Not knowledgeable or helpful with service requests. Took over 10 days to have a request completed but I had to follow up numerous times to even get a response or have it processed.

If you are international person, not American, i don’t recommend Statefarm. Before I met a fraud American, my auto insurance is increasing 6 times. For example, if you pay $300 for your auto insurance, ina few years, you should pay $1800 in a six months. The insurance don’t care truth of some accidents. The Statefarm wants to get the money from international persons, so it makes money easily even if there are fraud Americans.
