They offered me $50 for a $600 laptop told them no way in hell, went down the road and got $450 for the laptop. He didn’t even look at it really, never looked it up online ether. If you’re smart you won’t cone here to sell/pawn anything.

Very nice people good stuff in store amd I have bought multiple items there that were good but I have also bought 2 firearms from you guys and one needed firing pin and one would not cycle at all 20 minutes after buying I was told there wasnt much that could be done and I tried to get my money back but I was told I could sale it back to you for 200 dollars less that what I bought it for 20 minutes earlier I buy alot of fire arms through out the year every year but I will think again next time no hard feelings but maybe you should warn customers about the agreement yall have before selling firearms

Yes, we had to pawn my husbands wedding ring that is very precious to us, to us its priceless. We only borrowed 40 $ at the tupelo store as we had our car break down and were stranded and that was the only thing of value we had on us. When I looked at the ticket the ring was due out the 14th of June, I thought it was due the 19th and I missed the date! Frantic I called the store and no one ever answered! I needed to see if they still had the ring I was on panic! I couldnt get to the store right away and I wanted to let them know I was coming to get it for fear it would be sold! I cant believe they never answered the phone! Ridiculous!!

The people are awesome and they have great prices. The reason I am giving them 1 star is because I went in there last week and spent 25 mins in line to pay on my pawn. There was alot of workers there and some was just standing around. One time we took 3 guitars, 1 base, and 2 very nice amps (all in perfect condition) all name brand and they only offered us 250 for all. That guy even admitted that each of those guitars(not including the base) that they will see them for at least 120 dollars each. Thats 110 dollars profit in just those 3 items. One amp they would sell for at least 250. Overall they would have made at least a 650 dollar profit all together and thats wrong. So I wouldnt sell them anything because they will rip u off.

I have had some great experiences dealing with Choice Pawn (fulton location) but the past few visits to tupelo location have been terrible as far customer service and attitude.
