Cant live without if you travel every state, every city, they are always there for you and the insurance is great to if your in Tuscaloosa Alabama go by, call, and online see Whitni Molden and the staff theyre great!

I WOULD LIKE TO JUST SAY THANK YOU TO THE TUSCALOOSA AAA OFFICE STAFF. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE SCHEDULED AND HELPED ME TO GO ON TWO TRIPS SO FAR THIS YEAR. EACH TRIP WAS PLANNED AND RESERVATIONS MADE BY THE TUSCALOOSA OFFICE STAFF WHICH ABLED ME TO HAVE TWO WONDERFUL RETIREMENT VACATIONS. AWESOME PEOPLE, PLEASE GIVE THEM ALL THE STARS! ELIZABETH

By far one of my worst experiences ever!!! The staff are not helpful and they dont know what they are talking about. I could go on forever about this visit but to make it short, I was forced to cancel my home and auto insurance after being a loyal customer for 8 years. Due all to this visitIm still contemplating reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or the government agency that looks into insurance unfair practices. I tried filing a complaint with their company but they gave me the run around and never contacted me back.There is a lot more to this story and as a black woman I was downgrated into one of the hottest trends that is happening in America. I felt horrible and sad that I gave them so much of my time and money over the years. The customer service center managers were just as bad.Oh, I forgot I would make this short. Moral of the story, Please Beware!!

I used AAA to book my honeymoon/birthday celebration. I was a little nervous because my husband had never cruised before but the agent eased my worries. With her help we were able to save money, see Universal Studios and cruise to the Dominican Republic all within our budget.

Its a great piece of mind, great customer service.

Did you know they have a Hertz in their office? So convenient to get my maps and tourbooks and rental car in one place!!!

Worst experience I have ever had on a road trip. AAA sent a driver who took me to his buddys chop shop and then dropped my car off just to have his buddy Charles destroy my brake lines. I was stuck in Tuscaloosa for 5 days with no way to get anywhere (Amtrak closed, couldnt rent a car, greyhound driver wouldnt let me on). I ended up just leaving my car there because this guy messed it up so bad. This is possibly the worst AAA in America and I still cant believe that they wont do anything about it. Middle fingers raised scumbags.

The staff was so very friendly that they couldnt seem to do enough for me.

I have had nothing but good deals for travel. I went to Cozumel, Mexico on Carnival Fantasy in March and had a wonderful time.
