Brought my Android phone in because it was not charging through the USB-C port. Told me that the port looked free of debris (which I had already checked and knew) and that it looked like there was some corrosion in the port that could be the problem. Other than that it had been working fine up until that morning when it suddenly stopped. Told me that it was a motherboard issue and that it was now basically a paperweight.One, totally neglected the potential use of a wireless charger, I had to suggest that possibility to them which they agreed should work.Two, a few days later I discovered settings for USB and connected devices which seems to affect whether or not the phone will charge when connected to the power adapter. Apparently theyre also ignorant of simple potential non-hardware related issues.

The speakers/mic on my phone needed cleaning out they did it for free in about 2 minutes. These guys are great and I will be back for any other phone repairs I may need!

Went in with pre-approval via insurance to replace phone screen. Guy glanced at the back glass & told me it was cracked too so it would now be a $300 repair. The crack turned out to be a scratch. Lying to the customer isnt how you upsell a more expensive service. Took phone elsewhere.

Avoid this place. I made an appointment online, show up, the guy looks at my phone and tells me he doesnt have time to fix it (this is 4 hours before posted closing time). I ask, well then why was I allowed to make an appointment? Answer...the store doesnt have anything to do with the online appointment system.....So anyway, I come back a couple days later, they look at the phone, and tell me, no, they cant replace my screen because I didnt buy it locally. So, they couldnt have told me this the first time? The worst. Take your money elsewhere, so many options

Asurion sent me to this store to fix a cracked phone screen. After running every test on my phone, every one was passed except one: wireless charging speed. The phone would charge, but not at full 10W fast speed. The problem? My phone is a Google Pixel 3, and the employee admitted to using a Samsung charger. Most phones will play nice with other brands chargers, but all it takes is a 5 second google search to figure out that a Samsung charger will only charge a Pixel 3 at 5W speeds. Because of this, they refused to repair my phone, causing me a ton of headaches. Id rather pay more for actual service than come back to this store.

My phones battery had been running low every day, and I was expecting to need a new phone, but went by just in case. They replaced the battery in about 15 minutes, $45, and it works like new. Dont even have to charge it every day now. Im very pleased. Also, I had been by a couple of times before for minor questions, and Ive always been pleased by their knowledge, low cost, and helpfulness.

Was sent to this location by my insurance to get a screen repaired. I couldn’t find the time to leave work so I had a repairman from UBreakIFix to come by my job to fix it. The repairman kept my phone for approximately 45minutes just to tell me that the screen he brought with him was defective. I said ok, what are the next steps he said he would contact my insurance and let them know that the lack of repair was their fault and I would receive a new phone shortly after he closes the claim. After days went by I contacted my insurance company to follow up and they said that the repairman never contacted them nor did he properly note or close out the claim. I Immediately called the ubreakifix supervisor and he was so clueless I have no understanding how he can be in such a position. He proceeded to tell me that the reason the repairman didn’t fix my phone was because the back glass was broken. I Immediately question that fib and told him I would bring it by to show him the back glass was not broken. So I left work went to the shop and the manager wouldn’t even step from behind the cubicle to talk to me. I literally had to explain the situation to another associate when the manager was literally 5 feet behind a wall. Smh. Long story short The back glass was not broken the manager literally lied profusely. So I had to go all the way to Homewood (they were awesome) to complete my screen repair due to the lies, laziness, and miscommunication. I will be reporting this Tuscaloosa office to corporate.

Took my phone in to have the screen repaired. Was told 1 hour. 2 hours later I’m told the antenna no longer works and that it’s Apple’s fault. 30 minutes later I get the phone with a fixed screen but am told now that my phone speaker does not work and I cannot make calls. Again, blames it on Apple even though NOBODY from Apple works here or is represented here. Tells me I have to go to Apple to get the issue fixed and that he will cover the costs of the repair but I have to pay for it first and then get reimbursed.

I took my iPad in and the guy said he would have to keep it to be diagnosed. 2 days later I tried to call to get an update and get a recording that theyre on the other line and to call back. Tried SEVERAL more times to call. Tried again the next day with the same results. Finally took off work and drove over there. Told the guy I needed my iPad Air back that Id find someone else to fix it. His response was that they couldnt fix it anyway and that the guy that took it in in the first place shouldnt have taken it at all. Wont be going back!

I had the rudest encounter with a salesperson that I have ever had. Her name is Heather. She literally huffed multiple times while interacting with me. I will NEVER EVER go back there. Not only was she beyond rude to me. She was rude about other customers in front of me.
