Excellent service and price. I brought in my 20-year-old Dell still running XP and it was repaired quickly, saving all of my design apps and docs by rescuing the XP, and with none of the attitude I received from other tech repair stores.

We had made an appointment for our request on this Saturday, but we wanted it done earlier, so the worker guy made it done for us. We appreciated that. We are happy!

I really do not know how this guy has so many good reviews. I went to his office for my broken computer. First of all he was not there during his regular hours (Unprofessional). He charged me $45 to take a look at it. Nothing of this was mentioned when I drooped it off. Then he tries to charge me $750 to fix my issue. That is almost as much as I bought my computer for. So I shop around and a guy tells me the part costs $200 and he can install it for $99. I honestly do not know how this guy has so many good reviews on here. I would give him 0/5 stars if google would let me. SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU GO WITH HIM!!!

Salvador was extremely helpful with our pc laptop issue and was able to restore and get our computer up and running again. He gave us an estimate and timeline for repairs. Everything was as stated in is estimate and also showed us how to prevent future problems. We will definitely call Expert Computer Repair in the future if needed.
