Sure was easy to create a new key. The good news, is the key worked when I got it home. Only negative was way too many advertisements...but I guess gave me something to read while I waited the full 2 minutes.

A bit pricey but convenient and fast

Quick, easy and convenient. I do feel like the keys were overpriced for what you would pay for at Lowes or Home Depot, but the convenience made it worth it.

I copied a house key and the key didn’t work. When I compared the original to the copy, the copy didn’t even look like the original. It was clearly an error of the machine. What makes me mad about it is that it costs 2-3x the price of a normal copy at your local locksmith and the machine has in bold letters 100% SATISFACTION GAURANTEED! When I called customer service they said it was a calibration error which “happens from time to time.”

I was charged for 3 keys when I only received 1. When I phoned the lady understood what happened and refunded the first charge. Thank you!

The key replacement was excellent, it actually works! The time to create this replacement was minimal, however I found it to be expensive. I should say that I had another key replaced a couple of days ago at less cost by a professional but it does not work So the cost is debatable because my time is worth something.

It was very easy to use, just follow the instructions and you have an extra key that really works.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a while. I was asking questions about getting a key made. They require two keys to make one key. When I was asking questions she hung up on me. So naturally I called back and she said the call dropped. Not true. Then she tells me the keys would be made off site and shipped from New York. Talk about a business I will never ever use. Worst of the worst by far!!!! Negetive stars should be a thing.
