I had a really great experience, as soon I was walked in I was greeted by Ana and she assured me that she was going to do whatever possible to get me the car insurance I wanted, at the lowest price. She walked me to her desk, gave me a quote and the rest is history! She is very helpful and makes you feel like family. I recommended my family to go in and see her and they all absolutely loved her. I just recently got full coverage on my new car and my driving record isn’t the best. Eli was so helpful and got me one of the best rates I’ve had on a veichle in years! Not only did he explain my entire policy to me thoroughly and clarified all of my questions/concerns he was patient, understanding, and genuine! By far the BEST customer service I have ever received. Thank you Eli! You have a customer for life!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they wow you with prices and then all the hidden fees come up. I got an insurance quote and though it was the most affordable but then I had to make a change like remove roadside assistance (only 10 miles) charging me $10 a month (which they didnt inform me) and they were charging me $100! Any change small or big, is $100. So FYI save yourself the headache and $100 . Not to mention all the extra hidden fees. Don’t come here, the worst.

Ivan tried to help me with their insurance processing mistake that cost me late fees and almost a loss of insurance by one of their agents which I found out isnt even state qualified. After speaking to their 800 customer service, I asked for my fee refunded since they screwed up, meanwhile trying to find me at fault for their mistake. My conclusion, stay away from these thugs. They will charge you fees, their employees you need to ask for state certs, and then check on your stuff every month. My 2 points should be gone so top insurance and peace of mind, here I come.

The girl that was working there 9-25-15 would rather talk to two younger morman guys and talk about religion instead of helping the other customers, if it wasnt for her I would have been able to make my payment on time. Most of the guys that work there are really nice and professional

This company will charge you a flat $100 fee just to add an extra vehicle into your policy while other companies charge much less than that. Now imagine adding a new driver into your policy and/or removing a vehicle from your policy??

Not even Progressive could get remotely close to Cost U Less. Friendly enough, but large fees to start... Even fees to cancel. Seen people wait at length in office. It is not necessary to pay big sums of $ to start a policy. I will not go back there.

All they did was speak Spanish on the phone and kept me waiting there for 45 minutes and then the lady got up from her chair laughed at me and said something to Spanish to the lady in the corner who was on the computer and I was polite and told them that this is the worst experience I’ve had and then the lady on the computer decided she wanted to apologize I like this is poor business and even when I walked in the door they did not even say hello sir I’ll be right with you they said nothing I really wish they would get their act together or have some sort of supervisor straighten this out I will be pursuing this further

Do not buy insurance with these people, they are thieves of everything they want to charge you, they are scammers, the people who work do not tell you the truth of your insurance, beware of all people who buy with them.
