Dr. Less is an awesome dentist with a friendly amazing staff. Dr. Less is not just a great dentist, he is also a very honest, thoughtful and ethical human being. I have had a procedure done by Dr. Less a few years ago with great results, so when I needed more work done he was my first choice. This time around after prepping me for the procedure and spending a lot of time explaining the process, he started to work on my tooth but then he stopped and said that after a closer exam, he did not feel right about doing an extensive procedure that he knew would not last very long and I would just end up needing an implant. WOW! it actually made me feel a bit teary eyed to have this experience. My dentist talked himself out of a paycheck! I cant thank Dr. Less enough, he saved me from having more discomfort physically and monetarily. I highly recommend this doctor and would see him again, if needed.😊👍

I have had several experiences under the professional expertise of Dr. Less. He and his staff have gone above and beyond my expectations. I don’t look forward to having a root canal but everyone makes sure I am comfortable and Dr. Less has gone to great lengths to making sure the area was numb. I recommend him highly.

I have been to Dr. Less office on multiple occasions and each visit was to his office was extremely professional and comfortable. He made sure I was pain free and comfortable during the procedures otherwise he wasnt moving forward. Truly amazing!

I got a molar and premolar root canal done by Dr. Less in april 2021 and November 2020 respectively and immediately developed pain on that same area .I had continuous pain and when I went back to his clinic several times, he took 3d scans and did some adjustments and said nothing was wrong with the root canals and he couldn’t do anything about it, and instead, it may be just neuromuscular-related chronic pain and offered referral to a chronic pain specialist. I was very doubtful that it was chronic pain because I never had pain there before, but suspected this was rather acute pain from the root canal. I went to my ENT doctor for answers and said it was clear that large amounts of sealer used for the root canal extruded past out of the molar roots and went into my maxillary sinus. Dr less referred me to two oral surgeons and both points toward the extruded sealer could be the reason behind my pain. i went to another endodontist who wrote the same reason in the report. Even after showing Dr. Less the evidence, he never admitted the sealer was the problem instead misdiagnosing with the nerve pain .it was a long and laborious process trying to get Dr. Less to work with me to fix this problem, all the whole time while I had to be on pain meds and was in a lot of pain. The final options were: to leave it alone (but the pain is interfering with my daily life despite the pain meds and I’ve been prescribed two different antibiotics which didn’t help, neither do I want to be on strong narcotics long term); or a surgical procedure (which is a complicated process ); or extraction and losing the tooth and scraping the sealer materials out with it .If the root canal was done properly in the first place, I wouldn’t have to do this expensive surgery or be faced with losing this tooth. I asked and got my money back for the root canal for premolar but he refused to pay for the surgical procedure for molar. The tooth is still very painful even to the slightest touch, and I am very disappointed in Dr. Less in his unprofessionalism in not taking responsibility for his clinical mistakes.

Lisa in the front office is very helpful and super nice. Brandy was super friendly and helpful.The Dr.Less is super gentle and also friendly. I would refer Dr.Less to any of my friends if they need root canal.

Location is great for parking. Cleanliness is spot on and smells delicious not like your typical general smelly dentist office. The people there are very nice and professional. Dr. Less has great stories/history lessons too. Oh, not to mention great at his job. I had discomfort during the process, he and assistant very lovely lady fixed the problem. This was supposed to be a 2 hour process since, I had pain it took longer then expected and they were very patient. During my time there, I did not feel judged for something I had no control of. I want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication, because of it I am pain free. Keep up the hard work and hope you always get that money patient lol. I was the money patient, and that’s okay.

I am TERRIFIED to go in for dental work and was grumbling when I found out I needed a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Less by my normal dentist and was admittedly weary. Once I got to the office I was put at ease by the professional, friendly staff. Dr. Less did an amazing job of working on my teeth while keeping me comfortable and informed of what was happening. For someone that avoids dentists at all costs, he was simply amazing! I would recommend him to anyone that needed work done.

Great experience. I was greeted by a kind lady who made me feel very comfortable (of course having a root canal is always terrifying). The Dr. was awesome. He explained everything every step of the way. It didnt even feel like I had a root canal, it felt more like I had a tooth filled. Over all my visit was very pleasant.

I had to have a root canal and post done on one of my front teeth a couple days ago. Ive always been scared to death of the dentist and I was not looking forward to that day. Dr. Less and Marisela did a fantastic job on me. From the very beginning they were very comforting and caring with me. The procedure took approximately four hours and to my amazement I experienced very little pain. Dr. Less talked me through the entire process and ensured I wasnt experiencing any discomfort. Marisela was a sweetheart and they both worked flawlessly together and were very professional and comforting. I cant say enough good things about the whole experience that I was truly regretting. The entire staff is professional, caring and thorough. The office is clean and their instruments are modern and up to date. I would and will recommend everyone I know to go see them. its been two days now and Im not experiencing any pain from the procedure, it is truly remarkable! They have erased my fear of the dentist and I never thought Id be able to say this.

Excellent before we even got to the first visit. The receptionist, Juanita....put in a lot of work with making sure we had everything we needed before my boyfriends exam. She was very helpful in connecting with the other dental office in Modesto, she stuck with it until it was resolved and went the extra mile to ensure we didnt travel to turlock for nothing. Once to our first appt the place was clean, discreet, and very comfortable environment. Dr. Less was very confident in the work he would be performing for my boyfriend. The two dental assistants worked together like family and were very supportive of my worries and concerns. Our quote for services didnt change the day of the root canal thank god, as this has been our experience in past dental offices. My boyfriend received excellent prompt care and very much appreciated Dr.Less for his common ground sense of humor. Either way or my boyfriends mouth going in was a unbearable pain to almost complete relief day of. Thank you so much.

This guy had his eyes closed while working on me, and said his eyes were tired. He was easily flustered and used profanity quite a few times. Im still waiting on how successful my rtc will be, but wow i would not recommend this practice. He is a rough guy and if i could do it again id go somewhere else. Seriously unprofessional

Dr. Less is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. i came in for a somewhat simple root canal. It lasted over three hours. He broke a file off in my tooth. Ive heard of this before but he took over an hour and a half trying to get it out without a kit because he was being cheap. It was even more uncomfortable because I had to listen to repeat Christmas music and oldies with him telling me inappropriate stories. Hes smug because his younger brother Jeff died before him. He told me all about his Mom issues and then talked about grouping a teacher in the 7th grade and talked very dirty about woman in front of me. he also only got 3/4 nerves when he needed to get all of them but didnt want to redo. he refused to acknowledge my husband and kept saying wife when he knows my husband goes there sometimes. i kept trying to politely correct him but he ignored me. he also made an appointment without me knowing and when i said i didnt make a follow up for another tooth and i need to go back to my general dentist he tried charging me $100. i only found out because of text and tried canceling it that day. Anita said youd have to cancel it on thursday if its for monday. i told her i found out about it through text that day and she claimed that she spoke to someone to make it. i have all my call logs. i didnt speak to her. they try to scam you out of money and fix wisdom teeth when they just need to be removed. dont be scammed. ive seen so many people who had the same horrible expierence. Thanks Kevin Less for telling me uncofortable stories when i cant speak with all the stuff in my mouth. thanks for letting me take a break in between the 3 hours to pee. instead i soiled myself. wish i could give this less than 1 star. Learn to talk to women with respect like Anita even though she let him say whatever he wanted. Hope your mom loves you one day like she loved Jeff. such a horrible person, being happy family is dead.

The worst experience ever!!!! Do not waste your time or money coming here. In Modesto theres endo specialist that are honest and staff that are professional and care about your wellbeing. This office has the rudest front office staff Ive ever came across. I do not recommend this place ... They do not know what there doing!!!
