Our appointment was for noon and they showed up at 11:00 which was fine with us.They immediately went to work. I brought them a pitcher of ice water and as they worked we were watching and they were very precise and professional.After they were done, they cleaned up and Everything was as it should be.They drain a few inches of water and when they were done they put the water back in from their tanks. Very efficient. Definitely will use them again ..

I dont recall my tile ever looking better, not even when it was new. Nice folks, reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.
