Wow, talk about a scam service! We hired them to do a deep clean for a move. $450 so two girls with no mops can come out to only wipe down counters and we only do surface areas. They only use vinegar and bleach as well. They had no proper supplies with them when they arrived. Im glad my house was too much of a challenge for the girls because we expected floors, trim, oven, drawers, windows... you know... a DEEP CLEANING like we hired them for. At least I wont have to fight them for my money back. I guess Id better engage the alarm tonight.

Kim and her ladies have cleaned my house on a fairly regular basis for about a year. I find them to be very dependable. Theyve been flexible and very responsive when I need them on short notice. Im not in town a lot and its super important to know I have someone I can count on. Im particular about things being left exactly the way I like them, so it just took a little more communication initially until we had shared expectations.

My first experience was excellent! The team that came into my home was friendly and very professional! They worked very well together and did a wonderful job. I am looking forward to Two Maids & A Mop coming again. I am very pleased with the outcome of their first visit.

I had a horrible experience with the manager, Kimberly Weaver. She was very slow to respond and I eventually had to find another cleaning service due to her disinterest. I contacted her on May 30th for services needed on June 20th. She said she would get back with me about a weekend service, but I had to personally follow up on June 11th because she had apparently forgotten or didn’t care. It took her until the 15th to e-mail me back, in which she stated she could do the 19th instead. My tenants moved out on the 19th, which put me in a bind trying to rearrange my plans. When I couldn’t change their move out date, I asked if I could schedule a Monday appointment instead. She ignored my email and did not respond until I canceled the appointment altogether and told her I would be writing a review. Ms. Weaver then tried to blame her unprofessionalism and disorganization on me. I would not recommend this company. If Kimberly is the manager, I can only guess what the services are like.

I got Two maids to do a Deep cleaning on my daughters home .They did a fabulous job !!! My daughter noticed her wallet gone and called my ex wife . she then called the manager with me on 3 way the manager instructed her to call the police and give them her info and she would handle it from there . My ex wife immediately gets on the ua parents fb page and starts a rant . Everyone chimes in . 3 days later I get a call from my child that her roommate found her wallet it was in her room . She called the manager again I was on 3 way the manger thanked us and informed us the investigator had contacted her and the ladies who cleaned had been off since the incident she thanked my daughter for her honesty and said if you need anything in the future just give us a call . We have used them 4 times since then actually just Monday .

I actually meet these fine ladies at one of their outings about 6 months ago . They were laughing and seemed to really enjoy their job . I spoke with the manager booked a cleaning and they come to my home once a month .

My friend, I and her son scheduled Two Maids to clean his condo Saturday. We went with because they promised they could be there Saturday and a larger more reputable cleaning company was honest and told us they couldnt make it until Monday. Well we should of waited on the other company because they no showed on us TWICE!!! The manager is a pathological liar and told us Saturday she was sorry about the no show but would make Sunday happen. No show on Sunday and I was made to look like a fool.Horrible liars. Dont trust them.

A partnership. That is how I would start this recommendation. I was referred to Kim and Two Maids from a realtor whom I purchased this VRBO Game Day rental condo located near University of Alabama.This partnership would require a possible short notice of professional cleaning, including removing sheets from dryer and remaking the bed, with a quick turn around. Also, I would need help inspecting the property for any damage, since I am remote and not able to check in on the property after a rental.Not only does the condo look IMMACULATE and smell wonderful after they are done cleaning, they show up professional, on time and are COMPLETELY TRUSTWORTHY. Dont take it from me...take it from someone that just rented my property. This renter showed up very last minute, within hours of another renter departing. I was completely unprepared for the renter and warned her it wasnt cleaned yet. The renter didnt mind, so I called Kim late on a Sunday night and Two Maids arrived first thing Monday morning. Heres what the renter wrote me, completely unprompted:I wanted to tell you that the cleaning ladies came this morning, and they were SO nice and professional. They were dressed very nicely, were extremely friendly, and your place felt and smelled so clean when they left. I know since you are not always here you may not know if they do a great job or not- they did!That, friends...is a remarkable testimony to the great work Two Maids does. Love!

We hired them to clean our house we just sold. We had pretty much emptied the house except for a ladder and a 100 year old rocking chair made by my great grandfather that my husband was going back to pick up in a truck. The house was cleaned to expectations and the buyer was happy during the walk through. However, when my husband went to pick up the remaining items the antique rocking chair was gone. After contacting Kim I found out one of the cleaners thought wed left it behind and just decided to take it home. Livid does not even begin to destiny emotions. That is stealing. Whose to say we werent coming back or that maybe that was in the contract for the next buyer. She got the chair back and I had to go out of my way to return to our old home in a differ and city than where we live now to get the chair. Unfortunately it reeks of smoke now. And the worst part to me is how unapologetic she was about the situation. An employee stole something from my home and all she did was justify it by saying oh, she thought it was just abandoned. And even getting the chair back had to be done at her convenience. No apologies, no offer for a discount, nothing. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I have been using these ladies for nearly a year. I am a very difficult customer because I served four years in the Army and know what cleaning means!! I want it done right. I have had a few issues here and there with things I wanted done better, but Kim always offers to send someone over immediately if I am not satisfied. It has always been too small to even bother with coming back.There usually late, which I do not like, but I understand that other jobs can take a little longer than expected so I dont mind so much. I always tip them and give them a goodie bag on the way out, because I am truly grateful for these precious ladies that smile, have such a pleasant attitude, and make my home smell good as sparkle!!I am in and out of town and they have been flexible with my schedule, The price is amazing! So thankful I found these guys.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a professional maid service, and Ive been using different services and maids semi-regularly for over ten years. I went for the deep clean option that promises to clean every surface of your home, and I explained to them that the house had been left in dirty condition by a previous tenant and that I wanted everything cleaned which was what they said theyd do. What a joke! After the two cleaners left, I spent TWO full hours cleaning my house to get it looking like it had been cleaned: the two cleaners did not vacuum any of the five rugs in my home, or they did such a bad job it didnt look like they had. They left clearly visible pet fur and lint all over the couches. I had to re-mop all the hardwood floors since several rooms still had plainly visible dust bunnies on the edges and corners, and you could still see dirt and stains on the wood floors (I used a steam mop and wood floor cleaner; they seemed to do a quick cursory job pushing around dirty water). I found lots of remaining food crumbs under totally accessible and visible areas under my kitchen shelving. They didnt even properly clean the toilet, so I re-scrubbed that after they left. None of the sinks in the house were cleaned, and there were large obvious toothpaste marks remaining on the stainless steel faucet handles. Before they arrived Id noticed about ten dead flies on a window-sill...I was pleased to see those gone after the cleaners left, only to find they had PUSHED THE FLY CORPSES ONTO THE FLOOR JUST NEXT TO THE WINDOW SILL!!! So, I had to pick those up myself! Two bedroom dressers, and several book-shelves were covered in dust. All the blinds in the house (which they are supposed to clean) were left dusty. They cleaned the oven, but didnt even attempt to clean the extremely dirty stove-top burners. They left the place is poor condition for what you would expect from a regularly monthly clean let alone a deep clean that promises that they will clean EVERY surface in your home with no time limit. Oh, and they showed up three hours late with no explanation or apology. Yes, the cleaners cleaned for a couple hours, and yes some areas were actually clean, but there wasnt supposed to be a time-limit. These people are not properly trained if they are trained at all--they didnt seem to know how to clean pretty normal surfaces, and they brought no specialized cleaning equipment--a sad looking mop, and I didnt see much by the way of cleaning products. On top of it all, they left my kitchen trashcan overflowing with garbage for me to take out. Overall, this was a huge waste of my money and time, and I would recommend that no one bother using this service. Wish Id read other negative reviews more carefully before calling them.

I used Two Maids and a Mop this past Thursday (7/20). After having several conversations with Kim this summer about exactly what I needed, I was very excited for them to start and do bimonthly and cleanings. Unfortunately, what I came home to was very different from what we discussed. My house did not look much different at all from when I left that morning, not to mention they were an hour and a half late for our appointment. Several pieces of furniture had not been dusted, nothing had been moved for the dusting (as I was told it would be), the floors did not look swept, only two of three bedrooms looked vacuumed, one toilet had not been cleaned at all, the master shower had not been cleaned at all and only part of bathroom counters had been wiped. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I called Kim to express my concerns. She asked me to send pictures and that she would get back with me. I sent pictures, including the dirty dust cloth and mop water from where I dusted and mopped. I had company coming and the house had to be cleaned that day. I later received a text back that it was possibly lint left behind from a microfiber cloth (these were pics of furniture that had not been dusted at all- big difference in lint) and that the ladies did not know how to use my vacuum (that we showed them how to use and I told Kim they were welcome to use the one they bring). She did offer for them to come and complete the job, after she saw the pics of the dirty cloth showing I had already dusted and water where I mopped because I could not wait. I explained that and told her I felt some accommodation needed to be made because of the amount of money I paid her and the lack of completion. I have yet to hear back from the text and phone calls made. I am very disappointed and feel that it is unethical and unprofessional to accept payment and not complete the job they agreed to do.

They were all so sweet and caring about what we wanted to be done! They were here for almost the full 2 hours but did a great job! Definitely will use again when needed!

I had the privilege of meeting the Two Maids & A Mop team yesterday at my house for a premium maintenance clean. The ladies were very professional and did an outstanding job. I had my bathrooms/kitchen cleaned, and the rest of the house vacuumed and windows dusted. Overall it was a great experience and a job well done. Wow after some more tenants at Traditions got burned by Two Sorry Maids, i thought Id put my two cents in finally. Anyway i used Two Maids to clean my Traditions condo because the front office recommended them. They said Andy at Spaces Management owned them who managed Traditions also. So I thought I could trust them with a key but...Stuff wasnt cleaned, I still cant find some things that disappeared, they over charged, did nothing pretty much. I called Kim at Two Maids and was blown off like everyone else apparently. No refund. No fix. NothingNothings. Zero. Zip. I told the office at Traditions to never ever let Two Sloppy Maids in again.My advice is to never use these clowns unless you want to get ripped off!!!!

The maids did a pretty good job. I think they used the cleaning standards that used in 5-star hotels as references.

I have used them. They are not organized at all and they dont know how to train people. They tried to use my house as a training house (without asking my permission). Six girls would show up and three strangers would head upstairs while the supervisor stayed downstairs. How is that training? More than once, they cleaned bedrooms and did not make the beds. I have never seen that before from a cleaning company. They would also often forget to clean the media room upstairs. (It seemed nobody ever checked to make sure everything was done before they left - total chaos). I called the company more than once and the said they would fix the problems. They did get a new manager but she was even worse. (Rude, did not remember anything we discussed before, made promises she did not keep) I e-mailed the owner and received a kind but defensive response that resulted in nothing improving. I tried to get specific girls to work on my house because I found a couple who were smart and hard working, but the new manager would not remember to send them and later claim she never promised that she would. Finally, I fired them. (The two girls I liked dont work there any more anyway.) Horrible experience.They are also expensive. If a company is going to charge a premium price, they should offer premium service (or at least acceptable service without being rude).

Let me start this review off the right way, by telling you all that I am a previous employer not a customer.This is for anyone thinking about using or working for this company.The manager Kimberly Toxey Weaver IS the fakest person you could ever deal with on both business an personal level. She tries so hard to come off as a Christian whom truly cares for others an wants to do the best by the ladies that work under her, as well as the costumers.Thats a big joke, because in her morning meetings she said that if one of her girls cant show up no matter the reason shell make sure you dont work any that week. I know this to be fact as shes done it to me and others.. Does that not scream hypocrite to anyone else?!? In the same morning meeting she added to that speech that shes very petty an vindictive person.. I mean what a wonderful Christian woman she is right?!?? She accuses her girls of stealing from her office yet sends them into her customers homes..Mind blown yet??? She also slanderers her ex employees in her morning meetings, myself included. No worries tho shell hear from my attorney on that one! She takes hard earned money from her ex employees... Last but not least, I had to call the law to this CHILD Kim to get my last paycheck because she refused to give me check if I didnt give her two work shirts back. Now understand I was trying to give them back to her as long as she placed the $120 back on my last check that I busted my back working for, well she still refused but still wanted the shirts back an thats why the law was called. So I kept the shirts I PAID $120 for an she had to give me my check because she was in the wrong if you can imagine that.Now on to the way she does her costumers...If you the costumer request a deep clean dont expect to get what you pay for unless she sends more then two girls out.. She has sent me on a few an expected myself an the other lady to get this job done within 2 hours or less sometimes an would call an ask whats taking so long if you didnt do it in her time frame because shes got you lined up to clean 2 or 3 more after the deep clean. She does all this without going out an actually seeing how much time needs to go into theses deep cleans. She wants you to fly through theses cleans so she can push you on to next. Thats not good business or good quality work. Not just my opinion either... She changes the prices on her customers as well from low to higher. Ive witnessed this for myself or I wouldnt be speaking on it which has cost her those customers. She terrible about getting in touch with them, Ive had a few ask me was she in the office because theyve been trying to reach her with no luck. Most importantly she hires girls straight out of rehab with a long history of drug use as well as stealing to support the habit.In closing trust when I say you dont want anything to do with this company as long as Kim is running it...

Around 2 weeks ago on Friday evening I accidentally called Two Maids and A Mop thinking they where our normal maids who where running a little late. So I called and the girl answered “Hello”. So I said I was waiting on a cleaning and the girl on the phone says our system is down all the time, gets my address and two girls are over in 15 minutes.Wow was I surprised when two maids showed up and a few minutes later our normal maids made it over but said to me don’t worry about it, Two Maids needs the business. LolAnyway my roommate asks if they can do her room and asks them how much? The girl says I don’t know, whatever you want to pay?!!!! Kind of shady.Well the girls where barely at our duplex one hour and didn’t walk me through like my normal maids. They missed practically everything other then the floors. Terrible job and unprofessional on how they answered the phone. If they had answered Two Maids and a mop I would of hung up and saved a tremendous waste of time and money.Fortunately my normal maid service came the next day at no charge as a customer courtesy to fix Two Maids mess.What an awful experience and a reminder of why I would never use them on purpose. Lol

We told them when contacting for their service that we needed Spring cleaning because we were putting our house on the market. At first we were going to leave the house and let them clean. Good thing we didnt because the larger person had to be constantly reminded to clean things that were missed. Dusting was not thorough at all such as the top of the TV, behind the TV, the top of the shower doors. Dusting was very superficial. The smaller person did a better than the larger person. They did typical cleaning, not spring cleaning. Did not get my moneys worth.

I am the Property Manager for Crimson Place Condominiums in Tuscaloosa and I hired TM&AM to clean one of my vacant units. They did a phenomenal job especially compared to some of the other cleaning companies in town. I would highly recommend them and have intentions on using them often in the future!

Not long ago we had Two Maids clean our store - windows/mirrors mainly. They did a horrible job wiping and streaking the mirrors and glass up with paper towels and dirty microfiber rags so we had to get another company to fix and do it right.A friend of mine informed me that they had posted their shoddy job on their Facebook page!!!! After that Ive had enough and decided to post my thoughts on what kind of job these people actually do. Horrible incompetent manager and cleaning people. I cant see why anyone would use them or certainly use them ever again. Stay away.

I paid for a deep clean, and it was not even satisfactory for a basic clean. After I made a list of things the maids did not do the first time, they came back, and did not make it right or satisfactory the second time. I would not use them again.

The blame game. So sad, so bad. My Aunt and Uncle parted company with Two Maids a while back but made sure that the owner knew how hard working of a manager they had who tried but didnt get any support or help with customers. The owner didnt care and now she is no longer there, blamed for the horrible service and attitude that comes from the top down.Tell me when the owner, I wont name names, will take responsibility for a terrible operation. We use them in Florida and are happy but they are owned by someone else there. Oh, I read the last review where the manager was blamed and fired and the two good cleaning girls that left. We know them and they ran as fast as they could because they where sick of all the mess.CLEAN UP YOUR MESS BEFORE YOU CLEAN ANYONE ELSE!

I have been very satisfied with the cleaning service I have received from Two Maids and a Mop. I have usedother cleaning services in the past, and find Two Maids as good as or better than the other services.

My wife and I paid for a move-in cleaning for our home recently from this service and got quite possibly the worst cleaning weve ever had. More than that, the cleaners were unprofessional, discourteous and simply lazy. They took smoke breaks every 10 mins and at one time we opened the bathroom door to find them sitting in the floor as if it were a sleepover party. Additionally, they put a hole in our bathroom wall with the handle of a broom or a mop. They left a couple of hours later without even touching many of the areas we wanted cleaned. Terrible waste of cash.

My Mother chose a design with time 2 or 3 hour thing with Two Maids And A mop in Tuscaloosa. I bought it for her but I wish I didnt. My Mom, Dana was disappointed since they barely did anything but the floors. They didnt dust or do the counters in the kitchen at all!

I called these guys to get a quote. Rude and arrogant! Wow! I clicked on them cause they say they are the highest rated so I did some research. You know in the military these guys wouldnt last 2 minutes. They sent their maids over to my house with their cheap dollar store bucket and little girl mop and left it - I swear - worse then it was before.I let them in and watch one of them pretend to clean and the other just stands and looks at me so I leave, come back a few hours later and their gone with very little done. Their toy mop left streaks in the kitchen and they left dirty foot prints in the front room even though I told them to be careful!So I never got anywhere with their awful manager but I though Id finally post my grievance and give everybody advice to call Spaces Management to voice your complaints since they own this maid service. Call Spaces Management and maybe theyll get the hint.A disgrace, even friends of mine - one who owns a condo at Legends dont want anything to do with Spaces Management little maid service.Highest Rated and Most Reviewed? I thought the maids did a good job, a few things were overlooked but I appreciated a clean house and can’t wait for them to come next week!

If you value your stuff don’t use this company. All around very unprofessional staff and very hard to get ahold of. Been having issues with this company since yesterday afternoon after deciding to cancel after seeing the negative reviews I saw, and you still deciding to show up, and then proceeded to turn on the vacuum and leave it running acting like someone was cleaning and then watching my television and smoking a cigarette near my animals. Then my cat is missing on top of all of that and finally when I did get ahold of one of your maids she laughed and then proceeded to have her husband threaten me and telling me she doesn’t care and she would text me the mangers number right when she got off the phone. ( it has been about 7-8 hours since then and i’m still waiting for that number ).

Two Maids & A Mop cleaned our house last week and they did a great job. I recommend their services.

Hello, I am a UA student living with 5 other girls in a rented duplex on 9th street in Tuscaloosa. About a month ago we hired Two Maids to clean our dirty duplex. We came back to a house they never cleaned - baseboards were disgusting and floors were dirty - I dont know if they did anything. Even after Becky - one of the Moms ..lol... got involved and called - I think Kim or Ken.. Im pretty sure it was Kim.. Nothing was done to correct it. Kim didnt refund or return her calls so we hired another cleaning company to get the job done.I wouldnt of chosen these guys if it had been my decision in the first place but they didnt have any customers so they could get there fast and the other girls were impulsive. If you hire these guys stay and watch them which is what should of done I guess.Instead we wasted our pooled money and had to spend again for an actual cleaning from another company. Wow, Im so disappointed and gave Two Maids time to correct the problem and act like they cared but Im too angry to let this go. Over a month of giving us the finger wont cut and we will make sure the UA parents page reflects the awful service and treatment Kim or Ken gave us.

I am very satisfied with this service. LaQuindra and Adreann have done a through job of cleaning everything! I intend to use them every two weeks.

These guys are so horrible I wont even pay them. I find it suspicious that they advertise as the highest rated and most reviewed yet they arent.

Some of the workers try but are subject to poor treatment. Andy Turner who owns them has a record of dishonesty which is why we dont want anything to do with Two Maids even though we rent from Spaces Management which he runs.Spaces Management is awful also

My girl and I are students at UA and moved out one apartment and into another hoping to get our deposit back. We didnt because Two Maids didnt clean it right. This was a costly mistake I wont make again. :(

Very unprofessional and rude. Did an unsatisfactory job cleaning. Maids did not ask for any feedback on how the job was done. I will never use Kims service again.
