Store is clean and getting a same day appointment is very easy. I like that haircut price are not based on your gender. I have a daughter who grooms her hair very short like most men prefer and at other salons we get charged the more expensive price because of her gender not her grooming needs.

Went in for my kids. My daughter and I said the color we wanted. The hairdresser asked if we want a lighter color I said no we wanted an actual black. Aware of what my daughter wanted. After the color was in and had been sitting for 30 minutes she tells me she went with a dark brown anyway.

Called to schedule haircut they said they didnt have openings. They lied. I got online and was able to schedule 1. Me and my son both needed one and they refused to give us both one after telling us on the phone they had NO appointments when that was not true. I will tell everyone I know what happened here. 100% unprofessional.

Supercuts always gives a great haircut no matter which hairdresser nor location, their large comb and process is always a winner!

The wait was a little longer then I had expected especially when I had an appointment time. There was only 1 employee on the floor & she was nice enough to pause in the middle of her current cutting of hair, Was happy when I saw another employee come in but she ignored us completely not even a look or hello she went directly to the back room for another 10 minutes to my pleasant surprise she appears again walks past us AGAIN and goes to register takes the money and says to the other employee going to the bank. At the end my son was really happy with his hair cut & the 1 employee was very nice & helpful I wish I would have got her name.

Whats the point of making an appointment if they skip you to help another person that walks-in without an appointment.

Yolanda was amazing! Back in October she fixed a bad cut job that I had gotten elsewhere. Saved my hair! Wish they were open, Im in need of another trim by her! Trust her and only her now.

Yesterday bad haircut looked good while styled then when straight it was very uneven very unhappy now.looking for place to fix it.

They took me right before closing, the hair dresser ask me ok what happened did you try to cut it yourself... I said heck NO I went to klassy cuts and when I looked up my hair was so uneven, then the guy proceeds to tell me I dont style I just trim...I paid there fee ran out of there... I immediately went to Super Cuts and Yolanda saved my hair... I look beautiful!!! Thank you Yolanda

The stylist was pretty good with my son and made him feel important and not that she was just giving a kids haircut. They are a little more on the pricey side and dont really offer coupons. They should be more competitive as there is a lot of competition. Overall though, ok value for the service

Walked in 45 minutes before closing and asked if there was time to get a haircut and the woman said, in front of everyone, well technically we cant say no... but there are a few ahead of you so..... I took the hint and walked out. They lost a customer for good.

The worst hair cut I ever had in my life, I start cutting my hair there back in 2001 and it was really good with experienced staff, they had couple new styles but they were just helping the other one and getting trained in same time, not like right now that if you got your license today they will let you run the store by yourself and ruined peoples hair.

I went to this super cuts when I was in town visiting family and I went for a quick hair cut and Rina did an amazing job and her customer service was out standing, she is an amazing barber 10/10 I highly recommend Rina.

Haircut was good. What I dont understand is every time I go in to supercuts I have to remind the stylist that I had requested a wash. I usually get a cut while on a lunch or break. Loose hairs are annoying when working so a wash takes care of that. But I should not have to ask more than once. Just a pet peeve of mine...
