I have been with Deborah for almost 20 years. At the beginning it was great, but as she got bigger the service went down. I feel that nobody can answer my questions. I want to feel comfortable talking to my insurance company and getting my answers answered without doing all of the work for myself.

Great Customer Service. We love our local farmers insurance. I hate the rate increase, but they have been there when we needed them.

After they get your money dont expect help or calls back regarding your policies. Customer service is obsolete.

Do not return your calls very unprofessional

Always getting someone else who answers the phone that tells us she call us back and never does. Sent paper work to the wrong address. Takes longer than it should to recieve documents. Seems like there inexperience and just out for your money.

Best place to buy insurance that you understand and need.
