Great company! At the beginning, I was reluctant to change my companys phone lines to Bubble, but now I am very glad we did it. Switching to this company not only is making my business save a lot of money in our monthly bills, but also gives me peace of mind because I am able to have access to my all phone calls. These people are awesome! They are very helpful and they answer quickly if you have any question, you need anything related to your lines, or you are experiencing any issue. Less hassle contacting Bubble than calling to other phone services providers, and no hidden fees or cost at the end of the month. Highly recommended

Bubble communications installed our new phone system last month. The installation was easy for us as they did everything. They explained the features of the phones and how to use them after installation. We had one issue with call forwarding to our cell phones (the number of rings had to be adjusted to let our cell phone voicemails work while in forwarding). Bubble responded quickly to resolve the issue for us. The phones look good and are easy to use.

We have been using Bubbles phones and service for a little over a year at our business. They came in and helped replace our old analog phone system with the VoIP system. It is easy to use and Bubble handled all of the installation. Their customer service team has been very responsive to both emails and calls. They helps us make changes to our Auto Attendant and company directory which makes changing the system as we grow so much easier! Thanks Bubble!

The small business I work for uses them and they’re absolutely horrible. Our internet speeds were laughably slow. They never bothered to offer upgrades or even call in to check on how our service was going. Our phone line had issues all the time where we couldn’t make or receive calls for days sometimes. The only thing they did was replace the router when we brought that up. The person who reached out to us after we decided to cancel named Dominique was beyond rude and unprofessional. I usually prefer small businesses but I would avoid this company.

We have been a customer since 2015 and recently made the transition from Analog to VoIP phones. The install was very smooth! No issues whatsoever. I know we were initially a bit unsure about making the transition, but going from analog to VoIP was very easy. The installation took about 15 minutes and then I received the instruction guide from Bubble on how to set up voicemail and they had an FAQs page which was helpful for new features such as parking calls, setting up voicemail etc. The quality of the connection is also significantly better than analog and I dont have calls dropped occasionally like would happen before. As a small business we are probably just scratching the surface on the features of the phone, but for a simple manufacturing/distribution business it fits our needs. Bubble also is very responsive to any technical support questions and can be on site the same day, if needed.

I called them in the 11th hour and they came through with phone and internet service that was 55% cheaper and 3x faster!

I have never in my life had such terrible customer service from this company. I have sold my business, and they refuse to transfer my numbers to the new owner. Very bad customer service.
