Theres nothing innately wrong with this store or its employees, but its extremely poorly located to serve anyone in the community other than University of Alabama students/staff. The area around it is extremely congested, there is rarely available parking when school is in session, and its generally a miserable experience because this store is trying to serve 40,000 UA students along with the northern 2/3ds of Tuscaloosa county. Terrible real estate decision. If it werent for Amazon forcing me to go to this store for returns (and Ive complained to them mightily) Id avoid this store like the plague. YOU NEED A THIRD STORE in the northern part of the city/Northport, UPS!!!!!
I recently brought in a bunch of Amazon returns for processing, and the manager Flin completed the transactions very quickly and then went above and beyond to prevent me from making a mistake that would have necessitated a second trip to the store and generally ruined my day.Aside from that great experience last week, all of my other interactions with this store have also been quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place. The only negative about it is that the location is often surrounded by dense traffic and never ending construction. I will continue to do my business here despite that slight inconvenience; the competent and efficient customer service is worth it.
Id be weary that the positive reviews here are coming from in-store. Ive always been a big fan of online shopping, and before moving to Tuscaloosa I had all my packages delivered by UPS with no problems. Since moving here, every single item I have ordered has come with some problem or other. Every package looks like they were playing football with it behind the store before delivering. I had a high end TV delivered with the screen shattered right out of the box. I actually returned that one, relabelled it, and marked through all old labels with black sharpie--and they delivered it back to my door the next day, drenched in rain. I had to take off work twice to return the same item. Now they wont even deliver to my address--they see I live in a gated apartment, give up, and drop my packages off to be picked up at stores all over Tuscaloosa (CVS, Michaels). So now, every order, I have to spend hours trying to track down where they left my package. The order I picked up today from Michaels was mislabelled, so instead of a tablet I got an Apple TV that I now have to take off work (again) to return. Im done taking off work to fix their mistakes--I will be paying extra money from now on if I have to just to use another delivery service.

Ive had a box there for years. The service is great, the staff has gotten to know me and is always very attentive. Its a 5 star store for sure, if it wasnt for the 1 star parking. But being in the shadow of Bryant Denny Stadium, one doesnt expect much there. Over all great experience at this store.
No one answers the phone
I’m pretty upset. I’ve never had problems at this location before. I brought in a package that is time sensitive from a student book company. I’m now being charged the full price of my textbook because UPS never sent it out. It’s been 20 days and the package should have been back at the facility in three days. They refused to tell me what happened to the package and won’t find out why the tracking number isn’t working. Never going to this location again.UPDATE - the textbook company isn’t charging me anymore due to negligence of UPS, so that’s one less thing to worry about. Still wouldn’t recommend taking important items to this location.

Closed the door in my face when all I needed to do was drop off a package (I had a label and everything on it!), didnt care about the customer at all. And a week ago I was in there and they didnt say anything except do u have a label? And I didnt (didnt know they cant print on here) and then got told Greensboro location... I guess its hard to speak in full sentences when you dont have to do anything.

The line was long but the staff did a good job of getting all of the customers in and out in an efficient manner and remained polite the entire time.
They do everything that they can to help. For those who put a one star... Thats stupid. That store is high volume and they can only help two customers at a time on the computers. Be more optimistic people.. Geez

Worst customer service. They seem like they don’t want to be there, they speak maybe 2 words to me and they are mumbles. Fire them all and get new employees. I dread going there. 0/5 stars if I could.

They lie and say my package is undeliverable because of no apartment number, yet they have my apartment number in the address they have, they just fail at delivering my package EVERY TIME and come up with different lies about why they cant.

The people at this location could not care less about anything. Everything you need seem like an imposition to them. Go to the UPS on the other side of town or go to FedEx.
Ups is the worst shippi g company ever ..i have recieved several damaged packages and most of my packages are not delivered on time
Just wanted to note here that this store is closed Dec. 24 thru 26, although it seems open in Googles info.
