This place is awesome! The employees work tirelessly to assist customers and have been diligently working to assist people with very stringent safety precautions. Im so glad they are following through with their safety measures. Im happy to wait patiently for them to be able to assist all their customers in a timely manner! Great job everyone! Sorry not everyone in line is so patient.
Very pleasant and convenient
I came in the past Thursday to do my usual shipping my softball rings off. I have been doing this for about a year now, I always wait to have daven help me. She’s always glad to work with me, catch up on my teams and our wins. I’ve never had a bad experience in the store with anyone, but I can always see her smile before I walk in. Great job guys. I am in the middle of a long distance cycling trip. I realized that I had some gear that was heavy and I did not need. So it occurred to me that I could just ship it home and avoid carrying all that weight. I looked up shipping in Tupelo and this UPS store came up and it was only a couple of miles from where I was staying for the night. I got there about 9am. There were too young ladies behind the counter. They were both wearing masks witch made me comfortable in being there. I told them my predicament and they weighted my stuff told me how much it would cost and told me they would even pack it up in a box for me. It was a great experience and very affordable. Thank you to the staff of the Tupelo UPS store. You made my trip easier and brought a smile to my face.
We’ve always had the BEST experience with sending things in to UPS & having them printed for me. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders-time, ink, and paper wise! Hannah has been particularly helpful—always has a smile and wants to make sure everything is perfect.
I shipped an item two weeks ago. Somewhere along the way, what was in the box fell out. The store called me and got a check to reimburse me. I hadnt picked up the check in a week because I had work. The tall black haired woman, who I assumed was the manager all but called me a liar when I told her I was coming to pick up the check. When I arrived, I had to ship out what the store had broken again, she opened the box without my permission and critized how Id packed the box. Stating There isnt enough packing material in the box, I just want to make sure there isnt another claim that has to be made which made me think they were blaming me for them damaging the package. I wont be returning to this store.
I needed my items packed and shipped and the woman with dark hair and glasses helped me and reassured me she would pack it well and it would make it there it perfect condition. Well let me tell you, it did! I will absolutely use them in the future.
I was gifted a full quart jar of homegrown honey and wanted to ship it home to Connecticut. The woman at the counter assured me she’d do her best to get it to me safely, and darned if I didn’t receive that jar of honey in perfect condition today!Thanks!
Absolutely horrible customer service. An older, dark haired lady all but yelled at me to wait outside of the store because “they were at capacity.” I told her I already had my label I just needed to drop my package in the box. She very rudely said that I would have to wait for everyone else to purchase their labels before I could put my package that was already ready in the box. I told her that was fine- I’ll just go somewhere else. She huffed and said “Well, that’s just great.”I would recommend everyone using the self drop off boxes before you go to this store and get spoken to terribly. This location should consider hiring people who actually understand human decency.
This ups store is wonderful! I normally don’t do reviews but the way this store is handling the whole covid situation is pretty great and efficient. Some people don’t appreciate it but these girls are doing a great job.
I came in to do a fax tonight, and elder dark hair lady helped me, then I finished with a red hair younger lady, they both were excellent sweet and friendly. The younger red hair lady made small talk to make the time of my fax go by faster, she was very sweet informative and helped me while I was there!

I do not reccomend EVER using this business! They lose your item then treat you like its your fault. Regardless of the fact that it cost you hundreds of dollars due to their lack of responsibility in keeping up with your item, you still have to do all the research and investigative work to replace it. You get a hollow apology immediately followed by a slap in the face comment that they only suffer a 1% loss rate but your package is that 1%. Really?!?! Thats an apology? And then just say but thats where were at. Send us a receipt and well issue a check to reimburse you. Hmmmm. Wonder if they can keep track of that? I would guess not. I mean, they put a tracking number on an item to keep track of it and then lose it? Whats the point? Just throw it on a truck and cross your fingers. Thats the extent of their accuracy for you and your items you paid for extra care to be delivered. Go post office! Theyve never lost a package for me!! And by the way, that 1% loss rate was 100% for me as a customer!!
Monica has been doing this job for 18 years and shes great at her job! Nicole has been doing it for 5 years and she knows what shes doing as well! Great customer service and always go above the call of duty!
We have done business at the Gloster UPS store for years. The people there are super nice. This is the place where they know you by name. We had a box there as well as used them for shipping, printing, and a few other services. I highly recommend them!!

Less that 1 star if I could. Not only did they lose my package(which is their job that’s why we track things). They have no clue where my package is and have stopped looking and decided to just pay me for what it’s worth. 1. Idk how much it’s worth (neither did she)2. Then she tells me I didn’t ensure it for that much (I wasn’t offered insurance at all).... to which she called me a liar3. So if u won’t pay that much anyways it doesn’t matter if I paid or not why even bring that up unless you’re just trying to cover your tail for not doing your one job.4. When u lose a package, you better be prepared to deal with unhappy patrons, and take if from an educator who deals with the public, you never lose your cool because it’s unprofessional.I wasn’t a big fan of FedEx until now; I won’t be using them again
Poor customer service. I dropped off something to be shipped. They didn’t pack the packing slip I sent with the package and put someone else’s info in my shipment. Cost me $350 to fix this problem and the woman just shrugged her shoulders at me.
This business has some of the most unhelpful employees I have encountered in quite some time.
I was trying to return my ATT U verse Internet modem. I had all my necessary information. She said it was not in the system. Then had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. Very unprofessional. I would never do any future business with this particular store ever again. Customers beware.

The only ups store in tupelo, I cant complain, I have pre-printed boxes that Ive dropped off, straight forward process. I just wished they would have late hours, maybe on select days to close later like 9 pm etc.

The worst customer service Ive ever had. I am in town on business and had something come up where I needed about 70 pages printed. The lady told me it was $2 to rent their computer and 8 cents a print for black and white. For starters, Ive never rented a computer when printing at other locations across the country. I had a PDF, XLS, and DOC files. The PDF is the only one I was able to print and the computer couldnt open the others. When I tell the lady she says that she can try on a computer behind the counter. She is successful. HOWEVER, she now charges me $3 since she had to do it. When I question the increase she says I should be happy she didnt charge me $2 for my computer use and another $2 for hers. I stated that is a horrible response to which she blurts out that thats how she was trained to do her job. When I ask how that even makes sense since its their computer that is faulty she then tells me to go to Office Max in the future if I dont like it. What a joke! I stop off a ups stores about once a month and this is by far the biggest joke of a place as far as customer service goes.
Every time I have tried to use this store the women employees are so incredibly rude! They do not wanna do their jobs and will send you to other stores or the post office. Seriously I avoid going here at all cost! Let’s see if my packages even make it back to amazon.
We have had a mailbox with the UPS Store in Tupelo for years. We also use them for shipping and other services.They have always been efficient and professional!!
Manager is unbelievably rude and ugly. I was told Id have a reprint of a PDF then received a phone call that they would NOT reprint my PDF, they threw away the original PDF, and I would not be refunded. $36 in their pocket for no product.
Cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Open Sundays.

I brought in items to be shipped, & had the misfortune of having Nicole wait on me.Very rude, argumentative, acted in a very unprofessional manner & very obnoxious. I seen why UPS cant get good help..Had to of scraped her off the bottom of the barrel. If & when I come back to this store, I wont use Nicole !
