Great experience from beginning to end. I went to another shop prior to finding this one and Im glad I did. The front counter assistants were very friendly and welcoming. The technicians were all very professional and experienced. Though it seemed busy, it was exceptionally quick service. And very affordable. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Very disappointed. Macs used to be the go to for all my tire needs however; after being told yesterday to come back first thing in the morning and I would be the first one in. I’m there like I was advised 7 people behind me gets car worked meanwhile I’m still sitting in bay waiting for a tech. One of owners son’s friend comes in behind everyone said he needs tire rotation he takes priority and skips everyone. I guarantee I have purchased at least 6-7 sets of tires (toyo open country m/t’s, other expensive tires, and had leveling kits installed by them with much success but the last few times very disappointed and I have heard from other people customer service has gone down tremendously. I believe this is exactly why there needs to be competition and there is definitely a market for it here in the Tupelo area

These people are really nice and professional. I came about close to closing, maybe 30 minutes before, they fixed me right up with 4 brand new tires. Will always recommend them.

All though they are closed on Thanksgiving day I was able to get air for my car tires for free. Thats hard to find these days. I have always been able to find great deals here. They have always been extremely friendly people, helpful and outgoing.

Great customer service and a tire shop that knows what it is doing. I would say the tech servicing our vehicle wasnt the fastest but definitely did an excellent job. They are always busy so either get there first thing in the morning or prepare for a 2-3 wait

Pulled up and they were working on last minute tires. Would NOT wait in me. All I wanted was some tubes. I will NEVER use them!!

I purchased 2 tires from Macs. 48 days later the tread blew off of the tire (tire did not go flat) the tread came off, ripped the front fender off of my vehicle and caused A LOT of damage. I took the tire to another shop, they looked at it and let me know it had been retreaded and it was over 11 years old. I called and spoke with Rick at Macs who essentially told me too bad Let me know tires were sold as is. Which I understand, to a certain extent. 1. I should have NEVER been sold a retreaded tire 2. I should have never been sold a tire that was 11 years old and dry rotted. 3. There was never an apology, never an offer to make it right, he just let me know too bad. I have been a customer for years, and I am a huge supporter of shopping local. But I will NEVER be back, and this review will not be the last time this incident is mentioned, because I would hate for it to happen to someone else.

From the time they answered the phone until the time I pulled out of the lot the true honesty and commitment to my family was a priority to them. Being a stranger from out of town brings the vultures out in some businesses. Mac’s is totally the opposite. Not only the professional service but the reminder I tell my kids “that there is still great people in America”. My Husband and kids were traveling back to Arkansas from Georgia when they had a tire issue. I made some phone calls and found Macs. The lady who helped me over the phone was extremely pleasant. When they arrived about an hour and a half later after I called they were in and out within about 30-40 minutes. My husband said the people were great, the service was quick and we got a great price on a used tire for an odd sized tire. I wish they were closer to my home so I could use them in the future!

My most favorite tire place to talk with and deal with. The staff is amazing. If you call and have questions they first make sure you get the right person to speak with, and then the person you needing to talk with will give you the best deal that they can. If they cant answer your question they will take your number and give you a call back to give you the answer or if they cant seem to figure or get the answer they will still call you back to let you know. Wonderful customer service.

We stopped at a local gas station on our way through Tupelo and just happened to hear air leaking from a tire. Locals from the station recommended Mac’s to us. We arrived at their store at closing time, but employees graciously welcomed us in and said they would take care us. After showing us the 4 inch nail that had punctured our tire, they quickly repaired it and sent us on our way. Our unexpected detour ended up being a blessing. Thank you to this special business. May they have years of continued success.

Needed a tire checked and repaired on the u-haul we had rented for a long trip. We phoned Macs about 15 minutes out and were told they could help us. Once we arrived, they helped us get the u-haul backed into a bay, efficiently repaired the tire and had us back on the road. Great service!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent I go there for a lot of things

I went in because I was having lots of road noise with my car. I thought maybe it was out of alignment so I told the mechanic about the noise and what I wanted him to do. Lester, the mechanic, took it back and found that the car had a faulty wheel bearing. He could have just aligned it and sent me on my way but he brought me back and showed me the problem. He told me that aligning it before replacing the wheel bearing would cause it to need another alignment after replacing the bearing. So I had him do both and my car runs like new again! Thank you so much Lester! If there were more honest mechanics like you out there car owners would be much better off. My experience with this shop is one of very few great ones when it comes to having my car repaired. If i didnt live 3 hrs. away I wouldnt use anyone other than Macs!

Got us in quickly for tire rotation.

I paid $70 on August 7th for a tire for my car. The wires were poking out the tire by the 23rd. I contacted them and was told no warranty.. i will never go there again. They sold me a bad tire and wont stand behind their product. Bad business.. Update.. i came in to talk to them as they had asked... they gave me a credit for the bad tire...

My mom was on her way from Panama City Florida dealing with the hurricane and she got a flat tire and she went to macs to get new tires and they got her right in and her tire are really hard to find and they had them. My son and two of his friends from The University of Alabama were on their way to St Louis Missouri. They stopped for dinner at KFC around 8:30 at night and noticed that they had a flat tire. They started to change the tire when a wonderful man from Macs tire came upon them and helped them change the tire but he realized there was a nail in the tire so he had them drive back to his shop ( which was closed but he opened it for them) he gave them a tire, would not take any money for it, and then led them in prayer before he sent them on their way Thank you so much from one of their moms!

Fast service and professional employees. Someone usually will try to help you within a few seconds of coming in. They seem to stay busy. The only downside is the lack of much parking on the front of the building although there is more parking around back. If you are driving a truck and trailer, like I am sometimes, it a little bit of a tight squeeze to get in and out.
