I do not offer it to any one. I submitted 3 different request for maintenance of property and after one month, there was no response and action for that. There are roaches in my property and pest control does not have any effect on that. we do not see any dead roach after spraying, while we see 2 or 3 of roaches every morning. Same happened to my friends home and he returned the property. I am also thinking about that.

Its hard to get someone out to fix a problem. I put in a request a week before christmas because our ceiling was collapsing. Didnt hear back, so I called only to be told itd be after Christmas before anyone came to check it out. Or it took 2 weeks for anyone to come out when our door fell off the hinges. Or they send someone out to fix the a/c, but has to come back because no cold air is coming out but then admits he actually broke it the first time. The property manager is very dismissive about these problems as well and repeatedly ignores emails and requests for assistance.

My wife rented a place from them at The Mount. Took them 18 months to fix a leak and mold above her roommates bed. They came a few time to “fix” it, but never actually amounted to anything. I had to come and stand over their shoulder while they painted it with Killz, and trust they actually fixed the roof leak. The representative said they were sorry and would give them a free month of rent.... which never happened.
