This retal agency is horrible. We had no problems with them for the entire year we rented from them, but when we were forced to move (the house we rented went up for sale), we were given awful references by this company. In the year we rented from them, we were late on the rent twice (both times we were late by 3 days, and paid a $60 late fee). We were informed by another rental agency that Del Gagnon stated that we were consistently behind on the rent and that we never paid a security deposit. Although I have paperwork proving otherwise, their slander has ruined our reputation with other rental agencies and we have been unable to secure a new place to live. Looks like Ill be living in a hotel for awhile, thanks to Del Gagnons ridiculous claims. Do not rent from this company if you ever want to be able to rent another home in the future.
