This is the only place I like to go for an oil change, I live in Big Bear but the service is worth the drive. I absolutely love that I get to stay in my car along with how quick the team is! Today I had Anthony, Samuel and Isaac working on my car, they went above and beyond to make sure everything I asked about was checked on. 15/10 on the entire experience!

It is weird when I used to go here for my oil changes, I had everything done right. Full synthetic oil for 5,000 miles and the complimentary fluid top-off service on vital fluids including motor oil (the same type of oil purchased originally), transmission, power steering, differential/transfer case and washer fluids. But when my husband goes and gets the full synthetic oil change, his car sticker says 3,000 miles and no fluid top off. EVERY TIME HE GOES.(The quotations are coming right off of Jiffy lubes website.)

Getting the oil changed on my car has never been simpler or quicker, and my well-being as a customer felt well cared for as well. Service now occurs without customers leaving their vehicle. Cecil, Samuel, and Thomas assisted with my speedy oil change. It all happened so fast, I felt like I was being serviced by a Nascar pit crew.

Pulled up needing an oil change and checked. Brakes were advertised on their website, then we were told that they do not do brake diagnosis or anything of that type. Got the oil changed. Then our truck wont start. Has always been 100% reliable pickup and started every time until they touch it, then there is a battery issue? Wth!

I called on a Saturday at 2pm regarding my AC needing serviced. They explained on the phone what to expect. I showed up and was able to serviced immediately. The recharged my A/C and had me up and running with cool air again. The ENTIRE staff were, professional, courteous, and quick! This was all done at a very reasonable price! Thanks!

Ive been here a few times and they always provide fast, reliable service. I came in for a tire rotation and found that my lug nut key was missing. The tires cant be removed without it. It was obviously there last time I got my tires rotated so I dont know where the old one went, but they happened to have a spare that worked for my lug nuts and even offered it to me in case I need it in the event of a flat. Fair prices, great service, and friendly staff.

My tire pressure warning light came on. I went to the gas station and filled them 3 times. My light wouldnt go off. Luckily, I stopped at by before I went to Yucca Valley. Leanord was very helpful and informed me that I over filled my tires. If I would have traveled a long distance one of my tires would have popped. He fixed my tires and made sure everything was good. I was very grateful.

Had a bad experience my first time ever going to this Jiffy Lube back in 2007. I came back because I was back home visiting family and needed an oil change. I figured it had been a long time since I had been to Jiffy Lube, it is still in business, it must have gotten better. I was wrong. They told me I needed a sensor for my tire because the light was on and that my tires were all at 35 psi. I checked when I got home and my back tires were at 25 and front at 30. Im not sure if they even actually changed my oil.. I will be going to Yucca Valley for my next oil change and definitely NOT Jiffy Lube.

The team here is always on their A game. They give you what you come for, advise you on what you need and never pressure you into unnecessary purchases. As a Taxi owner in 29 palms I depend on their service and expertise!

I stop going here after I realized they kept trying to scam me. I started getting leaks with my transmission everytime I left just because they left it loose so I would come back to get a transmissions flushes. Even after I went to another place and did a total engine flush, I went to this jiffylube to change my oil and they again said I need more transmission flush. Trust me dont go here unless ur looking to get scammed. I never write reviews but I had to for this shady place.

I used to be a manager at this store and the Yucca Valley store, that being said when I was working if someone came and asked if we could check their oil or their tires we always did regardless if they were a customer or not. Because good business like that brings new customers. Ive been in TX for years now and came to visit family and I asked if they could just grease the ball joints on my truck. I was told sense Im not a customer that they cant. WTF 😂 and I never will be now. Laziness is all that was, there wasnt a customer on that entire lot!!! First was said they didnt have (something, some made up word or something) to do it and when I asked you dont have a grease gun? He said they did but cant because Im not a customer.

STEER CLEAR MARINES!!I am very disappointed with this Jiffy Lube. My wife called to make an appointment since I was away for ITX. She was quoted $80.00 for an oil change. When the service was done, she was charged $105.00. Its cheaper to get the oil change done from the dealership!!I called a few days later to get a quote and was given a verified quote of $85.00I believe this is a case of charge the misinformed woman whatever we want. This is quite disappointing. I would definitely advise other Marines and spouses to be cautious of this place!!!

I have used this jiffy lude a few times. Every visit the staff is very friendly. They always try to up sell me but that their job. If they tell you need wipers make sure you do. Other than that its good service.

Employees are nice but dont seem to know what they are doing. They over filled my oil which caused my engine to smoke about 2 miles down the road. Luckily I was able to get towed back so they could fix it. And glad that no major damage was done to my vehicle

SCAM ARTISTS....Coincidence or no? Decide for yourself... I got my oil changed today and the guy asked me to start the car to check my battery. Magically my car wont turn on... no signs what so ever that it was going bad. After bringing this to my husbands attention later in the day he reminded me that this was the exact place he went to when his battery died on their lot as well a few months back..... seems very suspicious to me. I did ask the man what he did to my car and he said there is nothing he could have done to make it go bad. After doing some research I have found this to not be true. I learned that the battery tester can in-fact drain the battery. If I could give zero stars I would. I will make sure to post this on community pages as well in order to create awareness. Dont let yourselves get scammed.Since bringing this to some local friends I have learned at least one other friend had the same experience. Also have since learned that some cars have sensors where your car wont start if oil levels are low.

Every time I go in Im greeted by friendly staff and done before I know it. They changed my oil and vacuumed my front floors which is nice out here in the desert. They can give you recommendations of you dont know which oil to choose. They even scanned my check engine light with a code reader and told me what the error code/description was. The worst part about my experiences was the tiny office. They can get busy

About two weeks ago, my instrument light was notifying me that one of my tires were low. I have taken all my vehicles to this location and never had a problem; but of course I tip very well for good service and it helps them remember me.I stopped in to get my tires inflated knowing the vehicle had never been to the shop in its whole life; its a 2014 T & C. I was greeted and asked what service was needed. When I notified him that I had a low tire; the employee asked to open my driver side door for tire information and once he had it he rushed to his air hose and started inflating my tires to the proper pressure. No questions asked, no hesitation. I stepped out and walked around with him as he checked and filled each tire. Once he was done I handed him a tip, shook his hand, and thanked him for his service and jumped in my vehicle and drove off.As I was driving away, I looked back in my rear view mirror and saw him sharing his tip with his co workers. Great comradery! Top grade service! Shortly after leaving my instrument light withered away.I plan to register this vehicle with them once it is due; to include my 2014 Frontier.There was one time I had an issue:I purchased a used vehicle about a two months before having it serviced. I had the whole works done on it. After they completed my service they tried to start my vehicle and nothing... they informed me right away of the current issue. We all scratched our heads and started to discuss what the problem could be. We all came to the conclusion it had to be something with the fuel system since it was just flushed. So they started inspecting every part that had to do with the fuel system. About 15 minutes later they called me over and showed me the culprit; my fuel filter! When they put pressure on the fuel line it blew all the dirt inside through the filter which clogged it; therefore, stopping the vehicle from starting. So there I stood with my fuel filter in hand leaking a blackish-brown liquid into my palm; 10 years of constant refills from purchasing cheap gas!Luckily they had the part on hand and was able to replace it. So I tipped, thanked them for their service, and said my farewell till next time.

Went through my glove box for some reason, leaving trash on the floor. I dont remember how much money I had in there, so I cant confirm if any money was stolen, but I dont know why else youd go through it so haphazardly and leave a mess.

I have been to this location twice. I always go to jiffy lube, Ive used various locations and the service is always great including this one. I had the air filter changed my fuel filter changed and a signature oil change this time. Both times I came here I found a coupon on yelp. It saved me $35 this time.

Employees were professional and courteous. They recommended services to me based on my vehicle and mileage, but didnt try to talk me into getting any. I was about 4th in line and it took a little under an hour.

The negative reviews are out of date. Since then, new management has completely turned the place around. I got an oil change/tire rotation recently and was blown away by the speed and professionalism.1. I didnt even make it in the building before being greeted and assisted.2. The waiting area and restroom were clean.3. They were very vocal with the process.4. I was in and out before I could even read through the intro of my book.GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF despite the outdated reviews.
