I had new carpet installed 3 years ago that definitely brightened and improved the look of my home, as well as making it so much more comfortable. Now, 3 years later, Im back for more. Everyone I have spoken to in the office has been professional and prompt -- Ellen, Dave and Red. They follow through on their promises, and the installers were polite, fast and efficient as well-- Mark and Matt. I recommend this company to all my friends/family! No wonder they have won so many awards!!! They made me feel like a very important client even though it may not have been as big a job as they have taken on many times in the past.
