I had the WORST expiernce at this party city location was treated with so much disrespect and the lady helping me was soooo rude! On top of ruining my own balloons I brought in too get blown up she overcharged us and acted with sooo much disrespect!!! Wish I could have a refund

Went in looked are and liked what I saw. Cool thyms for partys. In price its a fair game on that.

Anything and everything for every type of party. Graduations, showers ( baby & bridal), bday, anniversary, retirement, 4 the of July, Halloween ( every other holiday), luau, Bbq, pool, football etc. Decorations, costumes, party favors, balloon bouquets,banners, signs etc...Cake pans to glow sticks to candy and wigs. Some things are a little pricey but when you consider everything thats available under one roof its worth it. They can even set up to deliver your balloons. Curbside pick up is also available on all orders for your convenience. My only real complaint is that they dont have any riding shopping carts, which I feel they definitely need considering the immense amount things packed into that store. I personally almost let from the check out line because it was becoming unbearable to stand any longer.

They did get my order wrong for birthday balloons. But Im super impressed that they refunded me my order. It was a rare occurrence. I will continue to do business with them. They are respectful and honest.

Great store with great employees. The item I was looking for wasnt on the floor, but had literally just arrived. The employee remembered seeing it and was able to find it quickly. I was very pleased and will shop there again.

It has many different kids themes for parties and pretty much every age group as well as costumes for Halloween. a bit of a smaller one but still very clean and organized

Some things can be a bit pricey but I absolutely love the variety of themes they have now. Will be going back for future parties, I definitely do not get everything for the party from here but they do have certain items you cant find at other store especially in turlock.

They had nothing there for Halloween partys. Not to happy and we where coming from out of town (30mins away) for nothing. Not a happy camper.

Had everything i needed for my sons birthdays

I needed table covers and was in a hurry. I thought it was going to take a long time to find what I wanted, BUT it did NOT!! The covers were right there at the entrance. I was in and out in about 3 minutes!! YEAH!!

Good customer service but terrible availability let alone the store was a mess with no tags on items and even ones in bags like costume bags with the little cardboard cut out that says what its supposed to look like and have a price and barcode well that wasnt on any of the items on a whole rack and half the stuff in the store was on the floor. Boone cleans up the areas and if they do then they should be fired for not doing it at all! Terrible tidiness! Plus side they have military discount if your prior military or active military and the customer service was exceptional so to the employees grade on your customer service terrible on your store organization and clean up shame on whoever is supposed to clean the store or keep things off the floor shame shame shame and thank you thank you thank you to the people who serve at the counter and talk to the customers or help them find things you have outdone yourselves and shown tremendous experience and kind-heartedness.

The line was all the way to the back of the store. Expect to wait at least 45 mins. One cashier for everyone including balloons.... I suggest to order online and have it brought curbside if you can.

If I could give it lower than 1 star a would. I worked here seasonally and I highly recommend no one shop here. Just go on the corporate website and read all the complaints. Not only from this store but party citys all over the united states. When I started they didnt tell me anything. They made me feel stupid for asking about anything. Such as when we go paid and how to check the schedule. They didnt tell me any of that. They are so unorganized and try to get you to work 5-6 hours without a lunch. And half the time you dont even get your ten minute break. You have to ask for it and then have someone replace you while you go, but the thing is, no one will replace you for ten minutes. Horrible. Not to mention how dirty the whole back area was. Thick layer of dirt on everything. The floor, the ladders. There was gum suck to some of the steps of the ladder. And trash bags (with food in them) sitting in the back so it started to stink. They are not personable at all. They wont let you talk to anyone while you work. Anyway I could go on and on. Just dont shop here really. Its not worth your time. And I am not giving them a dime of my money or time ever again. The whole Corporation is as bad as this one store so please try and spread the word to never shops here. I hate that so many people give them money. You can get party supplies somewhere else. For whoever reads all of this youre amazing!! Thank you.

Party supplies are affordable. They have a great selection of colors, themes, tableware, and costumes. If you need anything related to a holiday or event party city has it. There isnt much here that is expensive. Maybe the pinatas are a bit over priced for the size, but the quality of their products is exceptional

I LOVE Party City! My husband and I have 5 kids so we are always having a party! The online customer service is AMAZING!! We ordered a dog machine and the alarm wouldnt shut off and they refunded our money asap. Now we can go get another and arent stuck with a broken machine nor do I have to wait to return this one before getting a new one.

Lots of great party things at fantastic prices. The staff is very professional and helpful. Gave us great ideas for a wedding renewal and well be coming back to this store.

Store was clean & staff was nice & attentive. Alsk just found that they sell those mints that melt in your mouth that you can get at restaurants. So I grab a few bags & put them out at parties & everyone appreciates it. Not a bad party favor for $3.99 a bag. Store is organized well by themes, occasions & holidays. Clearance bin where you can get stuff for 99 cents is tempting too. Basically no matter what kind of party youre having, you should always drop in & see if theres some thing you can pick up. Even if you dont have anything in mind youll find something inspiring & fair priced. Also picked up some 99 cent ladles & scoops a couple of yrs ago for a office party & theyre still in great working order.

Nice clean store

My last shopping trip was for my sons 11th birthday. He wanted red and black. No such luck. Tons of little kid themed stuff, not alot of bigger kid stuff. Perhaps it was due to damn Halloween decor taking over half the store. Regardless, the staff was super nice, and were as helpful as can be.Can we make the checkout lane a little wider? No room to walk by someone at second register......

Ordered a day ahead curbside. And there is no curbside had to go in. Only 2 people working and line all around the store. So much for social distancing.

I work as a cashier too, I understand that customer service is tough some times. But suck it up!! Or else dont be surprised if your customers tell you off. Dont buy Piñatas from this place. We bought a Harry Potter Piñata and it ripped right off the rope with one hit from a 10 year old. Good thing we had another we bought from the Flea market made the way they should be and lasted until the kids were tired enough. The Piñata from the Flea Market was $7 cheaper. I was reading the information that came with the Harry Potter piñata on how the tradition of the piñata started and its completely misleading. The 7 cones represent the 7 deadly sins according to the Bible and when you break those 7 sins you enjoy the fruits at the end. That is why we fill them with fruits and 🍬...

They let us in at Closing so I could get a Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat for my daughter

The ladys in the back helping customers get costumes were extremely rude. I wanted and told her I wanted to try on two different costumes, but after only telling her one costume she confirmed on her walkie talkie that they had it in my size and then proceeded to tell me to just go to the back. She then quickly turned around to talk to her coworker about their eyebrows. So rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I never tried it on, just left. I will never return

Amazing amount of party stuff, now more than ever. The cutest fake silverware, looks like the real-deal and they carry lots of different styles.

They have only one staff member available for a giant store and they usually never know where anything is, but what is trully insane are the prices!! For something as simple as red napkins they charge almost 4x the price.

Reason I went was for graduation decorations which they didnt have..this was during Halloween so they may have had to take stuff off the isles for this reason but we got some Halloween decorations that on the image didnt match up to what we got..like not a good way lol like how fast food camericals nvr look like the meal you get...yup but over all I would still go here if I have to on a late notice if my Amazon prime cant get it to me in time id be forced to go to party city but id try dollar tree or other places first..reason I came in the first place I had store credit to burn
