I came here for both of my vacations and Beatriz and Mayra were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and they made sure that after the vaccine I was feeling ok thank you so much for the help I would recommend Hurtt Family Clinic to anyone I come from riverside to here and I always get taken good care off thank you Hurtt Family Clinic.

Just a word of caution for those with insurance. You have to schedule a separate appointment for your labs at a separate location. They do not tell you this when you schedule your appointment.

Great place! Everyone is helpful, friendly & professional! I get my doctor, dentist & therapist in one place, sometimes even able to schedule back to back to save an extra trip!

My family has been using this clinic for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about this place. We love the friendly helpful staff, and have dealt with many issues with the help of Hurtt Clinic. I have received mental health services, including medication for depression and therapy. I have had tattoos removed by the amazing Art Cano, I have had cavities filled, and my children have been getting their wellness check ups, immunizations, and weve gone for many issues including colds, flus, asthma, ear aches, and diaper rashes. I make sure our health insurance allows us to go there.

It’s a bummer that you can NEVER get in same day! Ever.The office at OC rescue mission is horrible. I understand all the patients are recovering drug addicts but it was awful! I had an email for a specific appt time and when I got there apparently someone in the office changed my appt for 40 minutes later without notifying me. I was so frustrated. By the time I convienced them that my appt was earlier, by showing t my confirmation and email, sure enough it was now 40 minutes later😢 if course it was.I am going to change my PCP.Don’t go there.

Love the staff very helpful and I personally like my Dr I recommend them to anyone definitely worth trying out....

Have you ever walked into a doctor’s office and you were seen with 10 minutes of your appointment? Well, for me that would be an anomaly. Like seeing an alien spaceship.The receptionist was polite and knew her job. She shared the price is $30.00 for my blood to be drawn and I shared my circumstances. She spoke to her supervisor and 3 minutes later a call for Curtis Bailey from the phlebotomist is made.Now thats entire different story, because she really knows how to connect with a customer and Im not talking about only with a needle. She shared she was in today, replacing another phlebotomist. She also shared she was having a baby in four months and I asked if she or her husband knew if the baby was a girl or boy and she shared she would not know until May 15th. Wow! I started thinking about changing my primary doctor. She even listened to my current circumstances as well even with questions. I have to mention as well, I do not and do not remember when the last doctor, nurse or phlebotomist was able draw blood from the area of the elbow, usually they have to use a butterfly needle to draw blood. SHE DID IT.As I was leaving, fortunately, I met Raphael who worked upstairs in the dental office. He shared, with incredible understanding of present and future changes of my healthcare carrier, all of the free healthcare they could offer. Well, after the fifteenth of this month, I calling back to make an appointment. Looks like I have a new primary.I wish they had an ophthalmologist.
