The Geek Squad in Tupelo, Ms are cool but I hate when you have something you want them to put on your vehicle and they try to convince you that its not a good idea just so you can spend hundreds buying their products! Either you gonna do it or not! It is very irritating 😒

Bought a 65 Sharp - Roku TV 15 months ago. It stopped playing yesterday. I went to Best Buy to setup an appointment for a teck to come to my house to repair it. Was told their techs didnt have time to talk to me and they called a salesman over to sell me another device. I knew it was out of warranty and was willing to pay for the service but apparently Best Buy is not interested in assisting someone PAST the manufactures warranty

No matter what you order, theres always something missing. When you order nuggets, they ask you what kind of sauce you want. but dont expect to have it in your bag!

I bought a car stereo from BB Madison however, the installer there either recycled my old Sirius antenna OR the new antenna from the Sirius tuner was not correctly installed... Either way, my Sirius signal was dropping every few seconds. I cant go back to Madison any time soon due to schedule conflicts. Luckily, Best Buy has a Tupelo store, and since Im joining the Tupelo half marathon, Ive scheduled a Geek Squad appointment there. Kenny was the installer who took care of my problem. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything without belittling the previous installer (speaks so much of his character).
