I am THRILLED with my new web site created by Wordpack Media!I have always built my own web sites and am finally at a place in my business I could hire professionals to create one for me. I had a special project that had limited time constraints. I was concerned about going with someone I didn’t know, especially since I had no time for a redo. Yann listened carefully to what I wanted. He quickly took on the project, treated it as a priority but through no fault of his own, my deadline changed and we were unable to fully complete as designed. I believe that Yann felt worse than I did. He fully and quickly refunded me the deposit. Yann followed up with a phone call to confirm I had received the refund. Although the creation in my mind didn’t get completed, Yann is an outstanding person to do business with and if I had more time I would be back to work with him again.

I hired this firm to optimize my website and increase traffic to the site. They did a terrible job at the optimization. Items like meta tags, site maps, and basic directory listings werent even completed and my sites bounce rate skyrocketed due to the poor job. I could have spent the money I gave them on print ads and gotten better results. After the job was completed there was no follow up, not focus on customer satisfaction. They just tried to to make money and run instead of trying to help me grow my business. Dont let the smooth talking and technical jargon make you think these guys are experts at anything aside from getting a sale.

They are very in touch and knowledgeable with how to get my website and therefore my business ranked highly with Google and the other search engines. When Yann says that he is going to do something, its as good as done. When I call I am always able to get a hold of him personally. If for some reason he is unavailable at that exact moment I know that within a couple of minutes my phone is going to ring and it will be him returning my call.
