It’s a hot Saturday evening, Davis H rang us up along a nice girl and the long haired manager super dope dude, the pump didn’t work out for our pool but we will be back for all our pool needs until we leave this town . 😇thanks Leslie pools .half hour before close helped out as great customer service folks. Highly recommend this store, super friendly

Its ok, I just dont like trying to be upsold on most of the stuff I need. They always make the push for the best of the product lines. Inform me of what you have and I will make the decision on what I pick

Went in to place a down payment, and was not able to do so. Due to the machine not being able to run my debit /credit as just a credit. Also, I was going to pay all upfront then choose not to since the work hasnt been even been started yet. Cesar the manager makes a joke about we take cash. Like I carry around 3000.00 and so I finally returned to pay and the manager stated we dont take down payments. Okay... so I am supposed to pay for the equipment and the work when nothing has been done yet??? What a joke! However the gentleman that came to inspect our pool was fantastic he was very professional and respectful and informative.

The guys that work here don’t know anything about pool I really mean this they never can find the part nor they know how the pool equipment even Operates

Very helpful any questions they can answer them for you. I have a new pool so Im learning as I go had a above ground for years and had it down pat. But this in ground is another animal think I have it and no something else but they are very happy to help and that is very much appreciated. Thank you Natasha

Every time I go into this store there is only one person working. Every. Time. Employee spends 15-25 minutes talking to other customers instead of taking 45 seconds to ring me up. This pattern has been 5 years old.

I have been in Turlock 30 years, visit Leslie store many times in summer time.the services are ok, until recently I plan to change sand fillter, have talked to Cesar, about the sand fillter modal TA 100D and TR 100, he said both models are available in store before evaluate of the total cost. On May 21 the technician Joe came by estimate total installation cost. I have to paid $90. For his visit. He is nice man, told me the TA100D sand fillter, the Value is on the top of fillter, is better than TR100, the TR 100 the value is on the side. Joe said will give me the evaluation total cost with TA100D sand fillter.my lap pool is 50’ long, about 35,000 to 40,000gallons water. TA100D sand fillter 8 hours fill 48,000 water. TR 100 8 hours fill 35,500 gallons water.On May 23, Cesar call me go to store for estimate cost. I was very disappointed on the estimate total cost is $1854. With TR100 sand fillter. The estimate Suppose with TA100D fillter was joe told me. I really like the TA100D sand fillter with the value on the top. Cesar said Need to pay $400 more for TA100D sand Fillter. Will be $2254.Is not right, they are not honest, to 30 years customer. I was mad and disappointed, I have online checked, the both models sand fillter about same price, around $900 something. Why Cesar wants change me $400 more for the same price sand fillter?I’m so upset about have paid $90.00 for nothing.

Some of the staff does not seem knowledgable. Returning items is a hassle. Free water test is awesome.

Buy a lot of chemicals (around 100$) and few weeks ago have the same problem. Buy chlorine in other store and never more have problems in the pool

Pricey and dont acknowledge their customers I walked in while one employee was at register the others were toward back laughing and talking among themselves not one person said hi or can I help you nor did they ever come to help me in the 15 mins I was in there..

A little more expensive, but everyone there has the pool answers you are looking for
