I have been to this UPS store several times. I have never been there when there was not a line of customers. However the manager and employees treat each customer as though they were the only one in the store. They are fast, efficient and completely knowledgeable. They also work to assure your packages are packed to arrive at their destination intact and the most economical way possible. The service I have received has been exceptional.

I needed to ship an antique table from Malaysia. I had them pack it to ship. They did an excellent job. My table arrived wrapped in so much bubble wrap it was kinda hard to get off. But totally worth it! Mt table arrived unscathed. They also wrapped and packed fragile such as vases, sculptures, etc. Everything arrived unbroken and on time. All the employees were very nice and helpful. The manager came outside twice to help carry heavy boxes inside. Turlock, Ca is very lucky to have such a great store.

I went to ups store on monte vista for notary, after done the notary I have to go somewhere for passport photo, but notary guy when he doing the notary he start talking about ups services. first I am thing why he explaining me about the ups services, I just come for notary. after that when he said about the passport photo, I said yes I need it now, oh my god you made my day. after that I just thinking about the all the service. Turlock ups store is the best ups store. they know what have to do.

They are good for mailing UPS stuff but if you have a letter or package that has to go out USPS it takes days for it to go out... and they charge 3 times the price for a USPS package.. I remember they tried to charge $10 for a tiny package and took it to the post office instead and it was only $2.56. The people are nice in this store.. but unless it has something to do with UPS, they take their sweet time sending things out USPS.. drive the extra 2 miles to post office

The people that work at this UPS location are three best. I believe it was the owner who provided service to me, as well as another person. I wish I had their names. Great customer service. They are so friendly as well. This will be my go to store. They are the only UPS store in the area that stays open until 7:30, and are not in a rush to close their doors. They definitely want more than anything to make sure that their customers are taken care of efficiently and respectfully. Thank you for taking the time to get the papers I needed copied, scanned and emailed.

I just wanted to say my mother and I would come here often when I was growing up and the owners back in the day were always so kind and very helpful in helping my mother with whatever she needed to mail or ship. Don’t know if ownership is the same but I would doubt that the Baileys would ever sale to someone who wasn’t kind.! Keep up the good work.!

This store deserves the excellent rating for its service. I was there last week to ship a package overseas that I thought would be complicated. The Owner who helped me seemed to be right on top of things, took time to explain the documents and made the process look simple and easy. I noticed some of the older reviews arent too positive so Im not sure if they have a new owner (whom I met on my last visit & he was extremely kind, helpful & personable!) They help open the doors, offer to carry in large packages & really just treat you like you should be treated. Keep up the good work :)

This ups store is by far the best one I have visited. It has the quickest and most reliable services when it came to sending packages. I would walk in drop of my package send walk out, it was as simple as that. I love the service.

The people running the store are really friendly and helpful even when hit with a rush of customers. They also notarize on Sunday which is hard enough to find. Anyway, great service! Happy Easter.

Ups Store, you need to step it up. Your associate was mystified as to why I didnt want to step up to the counter when 3 people were already standing shoulder to shoulder at the register and others were milling about. Take a page from the AT&T store playbook. Only 3 people allowed in the store at a time. Others queue up outside. Until some one leaves. Social distancing is not optional right now.

I always go to the ups to print. Today I just print my documents after that I realized that my documents need to be notarized. I asked them about the notary, they said we do notary here. I used their next day air service. I didnt know before that the ups next day service is a grantee service. The associate explained me about money back grantee. One stop shop for everything. Good environment. very helpful staff. Love this place.

Tried charging me over 3 times as much as US postal service would, then misspelled the name of the recipient, then marked my package as abandon if unable to deliver when I clearly asked for it to be returned.All of this I did not find out until reading the two page contract of a receipt they gave to me AFTER making the transaction.Friendly and helpful service, but they had some trouble with the details of my shipment.EDIT: In fact, I should add that the service was VERY helpful and friendly!! I walked in the door like a lost puppy and they came up to me and started walking me through the process right away. I would imagine that my specific interactions were a result of shipping an international package through USPS, but my experience still remains the same. I still recommend them for any/all UPS services, just maybe not the international stuff.

I had a great experience here when making copies for my work. I came here for back & white copies, but she explain me and made color copies. i know price is different, but i like it. The staff was very, very helpful and made sure that all of my copies came out just right. I will be back if I ever have another big print project.

Long wait time and only one person was there to help clients mailing, returning and taking passport pictures.

Always really friendly and helpful. There is one closer to my house but I’d rather drive the extra distance for the good customer service.

Excellent, friendly, and reliable. I have shipped packages from here before and recently used their notary and fingerprinting services, which they will do any time during store hours. This store is bilingual (Spanish, Punjabi & Hindi). Thats why it is so convenient for my parents too.

The UPS Store have done my business cards. They are perfect and definitely a bargain for the amount I paid. I use them at my networking events and other people have also commented on how good they are.

This place attempted to charge me .45 a copy, and then also charged me $15 per signature for notary. Even though that is the maximum allowed for notary, it’s a little excessive, especially when the price was NOT quoted initially. If I had known I was going to spend $120 on notary and then abother $30 on printing, I probably would have gone somewhere else. Not to mention it took a really long time. Extremely disappointed!In response to reply: You never told me the rate per signature. I came to the store and the person at the front was extremely rude, called you, and asked for me to wait for you to come down because you wanted to speak with me. I did not have time. You never mentioned on the phone that I had to come down at a specific time. The whole ordeal was not professional at all. Thanks.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but I could not help myself after visiting this specific locations for a while now. At every visit (which there is a lot considering that I rent all of my textbooks and am a frequent online shopper), I am always sincerely greeted and acknowledged as soon as I walk through the door. The gentelman who is usually there at every visit of mine, goes out of his way each time to talk to his customers, no matter how busy or slow they are. There has not been a time where I have entered this specific store and not received impeccable service and sincere kindness (which I cannot say about every UPS location unfortunately). Keep it going!

I had a problem with an overnight shipment in early December. The package was not delivered on time and the tracking number wasnt showing up in the system at all. The employees/owners were very understanding and concerned. They explained that it was most likely driver error (new drivers hired for peak season), and that the problem was happening fairly often during that time of year. They called customer service, who told them the same thing. Luckily my package got to its destination only 1 day late, but they made sure I was issued a full refund for my shipping costs (the check came from UPS, not the store directly). They have great customer service and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Worst store ever. I went in yesterday to drop off a package. It needed one piece tape, and they said I had to buy tape or a $3 charge. I asked him when they began this fee. The man working told me all the stores charge it. I was upset then I walked out.Then I realized it was an independent franchise, and I went it to question whether it was UPS fee or just thats store fee. He stated all the stores charge it. I then pressed more asking him again if it was a UPS fee or just that stores fee. He told me then well the post office charged it so we started charging it. I stated that not what i am asking. I was asking if this is a UPS run store or independent franchise with regards to the fee. He told me again everyone charges it. So I asked if I contact UPS they will tell me all the stores charge $3 for tape. Thats when he told me they are an independent franchise.I was upset about the fee at first, but I can understand (though if everyone is charging it wouldnt you not so you can have more customers coming that way). What upset me is that man repeatedly lied to me and tried to go around my question. So if you go to that UPS store be prepared to be lied to or the truth skirted so they can get what they want.

Avoid using this place for any reason, they will charge for every single service including using tape to seal a package. Will not use original carton as a shipping package requires you to buy a box or envelope to ship will not apply label to carton. Apparently they forgot they are in a service based industry and theyre job requires providing customer service.

I closed my mail box from Geer rd, and I open the mail box in ups. A lot of big difference in services. Whenever I park my car in front of the UPS, i entered the store within that time frame and they pull up my mail and packages over the counter. Awesome service . When i opened the mail box, i thought it was expensive, but when i see their customer service and their other services, its nothing. They treat like a family.

I am shocked of the bad reviews. I have been using their services since they opened and have always had 5 Star Service! They have always gone over and beyond helping me. I hope this will help anyone new that might desire their services. And maybe the negative reviews have helped them to improve their service to their public.

Notary allowed scratch outs on official document. I had other copies of the document for if we needed to change anything. She shouldve known. complete hassle and waste of money. also charged me 7$ for a box to fit a text book.... CROOKS. WILL NEVER GO TO UPS AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT USE UPS. Absolute crooks. Charged me outrageous to pick up the packages they delivered for me. Ive already paid UPS over $100+ in shipping. Now they demand $30 more just to pick those packages up. Will never return. FedEx is free pickup. USPS is free pickup. DHL is free pickup. Get on board, UPS.

The UPS Store at 3220 West Monte Vista Avenue, Turlock, CA 95380 has always been very polite and personable to me. Since that wonderful service included what I always received from Tarron, I am very surprised and saddened to see the negative review by Rani Kaur and to find out that Tarron no longer works there.

I recently traveled to Turlock CA for a long vacation, unfortunately I left my phone charger back at home in England and had to have my family ship it out to me. They sent it via UPS where I collected in-store, the staff were very helpful and friendly
