company I had taking care of my property. at present I will hire her as my rental agent, and well see how it proceeds with the caretaking of my property.

Not only do I sell houses for Libbys, but they also handle all of my property management. It seems that the competition like to give us reviews pretty often.

So I found theyre listing on Zillow and thought it was an amazing deal but the closer I got to signing the paperwork I realized that a lot of the stuff they posted was wrong. They upped the rent from what they listed and they also had posted that there were appliances they would supply that they didnt, also I wanted to go back to take a look at the garage because the first time the lady forgot her keys and when I asked she acted like I was inconveniencing her. After I called to let them know that I was no longer interested that its when they went online and fixed the lies they had posted. I want to add that luckily I read the reviews before I went through with renting with them because there was a lot of eye opening comments that were red flags so please take the reviews very seriously

Very disappointed in these folks..... Ive moved into this area about 6 or 7 months ago have been into the office three different times to ask a questions about my property and can get absolutely no response...the lady in the office that Ive spoken to was very nice but...... the Realtor that I wanted to speak to now that Ive bought the house I believe she feels theres nothing more she needs to do. Very disappointing.

I made an appointment to see a few places to rent. I was going to be there for a clinical rotation for 3 months. I told Ronda that I planned to move to 29 palms in six weeks.First of all, she refused to book an appointment earlier than 1 day ahead. Thats right. It was Monday and I wanted to see an appointment to see some rental units on Friday; I was told to call back on Thursday. I guess they only have one page on their appointment book...Instead of meeting me at one of the properties, they told me to drive by each unit first and then meet them at their office.Thats fine. I drove 2 hours to get to 29 palms, I looked around, I even got there early. When I walked into Libbys Realty, they looked at me as if they had no idea I was supposed to be there. Anyway, I re-explained my situation to Cheri and Ronda. Cheri then refused to show me the properties because I was looking too soon. It was a nice 4 hour round trip to the middle of nowhere for nothing.Thanks Libbys.

Barbra, always seem to be to busy for me. Every time I have gone over she never has the time to talk with me.I will have to look else where to find a place to rent.

Words cant express how terrible they are...i traveled 2000 miles with my 4 year old son...arrived 1 week after speaking to them over the phone about a property they listed on zillow..was told then to stop in fill out paper work...it would take a day and all would be good...not the case...they were rude and treated me like i was bothering them..told me the property couldnt be rented and made excuses ....then made no other suggestions besides a place way out of town...after that told me to ask next door at Triad and tell them i needed a place in town.....so i suggest you do the same..at least they worked with me and showed me listings in my price range....i got lucky and saw a for rent sign..filled out paper work and paid for 4 monthes up front as was my plan..was given reduced deposit and have a better place with a way better landlord.....

Great property management always quick on fixing anything. They do need an online paying option though .

In less than 30 days I acquired the quite and peaceful home area having this real estate company that know military and the benefits really help, other dont know how to work the system down money down, only secure deposit you get back once the deal is done usually $1K. I highly recommend the money would be security america mortgage (money) people from Texas

Renter beware! These people have no compassion. They will nickel and dime you to death. They dont care about circumstances. They only care about the bottom dollar. They will say what you want to hear to get your business. They know that they will always have steady business because of the Marine base and it definitely shows in their attitudes towards existing customers.

Failed to meet the terms on the purchase agreement. Poor management of the rental property which was left in total disarray. Poor communication. Absolute minimal work and poor quality control. I would never use this company to manage a rental property.

Living in my home for five years renting. Just recently got a letter saying that my house is being foreclosed and we have 60 days to get out. After the shocked my roommates called and asked questions about the foreclosure. Instead of Libbys helping us the best they could they gave my roommate attitude and wasnt helpful at all. Just dont bother renting from them. There handy men also dont help the situation when the home has issues. Takes forever for them to fix the problem and when it it is fixed give it another 6 months before it breaks again.

Dont expect to get your full refund back no matter what you do. These people charged me a cleaning fee for my house after I took a day off work to scrub the house and leave it cleaner than I found it. They know you cant do anything about it after youve moved. Im probably lucky I got any deposit back at all. Typical scam.

The ladys in the office are super nice.

I dont understand why all of these people have such a bad experience here. I recently rented a property from them and they were very helpful. It seems to me like they schedule everything, so maybe thats why people have issues, but i like it I think it is very convienent. Cheri helped me get into my place fairly quickly and when something came up with the house she had plumbers here within 2 hours to fix the problem. So far my experience with them has been good!:)

Im not sure where my review went for this place, so I figure just leave it again. First, just like the other reviewer said, these people were plain rude. Like we were the realitors and they were the customers and we absolutley needed their business. We had a huge deposit that was sucked dry because they seen it fit to call in a custom blind maker to replace blinds that were never there. Of course, I was deployed to Iraq at the time and I couldnt argue any of their charges. I hired a cleaning service to clean my carpets and because I didnt use their services, they wouldnt accpet my form of professional cleaner. Dont be conned by these criminals.

If you are military never rent here. If you are civilian, please never rent here. Not a pleasant experience.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! These people are rude and will take you for every penny youve got. It takes 4 days for maintenance just to come and look at an issue, not even fix it. The head lady Tricia, is an absolute b***h! She made us drive her all around in our car using our gas to go look at houses. In the end when we moved out we had everything checked off on the list they gave us then took money out of our deposit for 2 of those things. It took a handful of phone calls and some harsh words but we got our money back and in the end she just kept hanging up on us. Not a good place at all!
