We are going to be staying in a home in a different state from where we own a home in which we are living. We have been with Dee Hernandez State Farm Insurance for years. We had some issues with our multiple policies and coverage that needed immediate attention. One phone call a little after 10:00am and Stephanie was on it for us. I explained the situation and she said she would have everything taken care of before lunch (for the record she had it all done prior to lunch and a copy of my temporary insurance card emailed to me).I had the same experience with Stephanie a few years ago when I purchased my home and had questions about a homeowners policy. She answered all of my questions, asked me numerous questions, quoted me an amazing price and my policy was to the lender within a few hours. Not something I expected to happen at the snap of a finger, but it did. With Stephanie we hit the jackpot, thank you!!

It was brought to my attention that it’s better to get life insurance sooner rather than later so I decided to come to this State Farm and Marquez was very helpful in letting me know all the options I had and why this would benefit me and my family in the long run. Life insurance really isn’t the most fun thing to talk about but Marquez made the experience a breeze. He really knew his stuff and answered all the questions I had to ask him. Came in here for an auto insurance quote, and they wouldnt stop talking to me about life insurance. Very high pressure sales tactics that made me uncomfortable. They were able to quote me a good rate, so I took it, however when the policy was issued a little later, my rate had skyrocketed and they refused to help.
