I explained to the two young men, who were very professional and friendly, that we have dogs in the house and needed extra deodorizing and they went the extra mile to make sure the heavy traffic areas and areas the dogs are the most got extra attention. These guys did a great job on my carpets today in Modesto. One room in particular (teenage boy) was very dirty and now it looks great. They were reasonably priced and didnt leave any mess behind either. Perfect.

I called on a Tuesday to schedule a cleaning for that Friday, for our new house. They were able to fit me in no problem. I had to reschedule because the sellers would not be out of the house yet, Barney was very flexible and rescheduled for the next morning. Ryan and Elliot were there 5 minutes early, finished our entire house (2 story, 2300 sq ft) in an hour and a half, and the carpets were dry by that afternoon. They were very professional and personable, their rates were very reasonable and we are very happy with their work. We will definitely be using their services again!

I 100% recommend Advance Carpet Cleaning! This is the second time they have been out, and both times, they did a stellar job. I am a bit chemically sensitive, and picky about how my carpets are cleaned. They left them clean and free of odors and residue. They were able to remove all pet stains, and made a very old carpet look beautiful. They are people- and pet-friendly (both the cat and the dog wanted to hang out with them!), professional and punctual, reasonably priced, and clearly take great pride in their work. They dont know it yet, but they will be doing my office soon!!

I had a horrible phone conversation with the owner of this business. I had spoken with a carpet cleaning company months ago (I couldn’t remember the name of said company because it had been awhile) and was told they did a “treatment” for dog urine, on carpets. I couldn’t remember what it was called so I told the man, Barry, whom I was speaking with if this was the company that did “sealants” for dog urine, obviously not the right choice of words but I wasn’t sure what the past company had called it. He went on a tangent about how no one can “stop your dog from peeing on your carpet”. I told him, that’s fine, I’m not even sure if that’s what I was told, I can’t remember what verbiage was used. I attempted to change the subject so that I could make an app (even though I was turned off at this mans entire demeanor and obvious lack of customer service) and he still continued to say “I’ve been in this business 35 years and no one can do that” 🤔 a simple “No. But how else can we be of service to you” would have sufficed. At that point I was so thrown off, confused, and disappointed, that I didn’t want to stay on the phone another minute. In short, I had a bad experience with this business.
