Had an appointment for the 23rd to setup internet and no one showed up or even called. There next appointment isnt until the 28th. So now I am without internet until then. I wouldnt be as mad if I at least got a call to let me know or if they could have pushed me up. There is no priority for my appointment either. After calling 5 times there is still nothing better to do. If this is how they treat new customers I dont want to know how they treat existing customers.
