This location has definitely changed my perception of Planet Fitness! Clean, spacious with friendly staff and a new, enthousiastic trainer. Glad I found this place!

It was pretty nice working out thereBut defenetly needs more free weights. Machines arent it at least not for everything. Overall good.

I closed my account because of the front desk don’t understand the costumer and they don’t deal with service that you need. The gym don’t have everything you need and too crowded. Every person stays for ever on one machine. Save your money for a better gym then this.

If you don’t want your bank account charged anymore you’re better off COMPLETELY CANCELING. They tell you that your account won’t be charged but it will trust me. Happened two times already. Will definitely be cancelling on Monday.

In May I asked the front desk to change my black card to the basic membership. The person said they did it and I signed. In June I was charged $23 and I called to complain. The man on the phone said he was sorry and would not charge me July in return. In July they charged me $23 again. I called yesterday and they said they wont charge August in return, how can I believe them after they already said this and they would not do September. They owe me $26 for being overcharged 2 times now but they refused to do it. Im so disappointed in this place.

Great location! Clean environment and equipment. Machines are well maintained and fairly new. Cant beat the price compared to other gyms.

The staff is a bit psychotic. Make sure you know all the rules before coming here. They suspend and ban people for no reason at all some times because you accidentally spoke to them while buying a drink and they just have something bias against you. I canceled my black card and moved on. After seeing how they treat people here.

It was my first time here today. The place is big and clean. Machines are socially distanced with plenty of cleaning stations to sanitize your area after youre done with it. Shout out to the trainer Katrina for a fun class and such a bright and positive attitude. Cant wait to take another class!

From the get-go at enrollment, I was so blown away on all you have to offer to get our bodies fit & trim. I will strongly recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. I was referred & didnt imagine how advanced you are for everyones physical needs.

Clean facilitys and professional employees. For the price of the black card membership, I get to use almost all the amenities they offer and discount prices on other items like Reebok shoes and more. I love Planet Fitness ❤️ Thank you for the free showers too. Hot water showers feel so dang good. 💦💋😁

Update 8/29/21Yay! I LOVE FV LOCATION ONCE AGAIN. To the owner, Bryan has exceptional communication, listening and problem solving skills. So glad I stayed because he did exactly what he said he was going to do. Solved the problem.But also thanks to the efforts of Diego too. Things are back to normal here at Planet Fitness FV, I couldnt be happier. I hope Bryan and Diego are recognized for their fantastic leadership skills. I hope to see them both go far with Planet fitness. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this club, great location, its SUPER clean clean clean, the staff is awesome, equipment well maintained, paper towels and restroom supplies kept well stocked. The lockers are also wiped down.Again, excellent staff. I cant believe how great this team (Yobana, Diego, Ivan, Nathalie, Bryan, Im missing a few) almost forgot Nathan, they all work together to ensure that members have a great experience... Like wow! Come see for yourself. Never any bad attitudes, all smiles and eagerness to assist members, answer questions or assist with any other needs members may have. They work their butts off every single day.

Decent facility with some elbow room. My only complaints would be some of the upholstery is ripped and most of the time there are several paper towel dispensers out across the floor. Other than that it gets the job done.

I went there in the middle of the night recently and I was unable to use the tanning booths because the woman who is manning the front desk did not speak a single syllable of English. Is that even Legal to hire someone who doesn’t speak any English? Unbelievable. She pretended like she knew what I was talking about at first but come to find out she was unable to comprehend. She did not know the word TANNING, much less how to turn one of them on for me. She couldn’t even so much as ring me up for a bottle of water, instead motioned for me to write my phone number down on a pad of paper (presumably for them to charge me later). ridiculous

Lots of space when at the times I work out.

Still pretty empty in the morning. Locker room floor needs more frequent sweeping. Showers need some attention, but are serviceable.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! - Read this and the edit!Due to Covid, they were shut down like almost all other gyms. They communicated about it a bunch at the beginning (like March 2020) but then dropped off. However, they started taking money from your account again with no mention of being open, even if you have medical concerns about Covid and havent gone in at all.The employees are incredibly rude and short with you on the phone and in person, and the Manager doesnt even seem to work at the location. Ive called a dozen times and he is surprisingly never there at 10 am, 11 am, 3 pm, or 5 pm. Oh, but he does take lunch for at least 2 hours from 12-2. Whoever owns this franchise location seems to have actively tried to make it as bad as possible.Edit: See their reply below - ha! I have already talked to your employees and eventually had to come in the facility to end my membership despite Covid concerns. When I ended it, they STILL charged me ANOTHER extra month! As if stealing $60 from me wasnt enough, they had to make sure it was $80 even after I cancelled.

Unbelievably outright ripoff. They charged me during the pandemic when they were closed half a year during 2020! Called customer service and gave me the the run around.

Update on 7/4/2020, today is the 1st day that I see everyone wearing mask while exercising.... awesome Planet associates for reminding us on wearing masks to protect everyone..reopening is great... the place is super clean... make sure to wear your mask to protect yourself... most people in here dont wear... worry me a bit...

I come here a lot very nice and clean, you need obviously a mask to enter I know that theyre some specific times when it get busy but when I always come I never find a line so good luck 😊

Super clean, All the staff and guests are wearing a mask, shiny clean restroom, friendly staff, and only gym I can visit with no worry even in this pandemic. They are limiting the max number so you can exercise with minimal guests. Feel safe. Thanks!

Romantic place for relaxing

This Planet fitness is more spacious and organized than the other ones. I definitely like it’s location. I have one planet fitness near me but I prefer driving a little more to this one.

Great monthly rate and a nice variety of equipment. If you stay consistent, they have everything you need to get in shape.

Seems to have a bit of new gym smell, which is almost certainly toxic off-gassing (just as is new-car smell.) Not soo much but noticeable. OR it is some type of air scent spray (also usually toxic due to hormone-disrupting phthalates). Doing cardio here would thus be a poor idea most likely, due to heavy breathing. Luckily I was just visiting.Even aside from that, I arrived after 12am, and escalators were off. This gym is on second floor. Difficult to get up with my injury. Was told by staff the elevators were mostly for employees.The woman cleaning the mens locker room completely shut down the locker room as per barrier saying closed. That is annoying, I have never seen that even at other PFs.

If you want a gym that is NEVER busy and is ALWAYS clean, this is the place to be. On top of that, the staff is very friendly. For under $25/month, Planet Fitness is definitely for the value conscious. There is no pool, sauna, or kids club. But if you dont use any of those amenities, youre much better off with a Planet Fitness membership over 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness.

I very much liked this location, it is very nice & clean! The womens locker room has hair dryers, a cool light up mirror, & a vending machine that has headphones, locks, & tampons. But you still have to have to bring your own lock for the lockers :-/

Planet fitness is annextremely underrated gym. If you want a gym where you can just go there, mind your business and get a solid workout in, this is BY FAR much better than la fitness or 24 hour fitness. Also its 10$ a month so Im not sure how you could expect anything more.If theres one improvement they could make it would be to put some kind of covers over the lights over the treadmills - you have to wear a hat otherwise the light gets irritating after 5 or 10 minutes. Great gym! Go here with no regrets!

Great deal. $20 a month to access all locations and also bring a guest, but be aware there is a $40 annual fee that you are charged for at a random point in the year.The only downside of this particular location is that it is very dim inside.

If you dont take classes (like spin etc) its great. I have always only used a gym for the equipment. The simplicity of the business model makes going to the gym an enjoyable experience. No frills gym is perfect for me.

Came in for the first time on the afternoon of New Year’s Day. The workers were great and very accommodating. Place is nice and clean itself.

I love this gym. I have been a member of Crunch Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and Total Women Gym and Spa, Planet Fitness is hands down the best gym. I love that the price. I also love the Bring a Friend feature for Black Card members. I take turns bringing my sister and cousin! Love the massage chairs, the showers are great, the bathrooms are modern and always clean. I come here all the time with my family members now. Also love that this location is open 24/5.. so helpful for when I get off work late! Every time I am greeted by great staff. I love that this gym is so clean and well kept. I love pizza Monday! So many perks about coming here! Join and you will not regret it!

I had membership with them last year (June) . After pandemic when the gym was closed the charge me once . My membership was expired and they were still closed. When they reopened, they charge me 3weeks ago, without my permission. I called them manager wasnt available . Then they renewed my membership without my permission again . They do not refund, just told we understand but no refund . BECAME FULL, because they have your account number they can charge you whenever they want and no refund . During I was talking with them, many people called and had a same issue . They charge you without your permission and no refund . GYM policy, froud 😠😠😠😠😠

Clean, not super busy, and not super crowded either.

I just had another rude service at this location- .... I visited this location after hiking this morning and had my backpack on me - after about 5 minutes of workout two employees came up to me saying members complained about my backpack 🎒 lol .. honestly there was hardly anyone at the gym. I felt super uncomfortable working out cuz they were watching me

Everyone here was very nice, even other customers.Lots of equipment and room to work out.Showers leave much to be desired. Youd think in such a nice place, theyd have shower heads rather than painful wall spigots. The locker rooms are very clean.

Great staff, clean and well equipped. Lets hope they keep it up and not just because new. Bathrooms are clean, theres a drinking fountain for anyone that wants to refill water bottles. They sell P.F. gear as well. Am happy being a member here.

Ive been to most of the planet fitness gyms in the area and this is by far my favorite. Spacious, lots of machines, friendly staff, and it is SO CLEAN. I feel like when I go to other gyms the floors and equipment are so dirty and at this one I see the staff working so hard to take care of it and keep it clean. Favorite PF in OC ❤

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If the red mold on the shower curtains doesn’t get you, the slippery shower floors will. Any day now someone is going to slip and bust their head open on that wet tile.

Super friendly staff. Been to about 5 planet fitness locations in SoCal and this one and Lake Elsinore have been the best. Never really that crowded and always clean.

Absolutely worst experience especially from Louie and Stephan very unknowable and no customer service. three employees miserable at their job and still havent had the manager or general manager call me back. Dirty machines stains of sweat so staff doesnt even clean the equipment.. guess people dont matter to this business. Never coming back and definitely will never recommended this place. When I left no one even noticed they ask as soon as i got the tour if I wanted to join after the tour was completely unenthusiastic. The Tour Guide didnt even know what the difference is in the machines of the arc and the Olymptical . I was told ask Stephan he would know. the tanning is only 9 min every 24 hours . and the sauna has no time limit so you have to wait till that person comes out ... o yeah!!! only one person at a time in the sauna...there was so much more that happen in 42 min I tried to be there.

The facilities were clean and the positive environment is nice however their automated payment system is not. If their automated payment system fails to charge your bank(even if you have enough balance) they will not notify you and will charge you a $15 late fee without even notifying you in that case either. I canceled my mebership because of this. My bank balance had way more than enough to be charged but then I noticed a $15 fee on my bank accountl. I inquired about it only to find that it was due to a late fee. Manager thinks this is fine and i think this is unacceptable that the system does not notify users when their automated system charges you late and then bills you a late charge on top of it without any notification.I dont trust gyms automated payment system anymore if they try to screw around with my bank account under the hood.

Great staff, nice equipment, but very dirty female locker room. Clumps of hair debris and trash everywhere in female locker room. Showers dirty also.

I love Planet Fitness I always feel comfortable and confident to do my work out the way want and I dont have to worry about anybody bothering me.

Staff is wonderful, gym machines are advanced technology.

Will be cancelling my membership before the 10th of next month so not charged another month.- First visit since COVID-19 reopenings and disgusted by people not wearing masks. They had them but took them off to lift weights, or wore them below their nose and chin making them worthless. Also, no staff in the hour I was there asked people to wear their masks or wear it correctly.

This gym is always clean. The manager, briant and his staff are friendly and helpful. I cant say enough good things.

Not only are they guilty of repeated Unapologetic service dog discrimination but someone let the air out of my tires while I was in there. Its possible the employees retaliated for me even trying to educate them about service dog law.

I go to Planet Fitness 6/7 days of the week, I love this Tustin location! There is so much room, so many machines, doesnt feel over crowded, locker rooms are always clean! I just dont like not having paper towels in the locker rooms, because, lol I need to get rid of sweat! 😂 But I love coming here! Compared to the HB location, thats ok, and small and doesnt have as many machines. :/

Great gym, with a lot of free weights. Parking is difficult in the District because youre competing with restaurant and mall customers.

I cant wait till this gym opens on May 3rd, i needa lose a lot of weights. And PF will help me out 😊

Staff is very friendly always welcoming you and greeting you as you leave. Womans bathroom can get refreshed a little more often as far as poop smells goes...its like dump central in the morning. I tend to go everyday between 9am and 11am then again later for a workout before bed around 7-9pm on week days. I HATE WHEN STAFF WILL CLEAN A MACHINE BY SPRAYING IT DOWN RIGHT NEXT TO YOU AND YOUR ALREADY BREATHING HEAVY FOR AIR AS YOU PUSH THROUGH YOUR WORKOUT THEN YOUR HAVING TO BREATH IN SOME STORNG CHEMICAL SMELL IT KILLS YOUR FOCUS AND LUNG POWER!!! But they are all nice so you dont blame them just wish they would not spray down the machine next to someone working out just wipe it with a pre sprayed towel. (Mini spazz attack🤣) The Crowds during that time is not bad. I hate the location beacuse its hard to find parking on the weekend night since it is at a shopping center but the facility and staff are so nice you just deal with it.I wish they carried a scale so you could check your progress along the way but i just go to target across the way and step on one of theirs for free every now and then. With all that being said i LOVE MY GYM!!! and i am happy with it. Kissess little sweat monkeys 🐒 see ya soon.
