Allen’s Mortuary is a wonderful place. The care and attention to my needs at such a sorrowful time in my life was very much appreciated. They went above and beyond to make the process of burying my husband as smooth as possible. Everything turned out nicer than I imagined. I would have been totally lost without them. My mom passed away suddenly in California. Living in Washington I wasnt sure how I was going to handle the arrangements but Veronica and the staff at Allen Mortuary were so helpful with helping me to arrange everything remotely. It was a great comfort in my time of distress. I am truly blessed to have selected Allan Mortuary.

Veronica was so very helpful since the first time I spoke with her over the phone when I was still in the hospital trying to find out what steps I needed to take when my little baby angel passed away. She was helpful and understanding of what we wanted. I want to thank her for everything she did for us specially for going out of her way by putting a picture of our baby boy in a locket we had bought for his urn that was a very very nice gesture.Thank you Veronica so much for your help!!! I also want to thank Allen Mortuary for having a no charge for infant and children services up to 24 months.I believe you are the only place that does this.

I meant to post this review a few years ago, but it was still too painful for me. In 2012 I miscarried my twins near Christmas time. I had to deliver them in the hospital. Allen mortuary drove to Modesto to pick up my babies after I was discharged, cremated them, and used an urn and urn necklace that I brought in. When I went in for the viewing they were all very kind and compassionate. They had my babies in their urn set up beautifully and allowed me as much time as I needed in a private viewing room before I gathered them up to come home.They even surprised me with two angel ornaments with their names and date of birth. And they did all of this free of charge. I know choosing a mortuary is not a happy time but at least choose Allen’s to make things easier and as pleasant as they can be.

Very wonderful ceremonies and staff. I have attended a few funerals here and they are wonderfully tactful caring and efficient.
