To sum it up, I went in for a duplicate key for my car, came out with a damaged door and the original factory key not working on any door. And from their mistake, they were literally ripping apart my door to try and fix it. Failed miserably...All the locks, ignition worked just fine before their work. The gentleman made a copy of my key, then tried to use the duplicate on the car door lock (pulling in and out, trying to turn it, etc) and didnt work. Then tried the factory key and no longer worked. Took my factory key to the passenger side and worked just fine. He saw it worked. Then he attempted the same thing and did the same damage as he did on door 1.The owner then said he will fix my locks from their damage. I came back in an hr, and watched him completely take apart my door (breaking plugs and damaging panels from jamming a screwdriver multiple times).Then, after he put the door back together, the locking mechanism was offset and now doesnt lock automatically with my key fob and only unlocks with the COPY key. No longer does the factory key.This then proceeded to David telling me it isnt his fault and wont take responsibility for his actions and now I am left with problems when all I wanted was a key copy.I rarely leave reviews and only give people 5 stars, but I do not want ANYONE to have to deal with mess. Maybe Dave wouldnt have messed up in the beginning, but he assumed he could fix the problem and failed.Dont waste your time.

Called them because Im dumb and I locked myself out of my car. They were the closest to where I was and they arrived within 5 minutes or so. Really pricey($80) imo for 5 mins of work for pumping some inflatable bags on my door and pulling the car handle with a stick lol.

David was so helpful and efficient so while he came out to rescue my son’s girlfriend who lost her car keys, we had him make an extra key for my car & home. While he did that he programmed her clicker and changed my clicker battery. All for a GREAT rate. We took his business cards as we will definitely be referring him. Blessing on your business!!

They sent someone out, but he had limited knowledge on how to reprogram my particular key fob. Was nice enough, but thought it weird he gave me a card for his own locksmith business while doing business for another company.
