The process was easy and much cheaper than getting a car key replaced at a dealership. Our Ford F-150 key was $60. The dealership had quoted us over $200 (not the fob type, just a plain old key). The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had ordered and paid for two keys for my Hyundai Santa Fe as well, then a few days later I received an email stating they made a mistake and they do not make Santa Fe Keys. They promptly credited my card, but still a disappointment. Also I received a coupon code for 25% off, and the code wasn’t accepted at the kiosk. But $60 for a vehicle key and quick turnaround time is worth 4 stars.

Horrible. Set appt at 9am they said 10am. I said any sooner would be great. At 1015 I called back and they said technician will call you and they’re on the way. No one called. Called back again at 1025 they said they will definitely have technician called me. Then they called me back and cancelled and said “no technicians are available” after I’ve been locked out of my house for an hr and a half.
