Alva is the greatest! She explained all the services my car needed, in a way that no dealer service technician had ever done. She got the Maintenance Required indicator light to turn off after it had been on for three years. The other technicians worked on the oil and transmission fluid at the same as Alva was helping me with the paperwork, so the whole thing took less than twenty minutes. Who needs a dealership?

Never returning to this place again. I drive a Mini Cooper and they acted like I brought in a spaceship. Upcharged for a European car as well.After the oil change, I had a bad oil leak and brought it back for them to fix. They claimed to have fixed the gasket, but the problem still persists and now I have to take it to the dealership because I dont trust them.They did a tire rotation, but did not change the settings to reflect the new PSI on my tires, so I was getting warnings of low tire pressure on all 4 tires.There are plenty of oil change places out there, but I cant recommend this one.UPDATE: Took my car to Crevier Mini and it cost $520 to repair the damage Valvoline did to my car and Valvoline offered me $20 in reparations. Wow! How generous!

This is the best place I have been in a long time. the gentleman are all very courteous helpful with questions nice knowledgeable. All your fluids are checked your tire pressure your blinkers windshield wipers headlights back lights they look at your transmission your belts all kinds of stuff on your car. show photos, which is the most important and print out a price list took 20 minutes added an air filter and the cost was still minimal.

The lower stars are for Valvoline themselves who still insist on giving you a sticker that will bring you back after only 3000 miles, despite common auto industry knowledge that my full synthetic oil fill up is good for 10000 miles easily! About half the cost of the luxury dealership quote!Valvoline Instant Oil Change where have you been all my life?? So fast and convenient you do not even have to get out of your car. Fascinating watching the techs perform the oil change as if it was a pit stop. Very professional and I highly recommend this location.

The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I went on a Saturday morning and was helped as soon as I got there. I got greeted with a smile and was given lots of information about my options. Never felt pressured to purchase add-ons which was nice. They were very informative I am returning in a week for some of the recommendations; after I got home I checked my records and noticed they were correct in an overdue power steering oil change. That makes me feel that these guys/gals know what they are doing.First time visitors... and probably a loyal customer going forward.

Just a heads up had oil changed in April and noticed the other day the oil filter is from my January 2021 change so I wont be using them anymore its always oil and filter

The folks who work here are good at what they do, fast, and courteous. They clearly want to have a little fun while they work, which Im all for. I had a good experience and will probably be back due to the convenience of the place. Wasnt going to pay $50 for a cabin air filter that I could buy on Amazon for $12 and replace myself, but I appreciated the offer.

Short on time, I took my Ford F-150 in for a synthetic oil change. Next morning there was a puddle of oil under my truck in front of my house. Swell. Added a quart and a half before jumping on freeway and going to work. Left a puddle at work. Added the rest of the second court. Drove straight to valvoline after work. They added another quart and a half, torqued on my drain plug, and told me I never had a leak. Whatever, I can oversee their blatant lie knowing my oil leak was being taken care of. But my truck still leaked, not as bad, but a puddle the size of a cereal bowl every where I went. Took it to my shop, paid for another oil change and all better. Thanks for the two visits, the $108 charge, and not even admitting to the obvious. That’s a business plan built for success.

First off, the customer service is excellent. The men that served me were very patient and friendly. They kept updating me on how much longer the wait would be. The downside is that not very many cars can wait in line, because the distance from the garage to the street is very small. Overall, I recommend!

Great Service. The place is so efficient and I like the fact that you nevr get out of your car the while time and the constantly communicate with you about what theyre doing under your hood! I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but these guys have made me a loyal customer for all of my cars now!

The staff here are great. They explain everything to you. I like that you can receive your receipt via email *(you cant lose it). Also I receive emails reminding me that I will be needed an oil change soon AND coupons for the services I use *(They keep track).You never have to get out of the car. Usually you are in and out in less than 25 minutes. Highly recommend.

Oil change went fine and easy but they told me I had a brake light out and said it’s $30 to fix. I said I’d do it myself. Checked it right when I left and it’s still working fine. I’d suggest going to a local shop you can trust.

They claim 15 minute oil changes but by the time they up sell their overpriced services it takes a lot longer. I got stuck waiting in line over an hour for 3 cars in front of me and I’m still not getting my oil changed yet.I also take issue with how much they try to up sell and charge for basic services. I get they offer convenience which is why I’m here but the prices they want is a little much in my opinion.

Oil change during COVID. I came in for an oil change, and it was nice that I didnt have to get out of my car. The oil change, and tire rotation only took about 20 minutes. It felt like NASCAR having the tires rotated while still in the car. They need to work on the speed since NASCAR does it in less than 15 seconds lol. I tried to use the 15% Yelp coupon but they said the code had expired. They did give me $5 off though. Everyone here is nice, and they all work together as a team to get customers in and out quickly.

I love this place. I frequently think of them when I need my oil change. They are quick. Professional people. Friendly and even take the time to educate their customers on not only what services ine may receive but also follow up maintenance that one can do in the case of other minor concerns with the vehicle. They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited in the car! Explained everything clearly and made reasonable suggestions without trying to upsell me. Super awesome customer service. 10 xs more likely to return in 4 months!

Ive been coming to this location for years (after it changed from the last chain) and each time is hassle-free and easy. I like that they dont try to pressure me for more services and are happy to print out the recommendations list that they show on the screen. Everyone moves quickly and will answer questions if you have them. If you get on the email list, you get coupons, which is helpful.

They not only broke the cover that goes underneath the glove box and the pressure gauge on my tire, but they also didnt give me enough oil! I paid the insanely high price of over 100 dollars for an oil change, they give me so little oil we come back a month later, and then they charge us for it! We called beforehand, the manager acknowledged it was their fault, and then were footed the bill! I dont know if I was just hearing things but I swear I heard one of them say something quietly.Dont go here. Their service is as bad as their prices.

Came in to get an oil change in my BMW sedan last week. Guy handling my car had suggested replacing the cabin air filter for $60 or &70. Of course I begin to think that sounds a little pricey, so I check and discover I was ripped off considering an OEM BMW cabin air filter can be purchased for less than $20.00 dollars online. Its disappointing to be hustled like that and if I could Id return the air filter and demand a refund. Poor business practices. Also I explained to the manager Id like de-greaser sprayed onto my exhaust manifold because Ive had a small oil leak from VCG onto it. Manager failed to inform the technicians. The technician I explained it to had no clue what I was talking about and just sprayed it randomly throughout my engine.

I ended up not getting my oil changed at this location. Although the staff was nice they made me wait in line only to tell me once my car was getting worked on that they ran out of synthetic oil. They should either have a large sign saying so or tell the customer as soon as they are greeted. No point saying hello as soon as we pull up and not letting the customer know about it. It’s like McDonald’s running out of hamburgers and not letting people in line know. What a waste of time.

Been going over a few years take two cars there had to go back three times cause they did not tighten my oil filter enough had leaking all over my garage and driveway I reached under had to tighten it with my hand . Last time I pulled out my keys put them away so they can start oil change they said sir you have to put them on the dashboard I said I have them in my pocket..so they refuse to start the oil change.. This is not communist China.. This is capitalism you give your customer a hard time I go somewhere else.

Before I pulled in, I noticed everyone outside taking phone calls, and I felt bad for coming in because they all had to stop their breaks. But man, they were still super friendly and made me feel like I was their only customer! I love places that treat you so well and make me feel like I understand it all. I always go here, but now I will start telling others to do the same!

Called ahead and got full price for 6.4 quart full synthetic, including $15 coupon emailed to me. Upon arrival, the price had gone up and explanation was calls are routed to out of state call center and they may not always give correct price. So how is that the customers fault? Refused to honor price quoted on phone for 6.4 quarts. Very disappointing and unethical!

Jeffrey and his team were great. I came in to discuss my headlights and they filled up my tires free of charge! Granted, I am a returning customer but their customer service is excellent.

If there are no cars in front of you, you can get in and out in 20 minutes or less. Fast, friendly workers that do NOT pressure you for add-ons. They may ask you about changing your air filter or interior cabin filter, but I have never felt pressured by them. I usually buy and install air filters myself at home, but many people will find it is worth it to just have the guys/gals here do it for the extra $10-$15 you may pay vs doing it yourself. Overall I would definitely recommend this place. They also fill up your tires and windshield wiper fluid.

The staff was nice, but they charge an arm and a leg for this mindless task. The only reason I went to them is because I had no choice. I will never return to any valvoline ever. Also, their multi point inspection is a bunch of bull. They just throw “problems” at people who don’t know, and charge you up the ying yang for it. I wouldn’t trust the quality of work there for anything other than an oil change, but for what they charge you might as well go to your dealer.

Love this place but find a coupon

Got a transmission fluid change and coolant fluid change for almost $300. Expensive!I asked why they hadn’t changed the filter in the transmission and was told there is no filter in my car. That is a lie. I have change the filter myself and when I said that the story changed to, “we don’t change filters.”What is the use of changing the transmission fluid if you don’t change the filter?Expensive and they don’t complete the job.

Then again, it was on a wednesday in the late afternoon. I did tell him if he treated me well, Id write him a review.
