Small. Unless its basketball or rock climbing theres not much for wieght lifting even worse with COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
The climbing gym has almost anything an amateur or intermediate climber might need.
Mainly cardio equipment with minimal weights. Has nice squat racks outside with small turf field
Bring a mask, towel, pen, and water bottle. The gym opens on the 30s (1030, 1130..etc) for check in. Sessions last 50 mins during COVID operations
Love the climbing cave, though the ratings vary, its a great gym overall
Great facility for a cardiov workout. However, it needs to get a weight room to accommodate customers.
There are two building for this gym. It seems like it is always packed, but there allot of things to do.
Always so so clean I love this gym and the turf outside
They have a wight room and a large area for HITT pt but they moved most of the equipment to the new gym
They closed the weight gym but cardio gym and hit locker is still open
Ony if you wanna play basketball marine corps style.
Only hardcore and lovely pain
Usually pretty packed
