Sales rep didn’t the time to switch new and old phones data. Told me to come back. So next day I went to a branch closer and the sales rep refused service, said he was too busy and since I did not buy the phone from him, he would not. ( no customers were in that store). So I drove back to the store the phone was purchased at and a different sales rep helped he switch the phones out. Bottom line …. Spent way too much money with ATT to be refused service from any of their reps or branches!

I hate dealing with AT&T it almost always turns out to be a nightmare experience but let me tell you about the store here best AT&T employee Ive ever dealt with actually made it a delight doing business with them super sweet very knowledgeable an overall a pleasure to do business and carry on a conversation if you have AT&T I highly recommend you coming by here rather than any of the other stores the amazing employee that was so helpful to me her name was Maggie ask for her she rocks!!!

I was pleasantly approached by Maggie Tubbs as I walked in. She immediately took me to a table for assistance. The whole experience was by far one of the best I’ve had dealing with AT&T. Maggie was knowledgeable and very professional. Answered all my questions and took a sincere interest in my needs. Maggie is definitely an asset to your business. The atmosphere as a whole at your N. Gloster, Tupelo location is superb.

Our experience at the AT&T location on North Gloster Street in Tupelo, Ms, was awesome. We went in and talked to Carmil about a week ago and she wrote down all the details and pricing specific for our package/needs. We took a few days to talk over what we wanted to do then went back to the store. Carmil was there when we arrived and immediately tended to our needs. She is very efficient yet personable. We have additional phones we will eventually be moving over from another carrier. I hope we get the same kind of customer service in the future as we transfer those phones over.Well done Carmil!

I live in Georgia and was traveling to Mississippi for the holidays.— Was charged twice ($500 total) for down payment, tax, and fees when I upgraded my new phone. Management was way too casual about the issue and said “the 2nd payment should fall off soon.” I would hate if that’s all I had in my account to survive on.— Salesperson stumbled through the “phone to phone” transfer process for hours before I could finally leave with my new phone. Had to start and stop the process multiple times until I was almost locked out of my iCloud account.— I was led to believe my bill would increase by ~$10 due to my iPhone XS trade-in that was fully paid off, only to find out it will increase by ~$100. Salesperson seemed to have no real knowledge of what he was talking about and confused myself and my partner in the process.— AT&T customer service couldn’t even clarify the new charges on my ongoing bill and left me even more confused than I already was.I’ve had AT&T for 16 years. No missed payments and no issues. This was by far the worst possible upgrade experience I have ever had to deal with.

They were full to capacity and spacing could be better. They were incredibly slow and with six customers. Three csr.I was pressed for time and decided to go to the one on West main. They were packed to. But more organized with 3 people and 2 trainees. I was in and out in 5 minutes.The best is that I was made the but of a joke while leaving ( so childish). I have heard nasty things about north Gloster. For example, if you dont purchase phones or accessories there at the north Gloster store than ther are least likely to help you. This should not matter since you are a part of the att chain. The excuse given was that it was a private establishment which does not make any sense since you are a part of the att chain.After this experience, my 2nd, I believe it. The first experience was also bad . There was no one in the store at the time, before the pandemic and every acted like they really did not want to wait on meThe least some one could say was, someone will be with you in a moment maam. There was no greeting, no friendliness of any kind. I let and went to West main and have been going there every since--except 12/31/2020. West main is better.

Valentino Garner at the store by Sam’s was terrific! We bought phones from him during the summer and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Fast forward to this week and he was able to help us again. My husband had been trying to set up a new iPad and business account. He had talked to multiple people in that same store—who were nice—but none had been able to set it up. On the third trip in, Valentino was there and worked tirelessly to complete the process for us. We will always go back to him!

Had to go to At&t today to get my daddy’s new (still a dinosaur) phone set up. Rico went above and beyond to get all of my sweet daddy’s information transferred from one phone to another. I gave 5 starts because the store was nice and they had everything I needed. However I couldnt buy everything I needed because I was not informed on anything I had questions on, because I wanted a watch but everyone was too enthused on the new that was going on so I left the watch and the other phone there. I did get a new phone but that was because that was the main thing I was there for, and the store was stocked and looked nice.
