Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. I was so upset and disgusted with what I rented from them. They delivered the tables Friday, which was a day earlier than expected so I appreciate that, and they picked up Monday the day after the wedding. We thought we were renting plastic tables instead we got wood- whatever...Until you noticed that out of 14 tables we realized some had broken pieces of the table, some had duct tape, and some had paint on them that showed through the tablecloths- those was also rented through them; I think we had about 4 nice tables. I rented broken tables but at least I could cover them with nice white tablecloths! Nope. The tablecloths were thin, 12 of them had 5 inch long material pulls in them and 1 had what we figured was a dirt hand print, except it didnt come out. So being upset I figured wait till Monday when they come pick it up, theres nothing they can do at this point. Our pick up time was between 9 and 1030. We get to the venue at 9 and the guy is already packed up and leaving, we try to stop him and he stares at us and drives past. We talk to the owner of the venue and she tells us that he was arguing with her about signing the paper to prove he did in fact pick up all the tables and whatnot. I would have taken more photos had I known that I wouldnt have been able to talk to a person about the rest of the issues that were blatantly ugly/ruined/broken. Horrible product, horrible employee.
