I have been picking up loads for this company for about a year now. I have to brag on the dispatchers. These are some of the most professional brokers I have ever worked with. If I have an issue at the shipper it is quickly addressed and I am sent on my way. I always get in and out at a reasonable time. Even if it is an issue they cannot controll themselves, this company helps me the best way that they can.

LOVE THIS COMPANY!! DEDICATED LANES EVERY TUESDAY AND THURDAY. ALWAYS GETS US IN AND OUT WITH NO PROBLEM

What a terrible and horrifying broker to deal with, I have been in business for over 8 years and I havent seen such a thing, we booked this load with Terry PEYTAN TYRA and after she lied and told us load is ready to pick up, my driver had to wait over 12 hours at pick up and he didnt get loaded, when my driver is about to run out of time he decide to leave to truck stop, next morning we tried to contact her and she said nothing she can do and driver has to wait and then hang up on us, started to threating us to report on C411, and then we were surprised that she really did, we tried to call her and she start cruising and laughing with her sick head team, STAY AWAY FROM THOSE SCAMMER!!!!!!

I have been using Bigstate for the past 8 months and have not had a problem with them. Sometimes my drivers have to wait a while especially on fresh loads but they always pay detention or layover when its due!

I LOVE BIG STATE, THEY HELPED ME IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE AND MADE SURE I WAS TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I GOT TO MY SHIPPER AND RECEIVER. THEY OWED ME DETENTION AND THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM PAYING IT AND MAKING SURE IT WAS WHAT I REQUIRED. THE GROUP OF GIRLS THERE ARE SO NICE AND RESPECTFUL . I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE DOING MORE LOADS WITH THEM!!

Terrible Broker, I booked a load with Tierra from AR-TX on 07/12/21 for PU on 07/13. The driver arrived at the 24/7 product ready now facility. The shipper told our driver that the product wouldnt be ready until 2200 that night. I reached out to the broker and was promised that it would be loaded by 1630 that day, and we would be paid detention in the meantime. Then, the NEXT MORNING (14th), the driver reported that they only loaded 360 cases and the rest of the product wouldnt ready until at least 2200 on the 14th. So here we are, handing back reloads, halfway loaded and stuck at the shipper. We were told by the broker that we could have them take the product off and leave the shipper, and that they would pay us $150 TONU, which is a joke by the way for 24 hours and a reefer on the whole time. Then, when they took the product off, the Broker denied the TONU. This company is a joke, I would not recommend using them unless you want to get burned.

I love working with company, we are working with them for 3 years, they are awesome brokers, they pay me ON TIME always, they are my favorite broker company . we love them !!! we do 6 loads for week.

Terrible broker. They will promise you the world they simply cant deliver. The broker didnt know the difference between a live load and a drop trailer or they bold faced lied to me one or the other. Detention was promised if the load time went past midnight. 30 hours later my truck was loaded. I then requested detention and have been getting the run around ever since. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Horrible broker and customer service.One of my drivers picked up a load for them and had to wait 20 hrs to get the loaded at a facility where he didnt have access to a restroom or a place nearby to grab a bite. When I called Big State Logistic all they wanted to offer for the overnight layover was $100. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND ABUSIVE, Never doing a load for then again.. To all of you out there.. BE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION WITH THIS BROKER ...... THEY DONT DISCLOSE THEIR MIN $100 FOR 20HRS OF OVERNIGHT LAYOVER/DETENTION....

Horrible broker they keep my driver for 12 hours waiting for a refrigerated load find out it was a frozen load.At the end they dont paid detention,they never answer emails, never ever will work for this company.
