Wow. I know that not every experience will be as smooth as this but as an executive manager I can appreciate it when a great system comes together. From the instant quote, the video orientation, and the walk-through with the maids at the end everything was well thought out. They even successfully cleaned and restored (took brown water damage spots out of my carpet left by the last steam cleaners) my touchy wool carpet.This is something Ive never seen from any maid service in Tuscaloosa - ever!

Left dirt and grime literally everywhere. Best thing they did was sweep the floor. Everything else a 6 year old could have cleaned better.

Things started off a bit rough.They were an hour in a half late and I ended up having to cancel my appts, but the ending was great. I was pleased and happy with the cleanliness of my new home.Thank you ladies

Susan was awesome!! My son goes to UA and I wanted to find someone I could trust to clean his apartment. Susan is so down to earth and took care of everything. Her girls did a great job cleaning my son and his roommates apartment professionally and the boys were thrilled!!! Very good price too. I strongly recommend using them, I will absolutely use them again.

I cant wait until my next deep cleaning. We have Maids In America perform 3 basic cleans a month and a full deep clean once a month and its going great. Im especially excited after deep cleanings because they hit our windows in the kitchen and put that extra shine back in the house.

A reliable cleaning company that always makes it to our home and does a great job. Weve used them a long time and will keep using them since I know they are the best in Tuscaloosa. I have never given any business 5 stars as thats a little ridiculous but I do give Maids In America my highest rating - 4 stars! :)

5 Star My wife has had the maids clean her home since I gave it as a Christmas present last year and shes been very happy. I convinced my office to use their janitorial service a few months ago and so far - so great. The desks are no longer dusty and they actually clean the trash cans so they dont smell up the office. Were very happy so far.

Our building has never been so clean! We have them rotate heavy dusting just once a week and the core the rest but its still so much better and less dusty then before. Weve only used them since November 2018 but so far Im really happy and optimistic that our building will stay very clean for visitors. We have visitors that come often as we are in the auto manufacturing business and a good impression is very important to us.

We have used Maids In America for 10 years as of the day I’m writing this review and I can definitely say they are a constantly evolving company. Evolving to be better every year and I’ve enjoyed watching them grow and will continue to be a customer for a long time.

10 years later they are still cleaning our home. We dropped them twice when we first started with them but they have improved a great deal and we can —absolutely— trust them! Trust is important to my husband and I even more than perfection.

Do yourself a favor chose Maids in America. This company provides excellent service and they truly care about their clients. They are also locally owned and operated and they give back to the community by donating to charities as well as by donating their services to women battling cancer with their partnership with Cleaning for a Reason.

Great people is why I like them.  Girls that make me and my family feel comfortable when they are  cleaning and not awkward.

I guess the 3rd time is the charm because my 3rd cleaning was the best! The maids know my home very well now and what Im particular about which means a lot. I use Maids In America weekly and am glad I stuck with them as they learned my needs.

Very friendly girls that are very detailed and communicate with my husband and I extremely well. Not perfect but they more than make-up for it with their attitude and communication.

When I use Maids In America they give me so much cleaning for the money. They truly hit more details than any person or company Ive hired in the past and their price has always been great. I first used them 10 years ago when they had like 2 people working for them...lol. Now they have a bunch but Sheila is still my maid and still works for them after all these years. Sheila is wonderful and loves her job which says a lot about the company.

I tried three other companies after I tried Maids In America once and had a bad experience.  I gave Maids In America another shot two years ago and never looked back.  The bad experience was an aberration and I am so glad I tried them a second time.

I have been using other maid services on and of but a friend of mine recommended Maids In America. I wasnt sure about them but Im glad I tried them. Great team of maids!

Maids In America has been in Tuscaloosa so long we have had three children start and graduate the UA since we started using them. Always wonderful people that we can trust alone in our home and to take care of our messy kids college dorms and now they clean their new homes too. My how time flies. First of all I never ever give anyone 5 out 5 stars! Now that Ive made that clear Ill put in my 2 cents on Maids In America. They have taken care of our family, my daughters college apartment, and our small business that needs to stay clean and presentable for clients for a long time.We have had our ups and downs and they have had a few characters that didnt do a good job but always corrected it and replaced them immediately. Problems? They always took care of any problem we had - instantly fixing what wasnt clean. Now as a business owner I can really appreciate what Ive been seeing from them the last couple years and its like a college athlete hitting their stride in the NFL. They are hitting on all cylinders and - not to jinx them - have been about 99% perfect for two years. Wow! Maybe Ill raise this from 4 stars to 5 stars later... lol... Great company that just gets better which is rare.

My wife and I really gained a lot of respect for Maids In America when we tried another cleaning service instead just to compare recently. The cleaning service was terrible and the girls from the company kept asking us - begging us - to give them a great review or they wouldnt get paid! One girl said they staid longer because they wanted to do a good job but she only got paid a fixed amount. When I divided the time it sounds like she made less than minimum wage! I thought OMG what have I gotten into? This was called pay for performance I believe and I remember now that Maids In America had a video warning people to stay away from this because its a scam.We went back to Maids In America where we know the girls are paid very well and paid by the hour which is the right way.

Only one company in this town is the highest rated and most reviewed and deservedly so. The other company that claims it..... Well ... just read their reviews. Viva Maids In America! The cleaners my brother and I use for our apartments and our parents use for their condos - the best.

Fantastic experience with their maids. They restored our stainless steel appliances and cleaned our carpet so well it looks and smells new.

Id like to thank Susan personally for making sure that my business was completely recovered after we had the massive sewer flood. We are a retail operation and cant be open with our business smelling like floating rats (literally). Susan had her other division - Engineered Clean - come out and flood extract everything, run a bunch of fans and dehumidifiers then both teams cleaned up the mess.She then called in painters and flooring people to replace half the floor and in less then 10 hours my business was open again. I only lost 4 hours of revenue! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Another 4th of July holiday around the corner and a reminder to me to finally put in a big plug for Maids In America. Ive dealt with Susan, the owner so much sometimes I think of it as Susans cleaning...lol. Susan always checks on her maids and if there is anything not cleaned she immediately has one of her girls fix it.I cant remember how long weve used them to clean our home but I know its been years! My husband and I have been using Maids In America through all their ups and downs and growing pains for a very long time. While not perfect they have improved every year and are always honest and do the right thing when something isnt done right - Always.Their honesty and integrity is by far their best attributes because I really dont believe any cleaning company can be perfect or close to it because its a real difficult business with a lot of characters lol. I know I can trust them and thats a big deal for this family.

Their Engineered Clean division is top of the line in cleaning quality. We have been using them well before their expansion and are very satisfied.

Wow is what I have to say about Maids In Americas customer support. I had a few issues - one major - with one of the maids missing an entire room! Of course I didnt walk through with them at the end of the cleaning like the orientation said to.I didnt notice until I was getting read for bed at 11:20 PM and thought Id call them to leave a message but instead the phones rolled over to a girl from their Tennessee office who answered, got into the system, and set the Tuscaloosa office to fix my issue the next morning! The next morning it was - indeed - fixed.Heres to great customer service which is more valuable then being perfect since I dont think any service does a perfect job. 👍

With all the ridiculous cleaning horror stories Ive seen I though Id try Maids In America who seems to have it together. I wasnt disappointed as my hardwood finally looked like it was cleaned right with no dulling film on it. Love you guys! :)
