We worked with AJ Jarvis who was so great! We were able to purchase a special order that was coming in and he made the whole process so quick and efficient. His communication and professionalism are top notch! Finance department was great as well. Easy and smooth, the way buying a car should be! Thanks guys!!
Great car buying experience! Would definitely recommend Ford AutoNation Tustin to our family and friends. The sales team answered all the questions. We felt never pressured.
I originally went to purchase a ford explorer the next day the steering locked up while driving. The got their fully inspected car back. I chose another one and got the extended warranty. They do not want to pay a dime and act like they dont need to fix anything even if it is covered under warranty .I dont like their sale tactics. They ran my credit multiple times after I left the dealership which hurt my credit in the long run. Will not recommend to anyone.
I am very pleased with the service. I have a lot of anxiety about auto related services but they were so kind and helpful. All the services were excellent
I had an 8:40am appointment last Saturday with Bella. She was right on time and very knowledgeable about my Expedition...along with other models. Very professional and a good conversationalist but didnt lose sight of keeping the agenda moving forward. Start to finish, a great experience.
Ford doesn’t know how to make cars to begin with due to many transmission failures prior on my car and I’m only at 80,000 miles. Multiple recalls issued due to bad engineering on my 2014 Focus ultimately causing me to bring my car in for outright transmission failure. The car wouldn’t go in reverse and would slip gear when it shifted. Service center doesn’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling. Service manager was unsympathetic and not helpful at all. He didn’t even apologize to me for my car being there for five weeks. Yes, if took five weeks for them to get the part to fix my transmission. When I brought it in they told me it could take up to four weeks but they couldn’t really give me a timetable. All of this only for them tell me that it wouldn’t fix my car and that it needed new clutches. I biked, borrowed friends and family members cars, got rides, walked, took the bus, for those five weeks because Ford refused to give me a loaner or rental car despite talking to customer service as well as reps at the dealership. They refused me transportation despite it completely being their fault for my situation. They told me to rent a car with my own money which would have been astronomical for a five week period. Quote price to fix the clutches was $3,400 an actual joke. Drove the car off the lot and it drives as well as it did before the transmission failed. Meaning they were trying to pull a fast one or just incompetent. I don’t recommend anyone visit this dealership’s service center and I don’t recommend anyone buying a Ford. They don’t know how to make cars and they treat their customers poorly for their own engineering incompetence.
Great service! We called and got an appointment easily. Service advisor Robert Selff was very friendly and helpful! The waiting room is really nice! You can bring your laptop and work on the businesses Center while you wait. There are power outlets and good WiFi! Nice tv room. Starbucks Coffee, tea, water, vending machines with cold drinks, ice creams, snacks. Clean restrooms. Overall very pleased!
I had been looking for a used car for weeks went to many dealers. The bestOne was AutoNation Tustin.Dylan Alvarado was our sales associateHe helped us find the car we were looking for he was vary knowledgeable on the car and made the whole process much easier to go through. The other car dealers did not know much about what the dealers offer as warranty etcHe did. Great job thanks
Great dealer. Super easy and fast transaction. Sean was extremely helpful and is still going the extra mile to ensure i am satisfied with purchase. Bought a Mach E and we love it!
I’ve gone to AutoNation Ford Tustin for service ever since I bought my Ford in 2016. I live in Huntington Beach but I’ve always made the drive to Tustin even though I have a couple Ford service centers closer to my home. The reason I make the drive is because of the Robert (Bob) my service rep. I’ve been to other Ford Service centers and the service doesn’t come close to the customer service that Bob gives to his customers. He has always been honest, kind, responsible and helpful! I trust him… that’s the biggest reason, I TRUST him. Thanks Bob for always making me feel like I’m in good hands at Ford and on the road. You’re the reason I will always go back to Ford Tustin! No other Ford service center in Orange County compares because they don’t have a BOB! Thank you for always making me feel like I’m the most important customer and keeping my car in perfect running condition!~ Minda
They were dishonest and I would not recommend them to anyone. Said the car was inspected (needed a $800 brake job), when I pointed out the problem during the 5 day return window they kept the car for for 5 days and did not offer a rental. Instead of fixing the brakes right (needed new rear drums because the old ones could not be turned) they just slapped on new pads. This dealership is no better than buying private party. Dont trust a word they say.
Robert from finance was very kind and helpful. He made buying out our lease a breeze without any issues. Can’t say the same for other dealers in OC. Highly recommended! Thanks Robert
The team at Autonation was very helpful and attentive with my repair. Despite being busy, communication was timely and open. The price I received was fair and I did not feel like I was taken advantage of like at other dealerships. I will definitely be coming back for my next repair.
In my online car search, I spotted the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. It was an 80 mile drive to this dealer, so I called them, and they agreed to hold the car for me till I could check it out. They allowed me to look it over real good, and let me test drive it enough to be satisfied of the feel of he car. After the purchase, they followed up with me to be sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. They also showed me a detailed list of all services performed and checked on the car before I bought it. I would highly recommend Auto Nation to anyone.
Ive bought many vehicles in the past but never have I had such a good experience as I did from Autonation Ford in Tustin!! The service was incredible from the GM Scott who was welcoming and took his time with me and my wife to make us feel comfortable and made sure we where well taken care of by his great team. Zack, Chris, and Robert all worked hard for us to get us exactly what we wanted for our new vehicle. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend them!
Robert & Jesus helped me with a very complicated situation I was in with another dealership. They did not hesitate or complain at all. They did not try to sell me anything or push me to do anything I did not want to do. Its very hard to find honest people in the car/ dealership business and how fast, efficient & honest they were literally blew our minds! They made us forever grateful and will only go back to them if we choose to buy another Ford! Amazing people! Highly recommend!
Worked with the team on a Sunday to deliver a vehicle from another dealer to get into the one I preferred. Was seamless and happened within a few hours. Team was great to work with and work through the process on, highly recommended.
Couldn’t have had a better experience. The sales department, and manager were extremely helpful and took care of us quickly. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and most of all made it happen in a short amount of time. She showed us the vehicle she thought we would love and boy did we love it. She worked with us and was on top of things. We will buy from their dealership again.Love our Ranger!
Had a great first time experience. They took care of my car and I was happy to leave knowing they checked everything out and fixed my car all within the same day even though I didnt have an appointment. Thanks Ford of Tustin!
This was one of the easiest car buying experiences my husband and I have ever had! Our sales man, Pouya was so informative and everything was absolutely seemless! Could not recommend autonation Ford or their team more! Thank you Pouya and Bob!
Service department was top notch. I was in from out of town and in need of a quick oil change. Wait was minimal, especially for a holiday weekend. Shuttled my wife and I to a place to grab lunch and picked us up when our vehicle was ready. Even washed it!
This place will try to rip you off. The service department will suggest services that you do not need. I literally bought 4 new tires 2 weeks before I took my car for an oil change and maintenance. They now recommend new tires and alignment, which I also had done while getting my tires. Do not trust these guys and definitely get a second opinion.
Bella was fantastic. She deserves a huge raise. No one likes taking their car into the shop. But she was outgoing, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. She made an un-fun situation tolerable. I’d use them again just because of Bella.
So far My experience here, has been horrible. Had my appointment set for 8:00am. Arrived at 7:50 am, was 6th in line and was told to go on the 2nd lane. To my surprise people on the left side kept getting checked in and us on the right were being skipped. I finally inquired about my turned and was checked in by a technician walking by at 8:30 and was told to wait in my vehicle. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked again why was I still waiting if I had an appointment at 8:00am. I was taken was told they were short handed. The technician informed me that several employees have quit/resigned and that they havent hired anyone. Im here waiting for my lyft to pick me up which was scheduled at 9:00am and was supposed to be here at 9:09 am, its now 9:18 am and havent gotten picked up. MORE TO COME.....
I will like to begin by saying THANK YOU to Alex for helping me get into the car that I wanted. It was a very rocky road finding the vehicle I wanted but Alex was able to get me into the car that I wanted. He went as far as the next dealership to pick up my car to have it delivered to me. I can say that because of Alex Auto Nation Ford Tustin will be my forever go to dealership. Can’t forget Bob another person to thank for making this all happen.Sincerely,David H
This is my first time for service. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. and I was here on time. However, it wasnt until 8:13 a.m. That someone came to greet me. What is the point of having an appointment system if it is not honored?I waited for 4 hours for a simple service. The waiting room is cold. I am disappointed at the speed and quality of the service provided by this dealership. Ill never buy another service agreement with Ford.
It was time to trade in my old truck.. after looking far and wide. I found a beautiful truck that was worthy. I came in late. About 7pm on Saturday.Already tired from a long day of truck hunting, we met Brandon outside who walked me over to my future truck, he politely took my info and passed it on to Israel.Israel was the salesman who answered the phone when I called about the truck that morning. He was very straight forward, kind, understanding and the deal felt pretty straight forward. My wife is always looking out for my best interest and she asked the dealer some pretty challenging questions. Bob, the sales manager handled those challenges like a true professional. He was was able to structure the details of the deal so that it all felt very fair. Chris was our finance manager, he was able to quickly and efficiently take care of all the paperwork for us so we could all get home and enjoy what was left of our Saturday night.Once signed and done Israel walked us out and right into my beautiful new (used)Fully Loaded 2016 F-150 Lariat.Thank you once again for a great car buying experience. I would recommend this business and this team to anyone looking to buy a new(used) car.
I dropped off my truck for its first service with service advisor Bella. She was great making sure my truck was serviced with concerns about damaging the slide in camper. All good! Great service great communications! Thx Bella!
We had a great experience working with this Ford dealership. Our representative Israel was knowledgeable and friendly, and not pushy. He helped us find the specific model with the specs we were looking for and got it delivered from another dealership. The nicest part is that when we were buying the car and putting it in my name, both the dealership and the financing individuals always addressed me directly instead of my husband (which often happens at car dealerships). We are very happy with our Explorer and appreciate this dealership for ensuring that the transaction was quick and easy, especially since we had our baby daughter in tow.
Shaun, my sales representative and Peter, my finance rep. were very helpful and courteous. They did all the could to make this a stress free experience. Even when there was a hiccup, they did everything the could to resolve the issue and quickly as possibly without hesitation. Good job!
Sammy was a tremendous help with my purchase of the new Bronco Sport! He helped me out when I couldnt decide whether to buy new or used, a truck or suv. Super patient, tremendously superb experience.
I will never buy a car from this place again. I was having issues with my car and I called them to bring it back up so they could look at it as they claim they go over the car and fully inspect it but they dont - I have already put in 1500.00 to have the car fixed after buying a month from them and I am still having issues with the car. This will be the 2nd time I have brought the car back for my mechanic to fix something else now. I am disappointed that i called the dealership and they said oh we go over the car and there should be no issues but we will have the manager call you back and I have called back 7 times with no return phone call. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM - YOU GET NO LOVE....
I’ve been servicing my Explorer here since 2017 & year after year, they’ve been great. Andrew was appointed to me this time, and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of his service and personal touch. Andrew is very responsive and inspires trust and confidence in the services provided. Whether you need an oil change, tires or windshield wipers, Andrew will take care of you, get great dealer services at competitive prices - ask for Andrew!
Did a full service including tire rotation efficiently while we waited. Very fair fee. I bought the car here and have gone here for service ever cents. And I will keep coming. Bob is my representative and I will keep with them as long as I can.
I just wanted an initial oil and filter change for my new truck I bought from them 3 months ago. They added tire rotation and couple of other items. Said they wont do oil and filter changes only.On top of that I made an appointment and I indicated that I would be waiting. Then I was told it will take 3-4 hours. Whats the point in making an appointment if you have to wait hours for a simple oil change.I went elsewhere to where my business is appreciated.
If I could sum up my experience at this dealership, it would be in one word: Terrible.Whatever you do, please choose any dealership over this one for the servicing of your car. I took my car in on a Tuesday morning for two specific faults. I heard nothing for two days, and only because I followed up multiple times did I finally get an answer. The dealership doesn’t answer their phones, doesn’t call you back, and when they do, they flat out lie about what’s happening with your vehicle. My vehicle had a faulty front heated and cooled seat coupled with a defective EV battery (would not remain in EV mode and would overheat and switch to hybrid about halfway through its electric mode). This dealership kept my vehicle for four days and told me the service technician would test it and drive it to replicate the problem. On Friday (4 days later), I call to ask the status, having not heard from them, and I am told the front seat is fixed and the EV battery was tested and was normal. I immediately explained it is not normal as I have owned the car for three years and never had this issue. Nonetheless, I picked up my vehicle, planning to take it elsewhere.Upon collection, I checked the vehicle tracking logs on my phone to find the car had not moved in 4 days, let alone been tested, AND the front heated/cooled seat issue was still broken! What the hell did they do for four days with my car? Leave it to sit there?I immediately reached out to the manager, and so far, four days have passed, and no response to my emails. I would highly recommend not coming to this dealership.Save yourself the time, effort, hassle, and if your car is not under warranty - the money!! Please heed my advice. You won’t regret it, but you WILL regret bringing your car here. I was willing to give them a chance, but I wish I hadn’t.
Jesus was awesome very helpful, knowledgeable and a great attitude. He made me and my wife feel at ease with the car buying experience.
Communication was great and the issue was resolved quickly and accurately!
AutoNation Ford Tustin provided excellent service, from the ease in scheduling the appointment, to the actual service, to picking up the freshly cleaned and sanitized vehicle. Service Advisor Tony deserves a raise. He’s hard working, puts in long hours, is conscientious, listens, and knows his stuff about the Ford product. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.
Very friendly. Able to work with me a ton to get my trucks price to were I need it to be in order for me to buy it. I will definitely get my wife and my news cars for AutoNation Ford!
My experience was neither good or bad. Ive been very interested in getting more information about the Ford Maverick and Ive seen videos of Mavericks popping up at different dealer locations. I walked into Autonation Ford today and there were four people sitting/standing at the front desk. I asked When would there be Mavericks available to look at because I know theyre pretty hard to come by? One person seemingly annoyed said Theyre hard to come by because theyre not available yet. And a second person without making eye contact with me said Middle of next month.I got the information I needed but this could have been a more productive conversation. They could have asked if I wanted to place a reservation or ask me which trim Im interested in. Ive never consider buying a Ford until now and this initial experience was quite lackluster.
Great service on my 2012 F250 as usual. Bella, the service agent went over work needed to be done, kept me appraised of progress, and got me out is a few hours. Will return.
Were very happy with our new 2021 Ford F150 XLT with the new 3.5L Powerboost Hybrid Engine! Well be using it to haul our new 27 foot RV. We also had a great buying experience from Robert Wasik, who walked us through all the cool features and capability of this truck and gave us a great deal. Special thanks to Chris Ellis from AutoNations finance team, too.
Friendly service advisor, easy drop off and pick up. Will definitely return for future service.
Really friendly and effective service from Christian Kirk. I took my car to fix something with the engine and within 2 days I had my car back, and it was better than ever! Christian made sure I was informed about the process and called me as soon as it was done. I had a really good experience with this Ford Dealership.
Bought a used Hyundai Veloster N from AutoNation Ford Tustin last week. I was really impressed with how easy and smooth the transaction was. I contacted Zach and Elmer. I asked for pics of the car and Elmer texted me back immediately. I had to leave early for work and Elmer took the time to deliver the car to my house 50 minutes away and also gassed the car up at drop off. They also performed an oil change before delivery too! Really excellent customer service, I got a very good price and super happy with my car and experience.
Very good experience, communicative and helpful service rep. I went in without an appointment since AutoNation appears to be transitioning to a call center system and its online appointment and telephone systems were not responding. But even lacking an appointment service was prompt.
On July 26 2021I took my 2012 Ford Mustang in to the Tustin Ford Dealership for the first time just to have them make me a new key. They told me it was going to cost me $260 they also said there was some recalls ok so I left my car with them the service writer call me said the car was ready.. I had my daughter pick the car up and they charged her $295 with know Explanation he then told my daughter that there was a oil leak it needed a battery and several other things he tried to sell us on .. so I took my car to my mechanic and he check the car said it was fine … remember I just went in just for one key .. wow this place is super shady stay alway from this place ..
Great place to buy a car service is great getting to make an appointment was hell getting someone to call you back good luck with that
Went in to ask a few questions about the new Bronco and how the ordering process works. Workers were all extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Not the way I would expect to be treated when looking to spend money on a new car. Most definitely taking my business elsewhere.
I had to wait on an truck that was coming in and not yet on the lot. In the mean time if I had questions they were answered promptly. Good customer service on their end.
My over all experience was great. I started online and was able to set an appointment that worked best for me. Alex was waiting for me when I arrived and we were able to test drive a few truck and narrow down what I was looking for.The process working out the finial price was fair and took about as much time as I expected. Throughout the whole process Alex was friendly and upfront, he made it easy to feel good about such a large purchase.I actually left and came back to finish the sale, which I appreciated them giving me the space to reflect. Bob the sales manager and Robert in finance were both also great.I the end I have my dream truck and I’m feeling very satisfied. I pass three Ford dealerships to get to AutoNation Ford Tustin, and it was worth the drive.
Previously, all of my appointments had been good experiences. This time it was very frustrating. It started by not being able to reach the Service department to make my appointment by phone - I called 4 times for a total of 25 min. over a day just getting cycled back and forth in their phone system. I ended up having to make the appointment online but their system refused to recognize me as a previous customer.I brought my Explorer in for a Recall fix, recommended service and two minor fixes at 8am. When I got there I was told they hadnt had the parts for the Recall fix for several months (but I got 3 letters from FORD to bring it in). I was told the vehicle would be done in about 3 hours. At 1 pm I called to see what the status was - they had just finished the recommended service but it needed an air filter. By 2:30 they had finished the filter but were just about to fix a plastic driver-side door panel that came off and I had taped back on. It was finally fixed at 5pm.When I got home I found out they had NOT fixed the problem with my wipers not spraying water to clean the windshield. Very Disappointed in the service this time. Ill give them one more shot before I switch to Tuttle-Click in Irvine.
I had an excellent experience leasing a new Ford Explorer. Sammy was an excellent salesman. He was honest, polite, and very considerate of our time. Tustin Ford was top notch in every sense of the manner. They had excellent up front pricing, they were considerate, and the process overall was quick, but most importantly, they have the best prices in Los Angeles, Orange or Riverside counties by far! I would I would gladly give my business to Sammy and Tustin Ford again!Go to Tustin Ford... Ask for Sammy!
Bob Selff service advisor at the Tustin Auto Nation Ford dealer is the best. Hes very friendly and personable and listens to what your needs are for your vehicle and lets you know what the findings are with no pressure to spend more than what you budget. He just wants you to be aware so may be on your next visit you can address the issues. Hes a value asset to Tustin Auto Nation and a big reason I go to get my van serviced regularly.
Great service! The service manager was very friendly and transparent about vehicle issues. The car was ready before the estimated completion time and I was called to pick it up. The service receipt was very detailed and showed everything that was done along with recommendations for on how to deal with possible issues. They also cleaned the car.
Really Great Service. They are very good at servicing my F 150 and making sure it is running like new!
This was the easiest, no stress buying experience that we have ever had. There was no pressure and the whole team worked together to quickly take care of the paperwork and the signing of our lives away. Great experience.
Robert! Experienced and very helpful. I couldn’t have purchase my Ford escape with Robert and Mr Musial! Best experience everThank You All at AutoNation Ford Tustin!
Great store, great people I sold my car and the process was simple and easy Nick was great helped out with everything and very attentive
As always, the service at AutoNation Ford Tustin is thorough, efficient, and timely. I have taken all of my Fords (an F150, an E350, a Focus, and three Fiestas) there for years, and Ive always been pleased with the work that the mechanics perform and with the care and attention that I can count on from my service manager Bob Selff. He is special! My only complaint (and Ive expressed this before) is that Ford has stopped producing Fiestas. I dont know what I will do when my 2016 Fiesta meets its mortal fate.
Bought a used Ford Explorer here and they were eager to sell it to me. After getting it home I realized that the interior lights do not turn on when I open the doors. Also, the car came equipped with the key pad on the door to unlock. You need a dealership code in order to set that. I asked the sales guy that sold me the car if this could be fixed, he told me to take it to ANY Autonation and it would be taken care of. I live in the LA area, so I took it to the Valencia location. They said that the Tustin location has to approve the fix.Heres where everything went south. I sent an e-mail to the sales guy (Alex J.) to get the approval and he never replied. After 4 days of not getting an answer, I made a 2 hour drive down there. I asked to speak with the manager since the sales guy was not there and I never heard back. The sales manager (Zachary V.) was too busy to see me and asked that I be given a business card, to copy him on the e-mail and that he would approve the repair. Before leaving the area, I did a few errands and checked my e-mail an hour later. Still no reply. I went back to talk to him again. This is where things started to escalate. He again refused to see me, but did reply to the e-mail approving the repair to the lights and stating that the door lock would not be approved. While still at the dealership, I asked for the corporate number as I find it ridiculous that I would be sold a vehicle with all the functions not working. Especially after I was told there would be no negotiations on the price of the vehicle. Zachary finally decided to see me and printed out the code to give to me.After getting the approval to get the lights fixed, Zachary needed to approve the cost of the repair to the Valencia location after they did the diagnostic. Its been 6 days since the request was submitted to the Tustin location and we still have not heard back.Ive bought a few cars in my lifetime. Ive driven an hour or two before to get the car and price that Ive wanted and will do so in the future. But I will definitely never come back to this dealership again and will advice all my friends and family to not come here as well. I dont write negative reviews as things can usually get fixed or misunderstandings are clarified. This situation is not a misunderstanding and is not being fixed. Im being ignored with a simple request that my interior lights turn on when I open the door.
My entire experience at AutoNation Ford Tustin was seamless! Dylan was awesome & very helpful. He made the car buying process easy & answered all questions. Peter was also great with helping to cross all the Ts and dot the Is at the end. Cheers to Scott for managing a great team!
I really dont know where to start; Service Quality not in question here. However, the unneccesary 10.5 hrs amount of time for a simple oil change, transmission fluid exchange, cabin filter and tire rotation, when first originally given a 7AM appointment, just ridiculous. Plus Tire rotation was never completed due to Swollen Lug nuts defect that Ford knows about, and expected me to pick cost out of my pocket for replacing. They should have offer these, Free. This is the Last time I will use This Dealer Service Dept. Others issues: different visit; nail on one of my tires, I needed to replace on my own time. AutoNation, never ever offer an apology. For recall door lock replacement; Technician scratched dashboard panel, when removing door trims. Never assumed responsibility. Their Discount Coupons are a joke; they tell you they will honor them, and in the end they tell you NOT because they gave you an already discounted price on estimate.
Super service with Alexander ~ great experience. Easy to work with, eager to help us in all ways. Nice opportunity to get to know each other! I would highly recommend him and the backing of AutoNation Ford. Thanks for making the experience more enjoyable! :-)
Went in for an oil change (electronic notification on car screen) told I needed rear brakes, battery, transmission leak, timing cover. In my gut I felt for the first time in 10+ years of servicing this car there that I was being bamboozled. $4000 worth of work instead of just the $78 oil change. I just left! Then I get a follow up notification in writing saying I may need a battery and rear brakes replacement. What happened to the the other two jobs they quoted at $3000? I don’t know what to think. I’m still on pause. Been loyal to them for a long time but…
Upon our arrival we received a friendly greeting from Dylan Dalton and I asked to see a particular Car I had seen on the Internet. I was informed it had been sold two days prior. I then mentioned that I had seen a red car also listed. He said he had a red car and took us out to see a 2020 convertible.Well to make a long story short we bought it with a fair trade give on my car and the finance department made the whole process seamless. I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Mustang GT Premium Convertible in Rapid Red.
Bob the Advicer number #1Best serviceOn timeVery fastExtra MileBob make sure I was completely satisfied with the service
Ford Tustin is my number one auto dealership for repairs with excellent customer service. When you get there ask for Bob. He is honest which is a real blessing. I feel my car is in good hands every time. Like always I have been pleased with the job and price at the end.
Christian was a great service advisor. Very prompt and professional. The mechanics forgot to put my wheel lock back in my truck and he had it ready for me to come pick up. Above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got it back.
Im giving 1 star, but John deserves 10 stars. I had a 10AM appointment for the works oil change, and arrived at 9:55AM. I was greeted by someone almost immediately, and directed to pull my car up, and into the right lane. After doing so, I watched as others customers who arrived after me were attended to by service agents, and waited until about 10:10AM. Finally, at about that time, the person who told me to pull up, went and told John that I was here. I left the dealership, and waited to be notified that my service was complete. Once notified, I returned and guess what, I was ignored for the next 15 minutes. No one even said hello. John was at lunch, so I finally walked to the front sales areas customer service desk. I waited as two employees had a conversation until someone walked from one of the offices and asked me if he could assist. I explained the situation, during which time, I was assisted by the customer service agent, and taken back to the service area. He approached one is the service writers, who was in one of the offices and after explaining the situation, the guy got on the phone, ignoring the request for assistance. Awkwardly we stood and waited. He then realized it was going to be an extended call, and then approached another service writer, who finally was able to give me my car. Since it was a free service using my points, there was nothing to do except a quick signature and handing my my keys.John apparently had my car detailed, it was clean and shiny inside and out.
I came in on a recall notice for my old Ford van. I was told that it definitely needed to have this procedure done. Very friendly people nice facility but after waiting an hour or more I was told that the inspection was done but because my van didn’t have cruise control it really didn’t need to have the work done. It seems to me that I could have not wasted my time if I was told that at the onset.I understand that they get money from the Ford corporation for these recalls but at my expense was inconvenient and unnecessary.
Pouya Pirouzfar was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about his inventory and sold me a really cool FJ cruiser that fits my needs. The paper work went really smooth and fast and I have been loving the vehicle. I am going back to him for another car in the next couple months.
Very expensive repair buty it was done promptly and Christian did an excellent job of communication.
Less than 24 hours from initial contact with Sean, to purchase of the perfect Sport Bronco. No hassles during the whole process.
I should have added that the excellent customer service was because of Tony Bradley in Service.
Service department is honest. They dont do more than you need. Theyre fast and efficient.
They did the recall work, dropped off, picked up within the time given 4-6 hours. Made recommendations for additional services needed. Thanks TonyWent back for the recommended service(brake pads and rotors turned) dropped it off at 7am and got it back just after 12pm, thats practically a new record in my book. Christian took care of getting me in and out quickly and efficiently.
Excellent customer service. Great experience with all the parties involved. They really went out of their way to help me make things work from a numbers standpoint without any of the games/tactics Ive run into with some other dealerships Ive dealt with. Couldnt recommend enough. :)
I have been trying to book a service to fix SAFETY recall issues for my small businesses Ford Transit Connect today and have been unable to speak to anyone in their service or customer care department for an hour and no way to leave a message for a call back. They prompt you to set up service via your mobile. What a joke! Good luck with that. There’s no way of doing it. You cannot progress once you select new client. Then it was a miracle I somehow got to a date or time screen but was locked out of selecting anything. If I ran my business this way I wouldn’t have one.Ford you need to get rid of these clowns and get a new dealer in Santa Ana!
Just bought a vehicle here with the help of Jonathan Angel and Bob Fernandez. Both were very responsive and delivered on their promises. Great customer service! Id happily come back to them for my next purchase.
Our experience began with the need for a new car with a lower payment and somehow extricate ourselves from a hopelessly upside down lease. We were meandering around when we were met by a non-intrusive very polite young man who simply offered his availability should we have any questions. As it turns out, we did.The result of that young man introducing himself as he did, with us leaving in our new car, out from underneath the upside lease, which seemed impossible to overcome, and with a lower monthly payment.Of course they want to sell cars so they will do their best to that end. They are after all in business to make money. But at this particular place they were also interested in us, their customer.Basically, dealerships have a price they pay and then the price they sell the car for with the difference being their profit, basically. They have a predetermined amount of money they can deduct of retail price to use for presenting deals and incentives and sales. They still make their money because they are always working within that predetermined amount. Plus there is the financing as well. After exhausting all available options that our very determined young salesman had available to him, and we still had to decline because it really didnt solve our problem, he realized he had reached the limit of the predetermined amount. He excused himself and disappeared for what seemed like an eternity. When he returned, he was flanked by the General Manager on one side and the financial guy on the other. They worked with us applying incentives and programs and basically got us into our new car with the lower payment and out of the other nightmare lease. They still will make their money, were financing through Ford.If they can do that for us, imagine what they might be able to do for you.
Buying a car started as a straightforward experience and has been creating a headache. To start, when I came to the dealership to test drive a car (that an appointment had been set up for), I was told the car was not onsite. Only after I returned to complain that I had an appointment confirmation, was I told the car was actually available to test drive. The car sticker and carfax listed it as 56k miles, but after I was about to sign the DMV paperwork, was it made obvious that the mileage was actually 64k miles. AutoNation did not adjust the price, but threw in a free oil change onto the $300 package that was bought. Upon taking the car to a mechanic, it was revealed that the brakes had 30% left on them. To offer compensation, AutoNation offered a free key. However when I showed up for the appointment that was set by AutoNation, I was told the key was not available and I would have to return in 3 days. I waited for 2 hours for an oil change and wash.Overall, be prepared to ask for everything and take nothing at face value. Sometimes their team is helpful and sometimes they take days to get back to you.
Service was very good & honest. One complaint - Waiting room - no coffee & tv was stuck on a station no one wanted to watch. No one came in to see what we wanted.
Purchasing a car from Ford of Tustin was quick and hassle free. My salesman Alex was friendly and helpful. I Recommend this dealership.

AutoNation Ford in Tustin gets 5 stars from us! We had a great experience and would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again. Very good customer service and and professionalism from everyone we interacted with.
Very professional and was given timely updates on progress of service of vehicle. Appreciate availability of coffee (with Starbucks blends!) machine and free wireless internet within work stations to allow for work while waiting on site
The starter battery in my Ford C-Max (a hybrid) died, and I needed to replace it immediately. Because it is an unusual battery, I took the car directly to Auto Nation Ford in Tustin after AAA was able to start the car. Ive always received great service there, and this time was no exception. They were able to perform a system check and replace the battery very promptly.
This was the worst car buying experience they were very unprofessional an the financial department was very disrespectful because we didn’t purchase the over price warranty .He had a very bad attitude an he tried lowering it an tell us that he wasn’t going to make that much money. With that Attitude we purchase the warranty else where alot cheaper with better customer service an he took a week to email us the purchase contract that we was supposed to receive at the time of purchase just a unprofessional experience.
Service was below average. I had an appointment for an oil change. I drove up to the check in area and nobody greeted me. Everyone just stayed at the computer. I was the only one in the there and nobody noticed me pull up in my F-150? At every other Ford service department and other dealerships when I owned a different car, I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I had to go up to two offices and knock on their window. Once I was finally greeted, they did not have my reservation in their system. I showed them the email confirmation, but it seemed like the online appointment portal did not synch with their system. They completed the service, but it took 4 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. It cost $100 for the synthetic blend oil change. Of note, the price was not advertised online, but the same service only costed $60 in Florida. If you have the tools to do it yourself, I would recommend doing it yourself. If you don’t, it might be worth driving to another dealership or even Valvoline.I did spend about 30 min with the sales department. Dylan helped me out, showed me a few models and answered a lot of my questions. Highly recommend finding him if you are looking a vehicle.
Good experience, very high negotiable tactic, Ford finance APR is very high even for a first time ford finance. They need to step up. Aside from that even other lenders are more competitive than ford finance.
Autonation Ford always takes great care of my Explorer thanks to Bob Selff. He does a great job of keeping me updated and I’m in and out of their very quickly. My truck is always clean and no issues at all ever. I feel safe trusting their team with my vehicles. Great job!!
