Yesterday afternoon, JULY 21, 2021 at about 4:40 my 20 year old daughter stopped by your establishment in TUPELO, MS with a nail in her tire, it was going flat. She was on her way home from school and had a 45 minute drive, which she explained.YOU TURNED HER AWAY.. she was told it was too close to closing (one hour and 20 minutes) and they didnt have time to even patch the tire so she could get home.I see your website advertises that you do tire repair.. but I guess only at certain time of the day?You apparently do not even have the common decency to help a young lady in need. Instead you sent her away to have a flat on the side of the highway, you would rather her be in danger than take 10 minutes to fix a problem you supposedly FIX FOR A LIVING.I hope your children are treated better... I can promise that I would do all in my power to help your child if I was in that position, certainly before I would allow them to be in danger, even though you obviously would not reciprocate.I plan to tell everyone I know about the fabulous service you offer. You should be very ashamed.

Still have long wait times but got me the key I needed for my custom rims I lost mine 😬 they came through so well 💃 they are very helpful and a great store

Bubba and his team were amazing, very professional easy to work with great to talk to and made sure they did what they could to help.

It wasnt even worth the drive they disrespected me and said I couldnt afford a set of wheels and tires they dont know me

Hated it... bad customer service didnt want my business. Didnt give us a time.of day. And absolutely no help finding another place to help. When I called around they lied to me about others having want I was looking for. I would never go back there or send Noone there.

I can say honesty that I was treated like family when I went in n had my tires installed. Bubba was very helpful n nice n kind at the same time n the young lady that helped me with my paperwork was very polite n so professional about her job.

I cant express how thankful I am for yall going out of your way to help us yesterday when we would have been stranded with not enough portable oxygen to make it. Told at first they couldnt get to it they stayed late to take care of us. Dont know what would have happened without all the compassion showed in a dire time of need for us.

Everyone was very helpful and polite.i would recommend anyone if needing tires and cant afford a big chunk of money coming out at one time this would be the place to go.they will help you any way they can .if they dont have your tire size they will order them and they will be in the next day. ALERT NO WARRANTY!!!! I Purchased my rims outright. NO RENTING. I was sold on the warranty. I got a deep cut on one tire. John takes my call and says I didnt purchase any warranty. I wish I could give zero stars. Now I have to take legal action. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
